Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji menguji model teoritik kematangan karir dan pengaruh harga diri, regulasi diri, dan motivasi berprestasi terhadap kematangan karir mahasiswa bimbingan dan konseling islami. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Causal Relationship Study dan analisis data adalah uji statistik yakni struktural equation modelling (SEM). Hasil uji hipotesis melalui analisis SEM diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa model teoritik kematangan karir mahasiswa bimbingan dan konseling islam telah terbukti layak (GFI = 0.924 dengan kriteria > 0.900) dan memperoleh dukungan data empiris (x2=149.799, p=0.398 dengan kriteria > 0.05), serta harga diri mempengaruhi motivasi berprestasi, regulasi diri mempengaruhi motivasi berprestasi, harga diri mempengaruhi kematangan karir, regulasi diri mempengaruhi kematangan karir, dan motivasi berprestasi mempengaruhi kematangan karir.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the many bullying behaviors in schools, bullying is a desire to hurt someone. In addition, this study was conducted with the aim of testing the effectiveness of group guidance with the homeroom technique in reducing student bullying behavior before and after being given treatment (experiment). This research uses quantitative research methods. This research is a pre experimental design using one group design pretest-posttest design because this design is designed to compare a treatment. In this study, quantitative data were obtained from a questionnaire instrument or a revealing questionnaire of 3.3% bullying behavior. The population in this study were 240 students of class XI MAN Blitar City. The sampling technique used purposive sampling, so that the sample of this study amounted to 8 students. The data analysis technique used is the t-test pired sample t-test. The results of this study indicate that a significant value of 0.000 0.05 means that H0 is rejected. Ha is accepted, that is, after group guidance with the homeroom technique is carried out, bullying behavior decreases. This means that group guidance is effective in overcoming bullying behavior in students at MAN Kota Blitar. The conclusion of this research is group guidance with the homeroom technique is effective to overcome the bullying behavior of students of Class XI MAN Kota Blitar.

Abstract

In the current era, many parents are too busy to work with the aim of meeting their daily needs and social demands, in the end there are some parents who ignore their children or often scold their children because they are tired of their work. Improper treatment of children will have a negative impact on children. In this paper, we will discuss parenting training for parents who have difficulty in raising children. The method used is the Rapid Rural Appraisal (RRA) Method or Rapid Rural Assessment, this is a method of assessing the situation and conditions in an area (village), the quick step here is to find data and information quickly from various sources. In this service, data and information were obtained from the community, the child protection commission of the Wonodadi sub-district, as well as influential figures in the Pikatan village community. The result of the training is that there is a change in parents who initially have an authoritarian parenting pattern that gradually improves and applies parenting in accordance with the needs of the child.

Abstract

Perencanaan karier dianggap sebagai salah satu bidang perhatian utama bagi mahasiswa mendekati kelulusannya.  Proses tersebut dapat digunakan untuk mengorientasikan ke mana arah karier masa depan dan apa yang harus dilakukan untuk mencapai tujuan karier yang di inginkan.  Akan tetapi fakta di lapangan menunjukkan bahwa masih banyak mahasiswa yang masih memiliki keraguan dalam menetapkan tujuan karier nantinya. Hal tersebut menunjukkan bahwa mahasiswa belum memiliki kematangan karier yang seharusnya sudah dimiliki dalam tahap perkembangannya. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan fenomenologi. Subyek penelitian yang digunakan berjumlah 3 mahasiswa yang memiliki permasalahan keraguan dalam karier yang ingin ditekuni. Metode pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan metode wawancara dan observasi. Hasil penelitian memunculkan 3 tema utama penelitian yang meliputi langkah penilaian diri, mengeksplorasi peluang karier dan membuat keputusan mengenai tujuan karier yang di inginkan. Gambaran perencanaan karier yang telah dilakukan mahasiswa sudah cukup baik, akan tetapi terdapat beberapa permasalahan dalam proses penetapan tujuan karier yang dipengaruhi dari faktor internal dan eksternal mahasiswa.

Abstract

Understanding the principles of counseling in forming a maslahah family should be based on the principle of benefit for both the individual and society. Therefore, counselors must understand these principles in providing support and guidance to families. Conflicts that occur in families often become problems that are so complex that they require the right approach to resolve them. So, it is important to understand and apply various techniques and strategies for resolving conflicts in the family. This research aims to describe explicitly the understanding of the principles of counseling in realizing family resilience for the Muslimat NU community. Apart from that, it also explains the approaches and strategies used in counseling in an effort to create family resilience. The method used in qualitative with a case study type in the Muslimat NU Trenggalek community. The result of the research show that it is time for the Muslimat NU community to upgrade their understanding of family counseling. They must be pro-active in trying to create a family that is physically and mentally healthy, peaceful, so that it can bring about a prosperous family that is able to overcome various problems in everyday life. So, the Muslimat NU community, which is generally filled with mothers, does not experience psychological stress because of the many demands. Of course, with extensive knowledge and always up to date with the latest information. Abstract

Career is the work-related activities and achievements obtained by an individual and the jobs handled during working life. In the career planning process, students' skills and talents are used in accordance with career planning goals. Research that uses qualitative research with a case study approach. Qualitative research is research produced using written and spoken words, as well as activities that can be studied. The methods used in collecting data are observation, interviews and documentation. Which was carried out at the MAN 1 Nganjuk location, with primary data from class XI students and secondary data from MAN 1 Nganjuk bk teachers. The research carried out aims to look at the career planning of MAN 1 Nganjuk students based on the aspects that students need in planning their careers. The resulting research shows that MAN 1 Nganjuk class XI students have planned their careers according to the students' interests, talents and potential, based on aspects of knowledge, attitudes and skills. To be able to determine the right career choice, students must have the skills to determine adequate career planning because career choices can determine future success.

Abstract

Pada 30 Januari 2020, World Health Organization (WHO) menetapkan adanya virus yang bernama Covid-19. Di saat itu, tatanan kehidupan di seluruh dunia berubah secara drastis mulai dari perekonomian, pendidikan, sosial, dan lain sebagainya. PBB (Perserikatan Bangsa-Bangsa) melalui WHO memutuskan bahwasanya untuk menghentikan segala bentuk aktifitas yang mengundang keramaian atau kerumunan. Hal ini diterima oleh pemerintah Indonesia untuk diterapkan melalui Surat Edaran Kementrian Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan (Kemendikbud) Direktorat Pendidikan Tinggi No. 1 Tahun 2020 perihal pencegahan penyebaran virus Covid-19 ini di dunia Pendidikan. Sistem belajar tatap maya menjadi pilihan pemerintah Indonesia agar proses belajar mengajar tetap lanjut di masa pandemi Covid-19 di Indonesia. Dari sistem belajar tatap maya ini, ada beberapa dampak yang muncul. Salah satunya ialah orang tua dan guru yang belum sepenuhnya mengerti tentang sistem belajar daring ini. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam kasus ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yakni observasi dan wawancara kepada para sampel yang terpilih. Sebagian orang tua ada yang sudah siap dan sebagian juga ada yang belum siap. Orang tua sudah mempersiapkan atau memfasilitasi kebutuhan pembelajaran daring anak. Meskipun setiap orang tua berbeda dalam memberikan fasilitas, tapi tujuannya sama yaitu agar anaknya tetap bersekolah atau mengikuti pembelajaran walaupun dari rumah.

Abstract

AbstrackUntil now, many children have become victims of pedophilic sexual crimes. Pedophilia is defined as a sexual disorder in which adults have sexual attraction or fantasies towards children or pre-pubertal children. Victims of pedophilic abuse experience many problems, not only physical problems but also psychological problems. Psychologically, they experience anxiety disorders, trauma, loss of self-confidence, fear of meeting other people, and become closed individuals and they will even become pedophiles if not handled properly. For this reason, there must be various efforts to help psychologically recover children who are victims of pedophilia, one of which can be through individual counseling. Individual counseling is an assistance service provided by a counselor to a client directly or face to face with the aim of resolving problems experienced by the client by making the client aware and developing the client's personality so that the client can anticipate the problems being faced. This research is a qualitative research with data collection using observation and semi-structured interviews to determine the process of implementing individual counseling in efforts to psychologically recover children who are victims of pedophilia which is carried out at the UPTD PPA in Lampung province.Keyword: Individual Counseling, pedophilia, psychological recoveryAbstrakHingga saat ini banyak anak yang menjadi korban kejahatan seksual pedofilia. Pedofilia didefinisikan sebagai kelainan seksual di mana orang dewasa memiliki ketertarikan atau fantasi seksual terhadap anak-anak atau anak pra-pubertas. Korban pelecehan pedofilia mengalami banyak permasalahan tidak hanya masalah fisik tetapi juga masalah psikis. Secara psikis mereka mengalami gangguan kecemasan, trauma, hilangnya kepercayaan diri, takut bertemu orang lain, dan menjadi pribadi yang tertutup dan bahkan mereka akan mejadi pelaku pedofil apabila tidak ditangani dengan tepat. Untuk itu harus ada berbagai upaya untuk membantu memulihkan secara psikis anak korban pedofilia salah satunya dapat melalui konseling individu. Konseling individu merupakan layanan bantuan yang diberikan oleh konselor kepada seorang klien secara langsung atau bertatap muka dengan tujuan untuk menyelesaikan masalah yang dialami klien dengan cara menyadarkan dan mengembangkan pribadi klien agar klien dapat mengantisipasi permasalahan yang sedang dihadapi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi dan wawancara semi terstruktur untuk mengetahui proses pelaksanaan konseling individu dalam upaya pemulihan psikis anak korban pedofilia yang dilakukan di UPTD PPA provinsi Lampung.Kata kunci: Konseling Individu, pemulihan psikis, pedofilia

Abstract

The objective of this study is to map a decade (2015–2025) of Indonesian research on self-harm among secondary-school students and undergraduates while examining its implications for guidance and counseling practice in schools and universities. The methods applied were a bilingual, population-bounded bibliometric design in which data were retrieved from Google Scholar using Publish or Perish (PoP), screened through a PRISMA-guided protocol, and analyzed with performance indicators such as annual output, sources, top documents, and citation trends, complemented by science-mapping techniques including keyword harmonization and VOSviewer-based co-word networks. The results show that from 440 records initially retrieved, 119 studies met the eligibility criteria, with research output accelerating significantly after 2021, peaking in 2024, and showing comparable momentum in 2025. Publications were dispersed across fragmented venues, with citations concentrated in a few national journals, and thematic clusters focused on adolescents, social media, cyberbullying, depression, anxiety, and suicidal ideation, while intervention models, validated measurement tools, and evaluative studies remained underrepresented. The conclusions drawn indicate that Indonesian research on self-harm has expanded rapidly yet remains largely descriptive, thereby underscoring the need for nationally representative prevalence studies, the development and rigorous evaluation of culturally grounded counseling interventions, cross-database triangulation to enhance visibility, and the systematic embedding of guidance and counseling practices into intervention research to advance both scientific relevance and practical impact. Nevertheless, this study is limited by its reliance on a single database (Google Scholar), a single-reviewer screening process, and citation-based indicators that may not be directly comparable with WoS/Scopus metrics.

Abstract

ABSTRACT One's academic achievement is influenced by many aspects, one of the aspects that affect academic achievement is the psychological aspects including self-esteem, self-regulation, and achievement motivation. A person who has self-esteem, self-regulation, and high achievement motivation was possible to have high academic achievement. This study aimed to test theoretical models to test students' academic performance acceleration and influence between variables using data analysis is a statistical test of the structural equation modeling (SEM) The results of hypothesis testing through SEM analysis, we concluded that the theoretical models of student achievement accelerated program has proven its worth (GFI = 0924 criteria> 0.900) and obtain the support of empirical data (X2 = 149 799, p = 0398 criteria> 0.05), as well as self-esteem affect achievement motivation, self regulation affecting achievement motivation, self-esteem affect academic achievement, self-regulation affects academic achievement, and achievement motivation affect academic achievement.
