Abstract

Pendidikan merupakan usaha sadar dan terencana untuk mewujudkan suasana belajar dan proses pembelajaran agar peserta didik secara aktif mengembangkan potensi dirinya untuk memiliki kekuatan spiritual keagamaan, pengendalian diri, kepribadian, kecerdasan, akhlak mulia serta keterampilan yang diperlukan dirinya, masyarakat, bangsa dan Negara (Undang-undang No.20 tahun 2003). Sekolah Menengah Atas adalah salah satu bentuk Satuan Pendidikan formal yang menyelenggarakan pendidikan umum pada jenjang pendidikan menengah sebagai lanjutan dari SMP/ MTs, atau bentuk lain yang sederajat. SMA Negeri 3 Selong yang berlokasi di kota Selong, ibukota Kabupaten Lombok Timur provinsi Nusa Tenggara Barat memiliki 2 jurusan yaitu IPA dan IPS. Kriteria pemilihan jurusan terdiri dari: Minat Pribadi Sosial (PS), Intelegensi (IQ), Minat Natural (NT), Minat Mekanik (MK), Minat Bisnis (BS), Minat Seni (AR) dan Minat Sains  (SN). Permasalahan yang sering muncul pada penjurusan di SMA Negeri 3 Selong adalah dalam proses penentuan jurusan membutuhkan waktu dan tenaga yang banyak, kekeliruan dalam menentukan kelas siswa berdasarkan kuota yang sudah di tentukan, untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut perlu dibuat adanya suatu program aplikasi Sistem Pendukung Keputusan yang dapat membantu memberi alternatif penjurusan siswa baru dengan penggabungan dari dua metode yaitu Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) dan Simple Addictive Weighting (SAW). Metodelogi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode waterfall dengan tahapan yang digunakan adalah Requirement Analysis, System & Software Design, Implementation & Unit Testing dan Integration & System Testing. Kesimpulan yang dihasilkan dari peneliian ini adalah bahwa Sistem Pendukung Keputusan telah berhasil dirancang dan diimplementasikan sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna yang telah dianalisa pada tahap sebelumnya. Hasil ini didapatkan dari pengujian blackbox yang dilakukan bahwa seluruh menu yang telah bangun pada aplikasi dapat berjalan sesuai dengan perancangan. Selain itu, Sistem yang dibangun yang bertujuan membantu dalam menentukan Penjurusan siswa baru pada SMA Negeri 3 Selong menghasilkan hasil pengujian sebear 100% responden menyatakan setuju atas tujuan tersebut.

Abstract

Orientasi siswa lulusan sekolah menengah kejuruan di Kabupaten Lombok Tengah memiliki kecenderungan memasuki dunia kerja dengan bekerja pada institusi usaha / industri. Sebagian dengan jumah lebih sedikit, ada yang mencoba bekerja secara mandiri. Berdasar temuan di lapangan, lulusan sekolah menengah kejuruan di Kabupaten Lombok Tengah umunya belum siap mengaplikasikan bekal skill diri mereka memasuki dunia kerja. Namun deemikian, pilihan sekolah menengah kejuruan merupakan pilihan keterdesakan serta keinginan cepat bekerja tetapi pada kenyataan belum siap langsung terjun bekerja secara langsung. Kondisi ini juga berlaku khususnya pada siswa dan sekolah menengah kejuruan yang bidang keahliannya Multimedia sub Grafis dan Produk Percetakan, salah satunya dalam menyusun pra-desain. Sketsa rancangan desain grafis sangat diperlukan sebagai ilustrasi awal dalam menyusun produk desain grafis produk percetakan. Tim kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat memberikan solusi kepada mitra adalah memberikan bimbingan/pendampingan praktis lengsung kepada siswa guna peningkatan kapasistas skill siswa-siswi dalam membuat rancangan produk percetakan secara paripurna. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan terdiri atas tahap identifikasi, perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Berdasar hasil evaluasi, siswa-siswi menjadi memiliki kemampuan dalam membuat sketsa rancangan desain grafis produk percetakan yang menyesuaikan dengan kebutuhan di dunia kerja dan industri. Siswa-siswi mendapat pengalaman tambahan dalam mempersiapkan diri memasuki dunia kerja pada saat setelah lulus.

Abstract

Vocational high school graduates in Central Lombok Regency tend to enter the workforce. Only a small number continue to higher education. In even smaller numbers, some try to open their own businesses or work independently. Based on findings in the field, vocational high school graduates in Central Lombok Regency are generally not ready to directly apply their skills and potential to enter the workforce. However, the choice of vocational high school is a choice of urgency and the desire to work quickly but in reality are not ready to go straight to work directly. This condition also applies especially to students and vocational high schools whose field of expertise is Multimedia sub-Graphics and Printing Products. The community service activity team provides a solution to partners by providing direct practical guidance/mentoring to students in order to increase the capacity of students' skills in making printing product designs. The method of implementing the activity consists of the stages of identification, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Based on the evaluation results, the capacity of students can increase. Students can make graphic designs for printing products that are tailored to the needs of the world of work and industry. Students gain additional experience in preparing themselves to enter the workforce after graduation.

Abstract

Media pembelajaran merupakan komponen penting dalam pembelajaran yang harus dipersiapkan oleh guru atau pendidik untuk menunjang pembelajaran sehingga tujuan pembelajaran dapat tercapai secara efektif. Pelaksanaan kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat pada artikel ini adalah bertujuan untuk memberikan penguatan kompetensi guru pada bidang Computational Thinking dimana guru mengembangkan materi bahan ajar pada tingkat sekolah dasar dimana guru adalah objek pelaksanaan kegiatan. Computational Thinking merupakan sebuah strategi berpikir komputasi yang diimplementasikan dalam berbagai mata pelajaran yang diajarkan pada guru di sekolah. Aplikasi Canva merupakan platform desain dan komunikasi visual online dengan misi memberdayakan semua orang di seluruh dunia agar dapat membuat desain apapun dan mempublikasikan desain mereka dimanapun sehingga Canva dianggap mampu untuk menjadi alat pendukung guru dalam mengembangkan berbagai kebutuhan bahan ajar yang menarik minat siswa untuk belajar. Metode pelaksanaan terdiri dari beberapa tahapan antara lain: persiapan, pelaksanaan kegiatan dan evaluasi. Kesimpulan dari hasil evaluasi pelaksanaan kegiatan adalah bahwa peserta dan pemangku pendidikan pada tingkat SD yang telah mengikuti kegiatan merasa sangat setuju bahwa kegiatan ini menarik, bermanfaat, mudah diikuti, sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan perlu untuk dilaksanakan kembali.

Abstract

Stunting remains a public health issue in Indonesia. Stunting in toddlers can lead to decreased productivity and quality of Indonesia's human resources in the future. Stunting is a chronic malnutrition problem caused by inadequate nutritional intake over a prolonged period due to improper feeding that does not meet nutritional needs. One solution proposed to help diagnose stunting problems, especially those caused by poor nutrition or malnutrition, is through the use of expert systems. An expert system is a program designed to make decisions, similar to those made by one or more experts, where these decisions can be recommendations or solutions based on the knowledge possessed by the experts. An expert system can also be seen as a duplicate of an expert, as the knowledge is stored in a database to aid in problem-solving. The stored data can include symptoms experienced by the patient, allowing the program to infer the type of illness the patient is suffering from. One method used in expert systems is Dempster Shafer. This research will apply a method to help identify stunting caused by malnutrition in toddlers using the Dempster Shafer Method and the Certainty Factor Method. The system designed and built in this study is intended to assist or provide information to users in analyzing stunting from the perspective of poor nutrition and growth disorders experienced by toddlers. The analysis of growth disorders will use the Dempster Shafer and Certainty Factor methods, which will produce uncertainty values in assessing the potential symptoms affecting the level of malnutrition risk in each toddler. The input actors provide data on toddlers, including BMI (Body Mass Index) based on body length/height and age, as well as gender. The output will indicate the level of malnutrition suffered and the growth disorders resulting from malnutrition in stunted patients. The expected benefit of creating this application is to implement the Dempster Shafer and Certainty Factor methods to analyze toddler malnutrition based on risk levels and growth disorders through experienced symptoms. This will help and provide information to users in preventing growth disturbances in toddlers, which is one of the main causes of stunting. Based on calculations using the Certainty Factor method, the final results differ from those obtained using the Dempster Shafer method, even with the same symptoms selected. The chosen symptoms are: 1. Lack of energy and appearing unenthusiastic and lethargic 2. Weight loss 3. Difficulty concentrating 4. Respiratory tract infections. The final results show diagnostic certainty values of (underweight = 0.4), (Marasmus = 0.232), (Kwashiorkor = 0.2), and (Stunting = 0.144). Therefore, based on the highest certainty factor value, the patient's condition is diagnosed as underweight with a certainty factor of 0.4 or 40%. Based on the two methods and the same symptoms, it can be concluded that the Dempster Shafer method has greater accuracy compared to the Certainty Factor method. The validation result from the questionnaire gives a validation score of 86.5 (Strongly Agree).

Abstract

This research aims to develop a Decision Support System (SKS) to help MAN 1 Bima City students in determining college majors that match their interests, talents, and potential. In this system, the Naive Bayes method is used to process data and provide recommendations based on factors such as academic grades, interests, and career prospects. This system is designed to overcome the limitations of manual processes that are often subjective and inconsistent. The methodology used in this research is Sythe Systemevelopment Life Cycle (S(SDLC),hich includes the stages of needs analysis, design, implementation, and testing. The data used includes students' report cards from sesemesters and 2 of grade 12. The system is also designed to allow the management of information related to college majors by administrators and provide statistical reports on the results of rerecommendations.he test results show that this SPK is able to provide accurate major recommendations and ccordance with student profiles. Testing was conducted using the blacblack boxhod to ensure all system features function properly. The system also proved to be efficient and can save time and resources compared to the manual method. The conclusion of this research is that SPK with the Naive Bayes method can be an effective and efficient tool in the process of determining college majors. In addition, it is recommended to continue developing this system, such as by adding more comprehensive interest and talent test features, as well as increasing the accessibility of the system through mobile applications.

Abstract

In the current era of globalization, very fast, precise and accurate information is needed in running information for its users. Fast and precise information system management is very helpful for an educational institution where the implementers of education themselves need something that can support and facilitate in achieving their targets and goals. With the benefits and convenience of the internet and sophisticated websites, it should be developed in each school to make it easier to manage data. The problems include frequent errors in data processing because of the large number of prospective student applicants that must be processed, the difficulty of searching for student applicant data because the data is in the form of a pile of forms, the inefficiency of time in the selection process by viewing and checking one by one the requirements for the prospective student registration form, and the information obtained by prospective students is not fast because they have to come to school directly. The purpose of this study is to build a new student admissions information system based on a website using the Laravel Framework, which is able to help process new student admissions data at SDN 3 Gerung Utara in order to provide convenience in registering and announcing. The method used in the development of a new student admissions information system based on a website is the waterfall method. This method has several stages, namely the analysis stage, design stage, program code creation stage, testing stage, maintenance stage so that the application produced has advantages in registering and announcing. The results in making this application can help in processing student data and announcements, and can facilitate registration. It can be concluded that this system can help process new student admissions data at SDN 3 Gerung Utara in order to provide convenience in registering and announcing.

Abstract

Nowadays, most of SMK’s graduates in Central Lombok Regency are not yet ready to directly apply their skills and potential to work place. Multimedia expertise field of Graphic Design competency for Printing products is a favorite choice for prospective SMK’s students in Central Lombok Regency. Less than optimal learning is often experienced by SMK in remote areas, especially non-state schools; mostly due to limited learning devices. SMK in remote areas and private schools accommodate many students who cannot attend state schools which are generally located in the center city or other urban area. The field conditions that occur are the lack of graduate capacity to meet the needs of graduate users. Main problem faced by SMK is the lack of device support in learning and learning experience in practical derived from the world place. Implementation of the Community Service Program provides an answer to these needs. SMK Al Fajri as a partner becomes a accommodator for workshop activities to assist in increasing the capacity of students in preparing Graphic Design for Printing products. Students are given practical training and work on design projects as training to strengthen their technical skills. Communication and interaction exercises are added to complement students' competencies. Based on the evaluation, all workshop participants gained new experiences, increased technical and non-technical capacities. 80% of students can create Graphic Designs for Printing products independently and based on orders, without having to be given examples and direct guidance.
