Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan kemampuan komunikasi interpersonal dan percaya diri dengan kecemasan berbicara di depan umum pada remaja. Sampel penelitian adalah 100 orang remaja di kecamatan Kalianget. Nilai F = 84,410 pada p = 0,000 (p < 0,05) untuk kemampuan komunikasi interpersonal dan percaya diri dengan kecemasan berbicara di depan umum. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan komunikasi interpersonal dan percaya diri yang dilakukan secara bersama memiliki korelasi yang sangat signifikan dengan kecemasan berbicara di depan umum dan hipotesis pertama diterima. Nilai t = -3,627 pada p = 0,000 (p < 0,05) untuk kemampuan komunikasi interpersonal dengan kecemasan berbicara di depan umum. Menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan negatif antara kemampuan komunikasi interpersonal dengan konsep diri yang sangat signifikan sehingga hipotesis kedua diterima. Nilai t = -2,956 pada p = 0,004 (p < 0,05) untuk percaya diri dengan kecemasan berbicara di depan umum. Menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan negatif antara percaya diri dengan kecemasan berbicara di depan umum yang sangat signifikan sehingga hipotesis ketiga diterima. Kata kunci: kecemasan berbicara di depan umum, kemampuan komunikasi interpersonal, percaya diri.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the relationship between the interest in the profession of the teacher and the teacher's morale with the creativity of the kindergarten teacher. The subject of research is the kindergarten teachers se-Gampengrejo Regency Kediri Subdistrict totaling 108 men from 32 schools kindergartens in the area. Research sample amounted to 108 people. Data retrieval using three questionnaires each interest in the profession of teachers to gauge the extent of the respondent's interest in the profession of the teacher and the morale of teachers to gauge the extent of the respondent's morale after becoming a teacher as well as the creativity of teachers to gauge how big the creativity of teachers by having their interest to become a teacher and their morale becomes a teacher. To use data analysis regression analysis with two predictors (variables X1 and X2) and one kriterium (variable Y). The results showed that 1) interest in the profession theacher and Creativity kindergarten correlates positively and significantly. Thus the first hypothesis of this research is acceptable. 2) teacher morale and creativity kindergarten correlates positively and significantly. Thus the second hypothesis of this research, can be accepted. 3) interest in the profession of teachers and teacher morale with the creativity of teachers kindergarten is significant. Thus the third hypothesis of this research, can be accepted. While interest in the profession and teacher morale contributed effectively amounted to 40.1%, rest of 59,9% were other factors that proved more influential to the creativity of teachers but not examined in this study.

Abstract

Abstract Research for studies both simultaneous or partial correlations of democratic parenting and self-efficacy to creativity. Subject are 123 mid adolescence (60 boys and 63 girls), ages from 16 to 18 years old. Data taken from scales of C.O.R.E for creativity, P.A.O.D. for democratic parenting and ED-G for self-efficacy. Result of simultaneous test it R = 0,384, F = 10,349, p = 0,000 (p 0,05). Democratic parenting and self-efficacy simultaneously and significant would have predicting creativity. R2 = 0,147 refer that 14,7% varians proportion on creativity would hava explained from democratic parenting and self-efficacy, othre for 85,3% could explained from other factors that not self-efficacy. Constant of 146,671 is score of creativity if no democratic parenting and self-efficacy. Result of partial test of democratic parenting t = 0,420, p = 0,675 (p 0,05). Democratic parenting partially wasnt correlated with creativity. Result of partial test of self-efficacy t = 4,534, p = 0,000 (p 0,05). Self-efficacy partially was significantly positive correlated with creativity. The findings are disscussed in terms of their implications for mid adolescent context. Abstract

This main purpose of this study is to validate the structure of creativity test’s internal consistency in the field of architecture. Method of analysis’s done by Many Facet Rasch Model (MFRM) approach using Facet Program. There were 44 High School students of Public, Private, and Vocational School, also 2nd and 8th semester Architecture College students involved as participants. Three person become raters, and assessed the participants, which consist of two academicians (Architecture lecturers) and one professional Architect. Analysis of Facet Program’s indicates the comparison between exact agreements value and expected agreements value is very small. So that it produce a very high reliability coefficient (> 0.8). The result shows that rater’s interpretation is very good that it can provide stable and consistent evaluation. It also indicates the agreement for evaluation’s score given. Rater’s agreement also strengthen the evidence that constructed items are relevant with measuring attributes and represent overall measurable domains.Keyword : Inter Rater Reliability, Creativity, Architecture

Abstract

Penelitian studi kasus ini memiliki tujuan  mendeskripsikan reaksi psikologis dan dampak sosial psikologis sistem zonasi penerimaan siswa baru di SMK, dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Data penelitian diperoleh dari wawancara terhadap seorang siswa kelas X SMK di Surabaya (yang mengalami sistem zonasi saat penerimaan siswa baru), orang tua, guru dan tokoh masyarakat (ketua RT tempat siswa tinggal). Hasil wawancara menunjukkan bahwa subjek penelitian ini tidak setuju adanya sistem zonasi dalam penerimaan siswa baru dikarenakan dengan adanya sistem zonasi membatasi siswa-siswi yang berprestasi untuk masuk ke sekolah yang favorit atau yang diingankan, merasa kecewa karena dengan adanya zonasi beberapa pihak merasa dirugikan karena sudah meluangkan waktu untuk  mengikuti les dan sudah mengeluarkan biaya supaya bisa masuk ke sekolah favorit dan itu berdampak untuk setiap individu yang  terkena sistem zonasi. Kesimpulannya sistem zonasi memberikan efek psikologis pada individu karena membuat kecewa dan mengurangi keinginan untuk berprestasi setiap individu

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan adanya perbedaan agresivitas dan prososial antara siswa SMP Negeri di kota dengan di desa. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa SMP Negeri 22 Samarinda dan SMP Negeri 30 Pampang sejumlah 154 responden. Untuk mengumpulkan data digunakan skala agresivitas dan skala prososial. Hasil analisis varians anova dua jalur menunjukkan perbedaan agresivitas  antara siswa di kota dengan di desa didapatkan nilai F = 8,905 nilai p = 0.03 (p < 0,050) yang berarti signifikan. Sedangkan  hasil analisis prososial didapatkan nilai F = 2,255 nilai p = 0,135 (p > 0,050) yang berarti tidak signifikan, sehingga tidak ada perbedaan prososial antara  siswa di kota dengan  di desa. Abstract

The rapid development of information and communication technology in addition to having a positive impact such as providing convenience in finding information for students, expanding knowledge, increasing insight, stimulating creativity and learning innovation and allowing wider access to education also has a negative impact such as various misuses of internet technology, such as excessive use to play games,  reduced focus while studying which can result in decreased academic performance. One of the negative impacts that quite a lot occurs is Problematic internet use that can occur to anyone when the duration or activity used by individuals in accessing the internet is so high that it makes individuals ignore other aspects of their lives. This study aims to determine the relationship between Loneliness and Relational mobility with Problematic internet use in students. The subjects of this study were 250 college students. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling. Data collection in this study used a Google Form. The measuring instruments in this study are problematic internet use, Loneliness, Relational mobility. The results showed that Loneliness and Relational mobility correlated with problematic internet use. There is a positive relationship between Loneliness and problematic internet use. The higher the Loneliness, the higher the problematic internet use. There is a negative relationship between Relational mobility and problematic internet use. The higher the Relational mobility, the lower the problematic internet use.

Abstract

The era of digitalization requires teachers to be proficient in using and utilizing digital media and mastering digital competencies in it. The purpose of this study is to prove the relationship between digital literacy, critical thinking skills, and self-directed learning in MI teachers. This study uses quantitative research methods with data collection in the form of a psychological scale. The research subjects totaled 154 teachers who were divided into 12 educational institutions in Pakong District, using a purposive sampling technique, namely teachers with an age range of 27-60 years who had Android mobile phones and could access WhatsApp. The research data analysis method uses Spearman Rho's non-parametric analysis assisted by SPSS version 25 for windows. The results of the study show that critical thinking skills have a positive correlation with digital literacy with an rho value of 0.381. Self-directed learning is also proven to have a positive correlation with digital literacy with an rho value of 0.442 and a significance level (p <0.01). The results of the research in this thesis also identify that self-directed learning has a more dominant effective contribution to digital literacy than critical thinking skills, which is 19.5%.

Abstract

Previous research data shows that drug users who have undergone rehabilitation can still experience relapse, so research that identifies factors that cause relapse is essential. This study aims to examine the relationship between craving and family support with the tendency to relapse. The research participants were 97 drug addicts undergoing rehabilitation at several rehabilitation institutions in Surabaya and Gresik. The research scale was compiled by the researcher himself, consisting of a relapse scale (α = 0.935), which refers to the theory of Gorski and Miller, a craving scale (α = 0.899), which refers to Drummond's theory, and a family support scale (α = 0.949) which refers to Friedman's theory. The research data were analyzed using multiple regression tests. The results of the partial test showed that the higher the craving in people with an addiction who had undergone rehabilitation, the higher their tendency to relapse. However, the results of the partial test also proved that solid family support made the tendency to relapse lower. The results of the study simultaneously also showed that craving and family support were predictors of the tendency to relapse in drug addicts after rehabilitation. These findings are expected to broaden understanding of clinical psychology and provide practical guidelines for former addicts to prevent relapse through efforts to reduce cravings and increase family support.

Abstract

The decreasing number of jobs and the increasing number of students who are more oriented towards finding work have the potential to increase unemployment rates in the future. Students as people who will enter the world of work need an interest in entrepreneurship as a basis for opening new jobs. This study aims to see whether student independence is related to their interest in entrepreneurship. The design of this study is quantitative correlational with the Spearman's Rho analysis method. A total of 247 students were involved in this study, collected using quota sampling techniques taken from 2686 students of the 2020 intake of the Universitas 17 Agustus 1945 Surabaya with the calculation of the Isaac and Michael table. The measuring instruments used were the independence scale (α:0.932) and the entrepreneurial interest scale (α:0.944). The results of the study showed a positive correlation between the level of independence and students' entrepreneurial interest (r:0.993; p 0.001). A high level of independence makes students believe in their own abilities and not depend on external factors so that they can overcome thoughts about the risk of failure so that students become more interested in becoming entrepreneurs.Semakin berkurangnya lapangan pekerjaan serta semakin banyaknya mahasiswa yang lebih berorientasi mencari kerja menjadi potensi semakin tingginya angka pengangguran di masa mendatang. Mahasiswa sebagai insan yang akan terjun pada dunia kerja memerlukan minat untuk berwirausaha sebagai dasar membuka lapangan pekerjaan yang baru. Tujuan dari penelitian adalah untuk melihat ada tidaknya korelasi antara tingkat kemandirian dengan minat berwirausaha mahasiswa. Desain penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif korelasional dengan metode analisa Spearman’s Rho. Sebanyak 247 mahasiswa terlibat dalam penelitian ini yang dihimpun menggunakan teknik quota sampling yang diambil dari 2686 mahasiswa angkatan 2020 Universitas 17 Agustus 1945 Surabaya dengan perhitungan tabel Isaac dan Michael. Alat ukur yang digunakan adalah skala kemandirian (α:0,932) dan skala minat berwirausaha (α:0,944). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya korelasi positif antara tingkat kemandirian dengan minat berwirausaha mahasiswa (r=0,993; p0,001). Tingkat kemandirian yang tinggi menjadikan mahasiswa meyakini kemampuan dirinya dan tidak tergantung pada faktor eksternal sehingga dapat mengatasi pemikiran akan resiko kegagalan sehingga mahasiswa menjadi lebih berminat untuk berwirausaha.
