Abstract

Abstract. Flores Timur Regency is one of the regencies that has various tourism and has become a popular place to target the people who live in Flores especially. Tourism data in Flores Timur Regency can be displayed in the form of visual data or information related to geographical features in a region. This system is often known as Geographic Information System (GIS). GIS will display information about places on the surface of the earth, one of which is an indication of the location of tourist objects. The results obtained from GIS for tourism objects in Flores Regency, Timur, are information on the location of tourism objects along with data on their attributes in the form of name, address, route, tourism details, the closest ATM, the nearest, Market and the closest Hotel. Design Design System Tourism Web-Based GIS Tourism in Flores Timur Regency use Model Waterfall. It is hoped that the results that can be concluded from this research are that the system that is created is expected to be used as a promotional media as well as a tourist guide that will make it easier for tourists to plan their own tourism trips in the Regency of Flores Timur.

Abstract

Abstract.This study focuses on discussing the results of research on Male and Female Electoral Information Systems at PGRI University Kanjuruhan Malang. The process of registration and selection of campus ambassadors at PGRI Kanjuruhan University in Malang is still being done manually. At the registration stage, the committee was faced with the problem of downloading data and overlapping data. At the administrative selection stage, the committee found it difficult to see the profiles of the participants because they had to open the physical files one by one. Interview tests, written tests and interest and aptitude tests require a long time because the system still manual, so you have to be really careful and thorough. Therefore the authors conducted research that utilizes existing technology to deal with this. The systemized process of selection and selection is able to carry out the process of registering prospective participants and the selection process that is faster than the manual process. Measurement of the feasibility level of the application was carried out by using the completed User Acceptance Test (UAT) to get 89.17% results from 30 respondents who agreed that the system was able to make it easier for the selection committee and prospective campus students.

Abstract

The attendance process for student attendance at MTs Ma'arif NU Roudlotul Muhofa has not been maximized. In the activity of filling in attendance using paper media, data invalidation often occurs because students can manipulate attendance at the madrasa. Therefore, attendance needs to be digitized to reduce fraud and invalidity of attendance data and simplify the attendance process. This application system is capable of carrying out attendance that is in accordance with manual attendance and can be used to replace the previous student attendance process which still uses plain paper. The development of this e-presence system uses the Waterfall development method. From the results of the research conducted, the results of a system capable of assisting presence activities and the results of the User Acceptance Test (UAT) that have been carried out have an average total result of 87.95%.

Abstract

The majority of the school exam systems in this era used a conventional system, namely using paper as a test tool. Even though conventional exam implementation could make it difficult for teachers to correct exam sheets, so it also took a long time to find out the results. In addition, by using exam sheets, it will worsen the environment. So it is hoped that there will be digitization by implementing an online exam system, which can be applied to MTSS Nasruddin Dampit. This study aims to produce a design and application of a website-based online exam information system at MTSS Nasruddin Dampit. From this study it can be concluded that this design model uses UML with the waterfall method. This design model is ultimately able to make it easier for teachers in terms of assessing school exam results because this system can automatically display the results of calculating student exam scores.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the results of the evaluation analysis of the MBKM Program which includes the role of students, the role of lecturers and the role of partners in the success of the MBKM-KKNT program. The type of research used is quantitative. Data collection techniques used are interviews, and questionnaires. The data was obtained from an independent team that directly recorded the suitability of the roles of students, lecturers and partners. The data was processed using multiple linear regression analysis and correlation. Respondents in this study were students, lecturers and partners with a total of 46 people. The results of this study: (1) Students contributed 37%, 2) Lecturers contributed 37% and 3) Partners contributed 26%. The role of students is dominated by the aspect of students being able to communicate well with all parties and students having a high work ethic. The role of the lecturer in the implementation aspect makes a significant contribution where the Study Program's Work Instructions on MBKM can help implement MBKM activities in the field. Meanwhile, the aspect of Study Program facilities facilitates MBKM-KKNT activities well. While the role of Partners is more dominated by the MBKM-KKNT work factor which has a positive impact on the village community and Cooperation related to Thematic KKN can be continued considering that MBKM-KKNT activities are beneficial to the community.

Abstract

Natuna Regency, a potential region in tourism, fisheries, plantations, and SMEs, faces challenges in digital SME marketing. Constraints involve product limitations, brand image difficulties, and cross-border regulatory complexity. This study designs a web-based SME product sales information system in Natuna using a prototyping model, emphasizing SME empowerment. Through prototyping, system development ensures interactive involvement between developers and users, making the system more responsive to user needs. User Acceptance Test results indicate 88,58% of respondents agree that this system can positively contribute to the local economy and facilitate SME growth in Natuna Regency.

Abstract

One of the shortcomings of Ar-Riyadh travel is the lack of integration with sophisticated information technology. Companies face problems because the travel booking system still relies on manual processes. Customers make travel reservations via WhatsApp by contacting the travel operator, which is not yet computerized, thereby presenting the risk of loss and damage to data in stored archives. The aim of this research is to design a web-based Ar-Riyadh travel booking information system using a User Centered Design (UCD) approach. The research results show that this system has succeeded in making it easier for users to implement the travel booking information system and making the booking process easier.

Abstract

In personality tests, a psychologist not only focuses on the assessment process and data processing but also determines the test conclusions and determines the treatment for their clients. The assessment process is often handed over to assistants so that psychologists can focus more on doing more important things. To replace the role of psychologists in conducting assessments or the same and repetitive work, an expert system is needed. Psychologists will delegate their work to a computer system to support their work so that they will focus on more essential things, thereby helping to reduce the risk of error. One of the most popular methods for personality testing is the MBTI (Myers-Briggs Type Indicator) to find the potential and weaknesses of each client so that psychologists can focus on developing potential and improving client weaknesses. MBTI will be entered into the expert system as a knowledge base. In finding answers, the inference engine will track by matching knowledge-based rules with facts in the database using the forward chaining method. And as a result, the software that has been built can be used to analyze personality tests. The information generated helps psychologists to analyze human personality tests and be more efficient in dealing with client problems. Clients are also able to conduct independent tests to identify their own weaknesses and strengths, so that the development suggestions provided by the system can be used as a guide in suppressing their negative side and maximizing their positive side.

Abstract

SMPN 1 Kejayan uses the Microsoft Excel Macro application to support the school order process. In this application, it was found that there is no database system that can store all data for each school year. The absence of a database system that is able to store all data for each school year, the lack of connection between one data and another automatically hampers the administrative process and monitoring of student discipline, prone to data input errors, and inaccurate report data. Another problem is experienced by parents who do not know the progress of their children's order at school and letters that are still in hardcopy are sometimes not submitted by students to their parents, causing misunderstandings between parents and counseling teachers. Based on these problems, a web-based application was developed. into a web-based application with Whatsapp API technology. This order application was built using the codeigniter framework and using the Waterfall development model. From the results of research and testing that has been carried out on applications using User Acceptance Testing (UAT) results in an overall average of 86.84%, indicating that the order application that has been designed can help the administrative process and monitoring of the order at SMPN 1 Kejayan.

Abstract

Abstract. The school attendance system is the process of recording attendance during teaching and learning activities. Every school has an attendance system, including SMP Taman Petani dan Nelayan (TPN) Sendang Biru. At SMP TPN Sendang Biru, the student attendance system currently uses a manual method, where names are called one by one at the beginning of each class. This method is prone to errors and allows students to skip classes unnoticed. To address this issue, a QR Code-based attendance system with WhatsApp notifications is proposed. At the beginning of each lesson, students scan a QR Code generated by the teacher, and their attendance data is automatically recorded while simultaneously sending a real-time notification to parents. This system is expected to streamline the attendance process and improve student attendance monitoring at SMP TPN Sendang Biru.The objective of this study is to develop a Web-Based Student Attendance Information System Using QR Code and WhatsApp Notifications at SMP TPN Sendang Biru. This system is developed using the waterfall model, which consists of five main stages: requirement analysis, system design, coding, program testing, and implementation.The research results in an application the Student Attendance Information System, which can effectively monitor student attendance at school. The User Acceptance Test (UAT) results, with an average overall score of 84.73%, indicate that the designed system successfully supports attendance management at SMP TPN Sendang Biru.
