Abstract

Measuring the nutritional needs of rock climbing athletes can help athletes, coaches, and managers determine the portion of food and portion of the athlete's training. The purpose of this study is to determine the energy requirements and nutritional needs of FPTI rock climbing athletes in Buleleng Regency as recommendations for feeding. This research is a cross-sectional study that seeks to reveal quantitative variables and qualitative comments involving 12 rock climbing athletes. Data collection procedures by measurement of the nutritional needs of rock climbing athletes are carried out by providing an explanation of nutritional needs and measurement procedures, measuring BMI, calculating BMR and SDA, interviews for non-sports and sports physical activities, calculating total energy needs, determining food portions, and discussing the needs and eating of athletes per day. The calculation results show that the athlete's BMI is in the ideal category. The average energy requirement of athletes per day is 4568.45 calories. The average carbohydrate requirement for rock climbing athletes is 2741.07 calories or 685.27 grams. Energy needs that can be met by fat are 1142.11 calories or 126.9 grams. The energy requirement that can be supplied by protein is 685.27 calories or 171.32 grams. Rock climbing athletes require a diet with a rather low intake of protein and carbohydrates to keep body weight low. Adolescent rock climbing athletes must be careful in managing energy consumption which has an impact on growth and achievement.

Abstract

Modifikasi permainan gerak dasar dengan pendekatan latihan sirkuit merupakan upaya pengembangan motorik kasar anak yang disesuaikan dengan lingkungan, karakteristik anak, dan kebutuhan anak. penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji keefektifan modifikasi permainan gerak dasar dengan pendekatan latihan sirkuit terhadap pengembangan kemampuan motorik kasar anak TK. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian eksperimen. Design penelitian menggunakan one group pretest-posttest design. Subyek penelitian berjumlah 56 anak dengan usia 5–6 tahun. Penelitian ini menggunakan total sampling. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan Test Gross Motor Development 2nd Edition (TGMD-2). Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji-t. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan modifikasi permainan gerak dasar dengan pendekatan latihan sirkuit berpengaruh terhadap perkembangan kemampuan motorik kasar anak usia dini. Modifikasi permainan gerak dasar dengan pendekatan latihan sirkuit bisa menjadi alternatif pembelajaran anak usia dini untuk mengembangkan kemampuan motorik kasar anak

Abstract

The android-based performance assessment instrument in football learning is the result of the development of a football learning assessment instrument that adapts to the digital era. This study aims to test the validity and practicality of an android-based performance assessment instrument in football learning. The research method used was a validation test by media and soccer material experts and a practicality test by a football course lecturer. Application testing is carried out based on predetermined criteria. After being assessed by the validator and meeting the valid criteria, this application is then tested (implemented) by the subject or user. The data collection instruments used were field notes, expert validation sheets, and questionnaires. The media feasibility test of the assessment referred to the User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) standard. Data analysis was conducted to determine the applicant's eligibility and validity category based on the assessments of media experts and soccer learning evaluation experts. The results showed that the developed application was acceptable, with an average score of 3.67 from media experts and 3.83 from material experts so the total average of the expert test is 3.75 with very valid criteria. The product developed is an application of an android-based performance instrument for soccer learning that follows the assessment rubric in the PJOK curriculum and is practically used by PJOK educators as an evaluation tool for PJOK football material.

Abstract

Sports tourism is a promising business in the future, especially in Indonesia after the COVID-19 pandemic. The concept of sports tourism is to carry out tourism activities by exercising, where sports are believed to be a means to maintain and even increase the immunity of the human body. The concept of sports tourism will be beneficial for both physical and spiritual aspects. Sports tourism is one type of special interest tourism. Currently, sports tourism has become a trend, and the government's attention to increasing the country's foreign exchange is echoed by the government the theme of the National Sports Day (Haornas 2020) in sports science, sports tourism, and the sports industry. Reflecting on this, it is appropriate for the Indonesian sports academy to continue to innovate through research, one of which is in the field of sports tourism. This research is development research in the second stage which has the target of producing a module that can be used in the implementation of tourism sports activities in the village of Panji Anom, Buleleng Regency. The method used is a modified ADDIE (Analysis-Design-Development-Implementation-Evaluation) model development concept. The results of the study indicate that the draft module that has been compiled has been tested by experts and is declared to be used with revision

Abstract

One of the elements of physical condition needed by volleyball players, especially the Volleyball Team of the Faculty of Sports and Health Undiksha is flexibility. This study aims to determine the effect of the combined plyometric split jump and short sprint training on the flexibility of the Faculty of Sports and Health Undiksha volleyball team. This research is quasi-experimental. The number of samples used was 40 people who were taken with a simple random technique. The data analysis technique used inferential statistics with hypothesis testing using paired T-test at a significance level of ?=0,05, assisted by SPSS.25. The results of data analysis show that there is a significant effect between "The Combination of Plyometric Split Jump and Short Sprint Training toward Flexibility in the Volleyball Team of the Faculty of Sports and Health". Based on these results, it is advisable to recommend to volleyball coaches that in improving the physical condition of athletes, they will choose a training method that is on the elements of the physical condition that will be improved.

Abstract

Leg muscle explosive power is a real form of physical condition that contributes to the accuracy of shooting at a soccer goal. The purpose of this study is to try to relate the explosive power of the leg muscles to the accuracy of shooting soccer. This study uses a quantitative approach with a type of correlation. 25 soccer players as research subjects. The research instrument used a vertical limb muscle explosive power test and a soccer shooting accuracy test. Data analysis using Pearson product-moment. The results showed that explosive power contributed significantly to the accuracy of shooting soccer. But shooting soccer also requires contributions from other factors such as basic physical conditions which are always needed in every sports skill and psychological factors.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the implementation of game 3 on 3to improve leaning outcomes under passing the volleyball game. This study uses a Classroom Action Research approach. The subject of this research is amounted 37 students of class V of elementary school. This research was conducted in three cycles, using instruments in the form of Learning Implementation Plans, student observation sheets, questionnaires, and student learning outcomes. The results of this study were an increase in learning outcomes under passing the volleyball game students of class V of elementary school through the game 3 on 3 with a percentage of 82% classified as high in the percentage percentage of completeness. AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan permainan 3 on 3 terhadap peningkatan hasil belajar passing bawah permainan bolavoli. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas. Subjek dalam penelitian yaitu berjumlah sebanyak 37 orang siswa kelas V Sekolah Dasar. Penelitian ini dilakukan dalam tiga siklus, dengan menggunakan instrumen berupa Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran, lembar observasi siswa, kuisioner, dan hasil belajar siswa. Hasil penelitian ini adalah adanya peningkatan hasil belajar passing bawah bolavoli siswa kelas V Sekolah Dasar melalui permainan 3 on 3 dengan jumlah prosentase 82% yang tergolong tinggi dalam klasifikasi prosentase ketuntasan.

Abstract

Bahan ajar digital ilmu gizi olahraga merupakan bahan ajar melalui smartphone yang digunakan untuk membantu mahasiswa belajar materi ilmu gizi olahraga dalam perkuliahan yang menggunakan hybrid learning model. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kebutuhan mahasiswa akan bahan ajar digital dalam mata kuliah ilmu gizi olahraga. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Subyek penelitian adalah mahasiswa yang memprogram mata kuliah ilmu gizi olahraga. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan kuisioner penilaian kebutuhan bahan ajar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan metode perkuliahan sudah sangat sesuai dengan kondisi dan situasi terkini. Penggunaan media pembelajaran menunjang proses perkuliahan serta membantu pemahaman materi ilmu gizi olahraga mahasiswa. Agar proses belajar lebih efektif, mahasiswa sangat perlu bahan ajar digital ilmu gizi olahraga yang berupa e-modul untuk menunjang perkuliahan yang menggunakan hybrid learning model.

Abstract

Children with special needs (ABK) tend to be passive, because they have physical or mental deficiencies. In addition, people with special needs have problems in the psychomotor domain as a result of limitations in sensomotor abilities and limitations in learning abilities. Literature review using the method used is through a journal search system on google with the keywords athletic games on the motion of children with special needs. Journals and thesis used as literature have full text inclusion criteria, the subject is a child with special needs, the type of journal is the journal for the past 6 years. Based on the results of the review it was found that there are various kinds of athletic games to the motion of children with special needs. Literartur review conclusions that with a variety of athletic games can affect the motion of children with special needs
