Abstract

The value relevance of earnings information will be even greater when there is uncertainty about companies’future prospect. This research uses corporate social responsibility (CSR) disclosure in annual report proxied uncertainty about companies’future prospect. The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of CSR disclosure of both unexpected earnings and stock returns.The population of this research is a manufacturing company that is listed on Indonesian stock exchange in 2008-2010. Sampling method using a purposive sampling with the number of samples that meet the criteria are 123 companies. This research uses multiple regression analysis. The result of analysis hypothesis show that CSR disclosure have negative effects of correlation unexpected earnings and stock returns. CSR disclosure proved able to reduce uncertainty about companies’future prospect.Keyword:  Corporate social responsibility (CSR) disclosure, unexpected earnings and stock returns.

Abstract

Corona Virus Disease (Covid-19) yang muncul di penghujung tahun 2019 dengan cepat menyebar menjadi pandemi. Indonesia termasuk negara yang terkena dampak pandemi itu. Puluhan ribu orang positif terkena Covid-19 dan ribuan diantaranya meninggal dunia. Hal ini membutuhkan penangan super serius dan melibatkan banyak pihak. Diantara garda depan perlawanan terhadap Covid-19 adalah gugus tugas di tingkat RT, termasuk RT 01 RW 07 Kelurahan Sokanegara Kecamatan Purwokerto Timur Kabupaten Banyumas. Kegiatan yang dilaksanakan gustu beragam jenisnya. Sosialisasi ke warga tentang Covid-19 dan bahayanya, pemasangan tempat cuci tangan di tiap mulut gang, pembagian masker, penyemprotan disinfektan secara rutin, pendampingan keluarga dari warga berstatus ODP, pendataan warga terdampak dan penyaluran bantuan. Kegiatan sekaligus gerakan bersama ini dilakukan untuk mencegah penyebaran Covid-19.

Abstract

The impact felt during the spread of the corona virus was very large, especially on the country's economy, one of the most vulnerable sectors is MSMEs which are the driving force of the country's economy. Consumers began to limit their consumption due to deteriorating financial conditions. Moreover, consumers really want satisfaction when choosing MSMEs that are considered able to provide prices that are in accordance with financial conditions during the Covid-19 pandemic, are able to provide good service, and are able to maintain the company's existence by creating a positive image, so that consumers feel satisfied. The purpose of this study is to examine the impact of the Covid-19 outbreak on the MSME business, how people are consistent in using Indonesian MSME products because they are familiar with their image and quality, so that MSMEs can still maintain their existence in the face of crises in that era. The level of technological readiness in research This is at the basic research stage with the output target is to obtain data from a questionnaire about how great the existence of Indonesian local MSMEs is able to survive during the COVID-19 pandemic until a new era is normal. The sample used in the study used a random sampling technique to randomly select consumers of Indonesian local MSME products throughout Indonesia, with data analysis techniques using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The result is that company image is able to mediate service quality on customer satisfaction, but is not proven to mediate customer satisfaction prices. This opens the door for future research.

Abstract

Examination of financial statements is a gradual process of activities that begin from planning, carrying out fieldwork audits and reporting quality of audit results. This study examines the dimensions of audit quality from the point of view of independence, due professional care and ethics of auditors on the quality of internal auditors of local governments in the ex Pekalongan residency. The analysis technique uses data quality test, classic assumption test and multiple linear regression analysis. Sampling technique with purposive sampling. Based on the analysis test, it was found that the independence, due professional care and ethics of auditors had a significant positive effect on the quality of audit results from internal auditors of the local government in the ex Pekalongan residency.

Abstract

The increasing business activities of state-owned banks in Indonesia increases risks. This circumstance can impact the level of state-owned banks’ efficiency. Thus, this research analyses the influence of banking risks on the state-owned banks’ efficiency in Indonesia from 2016 to 2019. Moreover, inflation as one of the macroeconomic factors may also affect the relationship between banking risks and efficiency; hence, this research also examines the inflation role as a moderating variable of this relationship. The samples of this research are all state-owned banks in Indonesia. Ordinary Least Squares (OLS) regression analysis shows that liquidity risk and credit risk have positive and significant influences on efficiency. However, inflation as a moderating variable has no significant influence on efficiency. Inflation also fails to moderate the relationship between liquidity risk and efficiency of state-owned banks in Indonesia. Nevertheless, inflation successful moderates the relationship between credit risk and efficiency.

Abstract

This research produces information products about Pekalongan city batik educational tourism packaged in audio-visual form with the aim of increasing Pekalongan City's daytime power through audio-visual promotional media innovations that carry the concept of educational travel on the local wisdom product "Batik" which is the identity of Pekalongan City, which can attract tourists to visit Pekalongan city to take an educational tour after watching Video Teaser Batik Edu-Tourism. Research and development research or research and development (R&D) with a qualitative approach that produces competitive video innovations in promoting batik educational tourism. Batik educational tourism locations are presented based on five useful concepts of batik edu-tourism, namely: learning tourism, technique tourism, heritage tourism, community tourism, and shopping tourism which are also the hallmark or differentiation of the edu-tourism video in this video. The selection of destinations in the video is due to the prominent potential in tourism and batik education and refers to the prima donna destinations in Pekalongan City. In line with the branding of the city of Pekalongan, namely the world city of batik, this video is a special attraction for tourists who watch, as evidenced by the enthusiasm of the batik-edu tourism teaser video viewers which has increased significantly. Abstract

SMEs are the crushers of the people's economy and many grow rapidly in the city of Pekalongan especially SMEs batik. In recently, there has been a decrease of batik sales turnover which is faced by small scale batik entrepreneurs (SMEs) in Pekalongan City. Some of the causal factors include batik products they can not compete with batik textile products that flood domestic markets. This study aims to formulate efforts to increase the competitive advantage of SMEs batik through strategy implementation of SAK ETAP for the preparation of financial statements and e- commerce for online marketing of batik products. Data collection was done by direct observation and structured interview (guided interview) and questionnaires distribution to obtain complete primary data,  while  secondary data  was  collected by documentation technique  from  various relevant sources. Data analysis was done by validity test, reliability, classical assumption test, descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression. The results show that SAK ETAP and Online Marketing have a positive influence on competitive advantage of SMEs Batik.

Abstract

Creative economy that is very synonymous with creative industry activities, at the moment is considered capable of making a very significant contribution to the regional economy. Creative economy is essentially focused on industries that create goods and services that rely on expertise, talent and creativity as sustainable intellectual property. Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME’s) are one of the business sectors that can develop and be consistent in the national economy. MSME’s have always been a good place for the creation of productive employment.The purpose of this research was to formulate a SWOT analysis (Strengths, Weakness, Opportunities, Threats) on the development of creative economy as a step in developing creative economy-based Micro Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Pekalongan City through applicable development strategies, while the objectives of the research These are MSMEs that are spread in Pekalongan City which have a carrying capacity for Pekalongan City batik tourism.The level of technological readiness in this research is at the basic research stage with its output target is to obtain data from observations and interviews with informants through questionnaires related to efforts made by creative economy-based MSMEs to drive batik tourism destinations in Pekalongan which become the leading sectors of Pekalongan City. Data analysis using descriptive analysis techniques with SWOT analysis (Strengths, Weakness, Opportunities, Threats) to create a strategy for the development of creative economy-based MSMEs as a driver of tourism destinations in Pekalongan City.

Abstract

Industri kreatif merupakan industri yang bertujuan untuk menyalurkan ketrampilan dan bakat sehingga bisa tercipta lapangan pekerjaan melalui kreatifitas dan inovasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat perkembangan industri kreatif khususnya subsektor kerajinan (craft) dengan melakukan pemetaan di Kabupaten Pekalongan. Penelitian ini dimulai dengan survei di 11 (sebelas) kecamatan untuk menggali persepsi masyarakat tentang varian kerajinan batik dan selanjutnya dikombinasikan dengan data dari Dekranasda Kabupaten Pekalongann. Kegiatan penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan tipe penelitian deskriptif, tidak mengisolasi individu atau organisasi ke dalam variabel atau hipotesis tetapi memandangnya sebagai bagian dari satu kesatuan utuh. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif dan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan formula statistik sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa subsektor industri kerajinan memiliki peran strategis dalam meningkatkan variasi produk batik.Kata kunci : Pemetaan, Industri Kreatif, Kerajinan
