Abstract

Abstrak Undang-Undang Nomor 18 Tahun 2019 tentang Pesantren menandai pengakuan resmi terhadap pesantren sebagai bagian dari sistem pendidikan nasional di Indonesia. UU ini memberikan dasar hukum bagi pengelolaan, pengakuan, perlindungan, dan pemberdayaan pesantren, yang selama berabad-abad telah menjadi pilar dalam membentuk moral, spiritual, dan intelektual umat Islam di Indonesia. Undang-undang ini diharapkan mampu meningkatkan kualitas pesantren melalui peningkatan sumber daya manusia serta sarana dan prasarana. Meski demikian, tantangan dalam implementasinya, seperti minimnya pemahaman masyarakat pesantren terhadap undang-undang ini, mendorong pentingnya sosialisasi yang berkelanjutan. Sosialisasi dalam kegiatan pengabdian Masyarakat (PkM) ini dilakukan melalui metode penyuluhan oleh berbagai pihak, termasuk pemerintah dan akademisi, guna memastikan pesantren memahami hak dan kewajiban yang diatur dalam undang-undang serta mempersiapkan diri menghadapi tantangan modern. Universitas Pekalongan, melalui program pengabdian kepada Masyarakat bekerjasama dengan PP Nurul Huda An-Najah Banin Banat, juga turut berperan dalam menyebarluaskan informasi terkait UU Pesantren, dengan tujuan memfasilitasi dialog antara pemerintah, pengelola pesantren, dan masyarakat untuk memastikan implementasi yang tepat guna memperkuat peran pesantren dalam pembangunan nasional.

Abstract

The community service program in Purworejo Village, Sragi District, Pekalongan Regency, was implemented to enhance the capacity of local MSME actors in utilizing digital technology as a modern marketing tool. The program adopted a participatory approach involving youth organizations, business actors, village authorities, and the implementation team in every stage of the activity. Assistance included field observation, data collection, content development training, and the creation of a dedicated MSME website as a shared promotional platform. The results indicate significant social changes within the community, including improved digital literacy, stronger awareness of the importance of technology-based marketing, the emergence of local youth as digital facilitators, and the development of collaborative working patterns in managing digital media. These findings reinforce that participatory-based mentoring can strengthen community capacity in adopting technology, consistent with theoretical perspectives that position the community as key agents of local development. Therefore, the program not only produced a functional digital product in the form of an MSME website but also laid the foundation for a more adaptive, competitive, and sustainable village economic ecosystem..

Abstract

Development focuses on sectors that are capable of driving regional progress that can be detailed into superior regional products. This study uses a mix method approach, with analysis techniques in data collection using intramethod mixing and intermethod mixing through questionnaire, interview, and documentation techniques. Data were obtained by means of secondary surveys and questionnaires to 108 people as respondents, obtained as many as 21 candidate superior products selected by the community and selected 10 products that are community priorities and agreed upon by experts including; traditional batik, megono, fish processing, canting tulis and cap crafts, woven crafts, tauco, oriental lemonade drinks, processed tempeh, tea products, and convection. Based on the results of the calculation of the projection for the next 5-20 years using the exponential method, it was found that all products had an increase, but the analysis results were dominated by several superior products that showed rapid development. The order of the results of the projection of superior regional products from the most developed to the least developed products is; (1) traditional batik, (2) tea products, (3) convection, (4) megono, (5) processed tempeh, (6) tauco, (7) oriental lemonade drinks, (8) weaving crafts, (9) fish processing, (10) canting tulis and stamp crafts.

Abstract

Karang Taruna merupakan salah satu organisasi kepemudaan yang berperan penting dalam pembangunan desa. Namun, banyak Karang Taruna baru yang menghadapi tantangan dalam penguatan kelembagaan, penyusunan program kerja yang berkelanjutan, serta pemanfaatan teknologi informasi untuk memperluas jangkauan kegiatan. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas Karang Taruna Baru Desa Purworejo, Kabupaten Pekalongan, yang beranggotakan 21 orang dan diketuai oleh Bapak Dunawar. Metode yang digunakan meliputi pelatihan, pendampingan intensif, praktik penyusunan program kerja, serta workshop pengelolaan website desa. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa peserta mampu memahami struktur kelembagaan, menyusun program kerja tahunan, serta mengoperasikan website sebagai media komunikasi publik. Dengan demikian, kegiatan ini berhasil meningkatkan kapasitas organisasi pemuda desa dalam mendukung pembangunan masyarakat secara mandiri dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

This study investigates the influence of service quality, price fairness, and store atmosphere on customer loyalty through the mediating role of customer satisfaction, using Indomaret customers in Pekalongan City as the research context. Employing a quantitative research design with 120 respondents selected through purposive sampling, data were collected via structured questionnaires and analyzed using Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modeling. The result in this study are (1) service quality have a positive insignificant effect on customer satisfaction, (2) price fairness have a positive insignificant effect on customer satisfaction, (3) store atmosphere have a positive insignificant effect on customer satisfaction, (4) service quality have a positive insignificant effect on customer loyalty, (5) price fairness have a positive insignificant effect on customer loyalty, (6) store atmosphere have a positive insignificant effect on customer loyalty, (7) customer satisfaction have a positive insignificant effect on customer loyalty, (8) customer satisfaction is able to mediate the relationship service quality on customer loyalty, (9) price fairness is able to mediate the relationship service quality on customer loyalty, (10) store atmosphere is able to mediate the relationship service quality on customer loyalty. These findings indicate that high-quality service, fair pricing, and a pleasant store environment are essential in creating satisfied and loyal customers in the retail industry. The study contributes to understanding consumer behavior in the modern retail sector and offers managerial implications for retail operators to strengthen customer relationships through continuous improvement in service delivery, pricing transparency, and store ambiance.
