Abstract

In order to prepare for offline learning, SMPN 1 Tegalampel Bondowoso needs many references on how to maintain a healthy lifestyle in the pandemic era to avoid covid-19. Starting from knowledge about immunity. Therefore, it is necessary to hold counseling on maintaining a healthy lifestyle at SMPN 1 Tegalampel Bondowoso. The implementation of Community Service Program activities by the Physical Education Lecturer Team at PGRI Adi Buana University Surabaya went smoothly. The teachers of SMPN 1 Tegalampel Bondowoso were very enthusiastic about participating in every scheduled activity. In order to prepare for offline learning, SMPN 1 Tegalampel Bondowoso needs many references on how to maintain a healthy lifestyle through exercise in the pandemic era to avoid covid-19. Starting from knowledge about maintaining a healthy lifestyle, increasing immunity by improving nutrition, increasing immunity by exercising and other knowledge that can provide benefits.

Abstract

Wushu merupakan salah satu cabang olahraga unggulan dalam menghadapi PORPROV VIII Jawa Timur, dalam kejuaraan wushu salah satu aspek penting yang harus diperhatikan adalah berat badan, karena wushu memiliki kategori berat badan yang akan dipertandingkan. Atlet dan pelatih Wushu masih belum memahami sepenuhnya tentang asupan nutrisi yang baik sehingga dikhawatirkan dapat mengganggu program latihan dalam menghadapi kejuaraan. Pelaksanaan kegiatan ini menggunakan metode diskusi eksplorasi dan pengukuran status nutrisi atlet. Hasil atlet wushu Surabaya memiliki rata-rata indeks massa tubuh dan persentase lemak tubuh yang normal, atlet dan pelatih memiliki pengetahuan tentang asupan nutrisi yang baik untuk menjaga performa olahraga

Abstract

Some of the important factors to monitor during exercise are training load / exercise, recovery, and illness / injury. Training load includes training duration, frequency, and intensity. What is considered during recovery is resting heart rate, fatigue, appetite, and sleep quality. The frequency, type, cause, place / position of the body where the illness / injury occurs, and how long it takes for the illness / injury to occur are important things that should not be overlooked (Malm et al., 2019). By monitoring these things independently at home, it is hoped that sports can take place safely and increase immunity during this corona pandemic. In order to prepare for offline learning, SMPN 1 Perak Jombang needs a lot of references on how to improve the immune system through sports in the pandemic era in order to avoid Covid-19. Starting from knowledge about immunity, increasing immunity by improving nutrition, increasing immunity by exercising and other knowledge that can provide benefits for all.

Abstract

MSMEs in the food sector are the dominant economic support in Indonesia. Surabaya has more than 60 thousand MSMEs. In food production at the MSME level, food additives and packaging is inevitable. Despite the current regulations, people still encounter dangerous food additives or packaging. This is caused by a lack of knowledge and awareness of food producers and consumers. On the other hand, since the implementation of the halal guarantee system, the use of halal labels on food and beverage products has become very important. For MSMEs, the government makes it easy to get a halal label through the self-declare halal program using the SEHATI. This activity aims to provide training on safe food additives and packaging, halal food, and the self-declare halal program using the SEHATI application in Surabaya. Carrying out activities using presentation and two-way interaction. Evaluate activities through pretest and posttest for each topic. The lowest values for food packaging, it is 52.92 and 79.58. The highest value was shown by the halal topic with an average of 69.58 and 97.92. The significance of the increase in value was demonstrated by the Wilcoxon test using SPSS 22 which showed the Asymp. Sig (2-tailed) value for the three topics less than 0.05. Thus, it can be concluded that this activity has proven to be able to improve participants' abilities regarding safe food additives and packaging, as well as halal food and the introduction of the self-declare halal program.
