Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi yang pesat, khususnya dalam pemanfaatan internet, telah mendorong berbagai sektor industri untuk mengadopsi sistem digital dalam meningkatkan efisiensi dan kualitas layanan. PO. SARAH GROUP sebagai perusahaan jasa transportasi antarkota yang beroperasi di Sumatera Barat, menghadapi tantangan dalam hal pencatatan keuangan yang masih bersifat manual, kurang transparan, serta lambat dalam pelaporan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengembangkan sistem informasi pencatatan dan manajemen data operasional berbasis website yang mampu meningkatkan akurasi pencatatan, mempercepat akses informasi, serta mendukung pengambilan keputusan berbasis data secara real-time. Pengembangan sistem dilakukan dengan pendekatan metode Agile menggunakan framework Laravel dan basis data MySQL. Hasil uji validitas oleh dosen ahli menunjukkan tingkat validitas sistem sebesar 75% yang masuk dalam kategori cukup valid, sementara uji efektivitas memperoleh nilai 100% yang menandakan sistem telah berjalan sesuai fungsi. Fitur sistem meliputi pencatatan penghasilan harian, mingguan, bulanan, pembuatan laporan keuangan, serta grafik visual fluktuasi pendapatan. Sistem ini diharapkan menjadi solusi komprehensif dalam meningkatkan efisiensi manajerial dan mendukung transformasi digital PO. SARAH GROUP secara berkelanjutan, serta memperluas penerapan sistem informasi digital di sektor jasa transportasi daratKata Kunci— Sistem informasi berbasis web, pencatatan keuangan digital, manajemen data operasional, efisiensi layanan transportasi, transformasi digital perusahaan. ABSTRACTThe rapid development of information technology, particularly in internet utilization, has driven various industrial sectors to adopt digital systems to enhance service efficiency and quality. PO. SARAH GROUP, an intercity transportation service company operating in West Sumatra, faces challenges in financial recording that remain manual, lack transparency, and are slow in reporting. This research aims to design and develop a web-based operational data recording and management information system that improves recording accuracy, accelerates information access, and supports real-time data-driven decision-making. The system was developed using the Agile method with the Laravel framework and MySQL as the database. Expert validation tests indicated a system validity level of 75%, classified as fairly valid, while effectiveness testing achieved a score of 100%, indicating full functionality as intended. System features include daily, weekly, and monthly income recording, financial report generation, and graphical visualization of income fluctuations. The system is expected to provide a comprehensive solution for enhancing managerial efficiency and supporting the sustainable digital transformation of PO. SARAH GROUP. This research also contributes to the broader application of digital information systems from the industrial and logistics sectors into land-based transportation services. Keywords— Web-based information system, digital financial recording, operational data management, transportation service efficiency, corporate digital transformation.

Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are productive economic enterprises that make a very significant contribution to the process of spurring the development of Indonesia's economic growth. On the one hand, the development of information technology is also growing very quickly. Therefore, managing micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) businesses by utilizing digital technology is now an important part of increasing the competitiveness of micro ,small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) so that they are able to compete with other industry players. The aim of this research is to design an e-business design that can be used to improve business development performance in order to achieve its competitive targets so that it is able to compete with competitors in Payakumbuh city MSMEs. The framework used to analyze design feasibility tests is the PIECES Framework, which includes performance, information, economics, control, efficiency, and services. This method is used to measure the level of satisfaction with using the e-business system in managing MSME businesses in the city of Payakumbuh. The results of this research are in the range 3.4 – 4.91 = satisfied, so the design of the Payakumbuh City MSME e-business application is suitable for implementation in an application form that can be used by Payakumbuh City MSMEs and later used for testing the developed e-business system.
