Abstract

The stigma of thoughts and movements to be radical and smells of violence still surrounds life in Indonesia, this is behind the importance of moderate Islamic thought by "Islam wasatiyah". This paper explain about strengthening religious moderation to counter hate narratives on social media. The study in this paper is qualitative. The conceptual framework offered uses a constructivist paradigm where technology seen as a product of social construction. The agent-structure approach is base on Giddens' theory of structuration. The technology studied is social media technology, while the agent in question is a social media user, then communication culture is place as a social structure that acts as a wider context. The conceptual framework as described here is especially useful for describing the relationship between technology and society and answering the question of how the interplay between technology and social behavior occurs in society.

Abstract

This study seeks to reveal an initiative on the strategy of developing the quality of Islamic educational institutions at the madrasah level through the development of Human Resource Management. This research uses the literature study method, where literature searches in the form of relevant theories, including literature on human resource management in Islamic educational institutions, especially related to madrasah. Literature studies interpret data in descriptive analysis. References or literature are obtained from research results published in national or international journals, articles, books, and websites relevant to the discussion. This study seeks to answer problems about 1) The position of madrasah in the education system in Indonesia; 2) Human Resource Management in improving the quality of education in Madrasah which includes basic concepts and strategies. The results of this study show that, the strategy of developing Human Resource management in Madrasah is a cultural concept that is coherent with the vision and mission of the institution, and is aware that the culture of human resource development management as a cognitive representation is formed by the overall structure in madrasah educational institutions. A good organizational culture is characterized by norms and values that support excellence, teamwork, profitability, honesty, service orientation, integrity, and commitment to the madrasah educational organization/institution. So that madrasah has the ability to develop innovative and adaptive human resources to answer the challenges of Society 5.0.

Abstract

Active learning is an important factor in the success of the learning process. The Index Card Match strategy is one of the learning strategies that can make learning more interesting and active, so that it can be applied to all students and foster new ideas and creativity on how to create a much better and more enabling environment for students and support they are in the learning process. The background of this research is that the learning process of students is still less active, whose learning process uses the lecture method or direct learning centered on educators. Therefore, it causes the learning process to be less interesting and the creativity of students is still low and has an impact on the activity of students during the learning process. The approach used for this research is a qualitative approach in the form of descriptive research. This type of thesis research includes field research, which is to describe and describe the situation and phenomena more clearly regarding the situation that occurred. Data analysis can be done through data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions.

Abstract

Religious education received from an early age will have an influence on the child's subsequent religious development. The aim of this research is to determine the curriculum and implementation of PAI in PAUD and SD. This panel research is qualitative research using the library research method. The results obtained from this research are that the PAI PAUD Curriculum seeks to develop children's religious and spiritual potential, including an introduction to Allah through His nature and creation, Kalimah Tayyibah which reflects everyday Islamic values such as alhamdulillah and astaghfirullah and an introduction to the fifth pillar of Islam. This competency is described in a number of learning outcome indicators covering faith, morals and worship. The implementation of Islamic religious and moral values in students tends to lead to habits in daily behavior at school. The application of Islamic religious education in PAUD can also be carried out by teaching children morals, praying fardhu prayers properly and correctly, training children to learn the Koran with Iqro. The PAI curriculum content in elementary schools has 5 scopes of material contained in PAI subjects for grades I to VI, with the distribution as follows; Koran, 11 KD; Aqidah, 17 KD; Morals 25 KD, Fiqh, 12 KD; and History of Islamic Civilization (SPI), namely 33 KD. Implementation of the PAI curriculum includes planning, implementation and evaluation.

Abstract

Website telah menjadi salah satu sarana utama untuk memperkenalkan dan mempromosikan sebuah institusi, termasuk sekolah. Website dianggap sebagai alat penting untuk memperkuat branding madrasah, memberikan sarana komunikasi yang murah, mudah diakses, interaktif, dan fleksibel, terutama di era digital saat ini yang memungkinkan akses melalui gadget. Pengelolaan konten yang konsisten dan berkelanjutan dianggap krusial untuk menjaga relevansi dan daya tarik website, khususnya dalam konteks pendidikan. Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan citra dan efektivitas komunikasi SMA Islam Temayang melalui optimalisasi website sekolah. Melalui kegiatan PkM ini, tim UNUGIRI bekerja sama dengan SMA Islam Temayang dalam pelatihan dan pendampingan offline untuk meningkatkan keterampilan menulis konten website. Metode yang digunakan yaitu Asset Based Community Development (ABCD), yang bertujuan untuk menggali potensi dan sumber daya SMA Islam Temayang guna mendukung kegiatan pemberdayaan masyarakat. Hasil penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya pengelolaan website yang efektif dalam memperkuat branding sekolah dan meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan. Diharapkan bahwa upaya ini tidak hanya mendukung internal sekolah tetapi juga memberi dampak positif bagi komunitas sekitar serta menciptakan referensi yang dapat diandalkan bagi calon siswa dalam memilih pendidikan tinggi. Dengan meningkatkan kemampuan menulis konten website, sekolah dapat secara aktif menginformasikan kegiatan-kegiatan pendidikan, prestasi siswa, dan berbagai informasi penting lainnya kepada masyarakat luas. Dengan demikian, pelatihan ini bukan hanya tentang meningkatkan skill individu, tetapi juga berkontribusi pada pengembangan komunitas sekolah yang lebih terhubung dan terinformasi.

Abstract

Background: Terbatasnya pengetahuan dan lemahnya rasa percaya diri dapat membawa dampak negatif yang harus segera ditangani. Banyak anggota IPNU IPPNU, terutama yang baru, merasa gugup dan tidak percaya diri saat berbicara di depan umum. Hal ini bisa disebabkan oleh kurangnya pengalaman, rasa takut salah, atau merasa tidak cukup berpengetahuan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji efektivitas pelatihan literasi dalam meningkatkan kemampuan presentasi peserta. Metode: Metode yang digunakan meliputi Perencanaan, pelatihan dan pembinaan tindak lanjut hasil pelatihan. Hasil: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan literasi memberikan dampak yang signifikan sebesar 80% terhadap peningkatan kepercayaan diri, kemampuan berbicara didepan publik, kemampuan menyusun struktur presentasi, dan kemampuan beradaptasi dengan berbagai situasi. Kesimpulan: Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa pelatihan literasi merupakan investasi yang penting bagi individu untuk meraih kesuksesan dalam dunia kerja yang semakin kompetitif.

Abstract

Aqidah akhlak is an education that is very much needed by students, so that it can reflect and instill noble morals in the souls of children during their growth. The most important supporting factor for the success of student learning outcomes is the use of good formative and summative assessments. The better the use of formative and summative assessments, the better the learning outcomes of aqidah akhlak for students. This study was conducted at MA Islamiyah Senori school, using a quantitative approach of the correlational quantitative type. The data collection method used by this researcher was the distribution of questionnaires, with the research subjects being class X students with a population of 173 and the sample technique was taken using the systematic sampling technique, there were 32 students used as research samples. Based on the results of the Product moment correlation hypothesis test data, it is known that the Pearson Correlation value of 0.744> rtable value of 0.349 and the Sig value, (2-tailed) 0.00 <0.05, it can be seen that H_a is accepted and H_o is rejected, if the Pearson Correlation value is smaller than rtable and the Sig value, (2-tailed) is greater than 0.05 then H_(o) is accepted and H_a is rejected. So it can be concluded that variable X is significantly related to variable Y. This means that there is an influence of the use of formative and summative assessments in efforts to improve the learning outcomes of aqidah akhlak class X MA Islamiyah Senori

Abstract

The divorce rate in Bojonegoro Regency has increased. Based on data in the 2019 divorce rate reached 956 divorce cases amounted to 1915. In 2020 the divorce rate was 914 and the number of divorce lawsuit was 1979. The sub-district that experienced the highest divorce cases was the Dander District's increase in divorce cases, which will impact the parenting pattern of abandoned children.. This study aims to determine the parenting pattern of broken home children in Dander District, Bojonegoro Regency  focus of this research is on the intellectual and psychological characteristics of children who experience broken home. This research is field research with a qualitative approach. The research subjects consisted of three broken-home children with different backgrounds: divorced, deceased, and parents who were not present for a long time. Data collection techniques are observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation.. Data collection techniques are observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques are data reduction, data presentation, and verification of conclusion drawing, Validity of the findings using extended observations, researcher persistence, and triangulation. The results of this study are the parenting patterns applied to children from broken homes are democratic parenting and permissive parenting. The terms of their intellectuals are a decrease in cognitive abilities, reading delays and difficulty concentrating during the learning process, while the psychological characteristics that occur in children are that children tend to have bad temperaments, emotional instability, are sensitive and have closed personalities. Parenting consists of internal factors and external factors. Internal factors include parental attention, parental religious understanding, and parental education. While external factors include the environment where the child lives.   Keywords: Parenting, Broken Home Children
