Abstract

In personality tests, a psychologist not only focuses on the assessment process and data processing but also determines the test conclusions and determines the treatment for their clients. The assessment process is often handed over to assistants so that psychologists can focus more on doing more important things. To replace the role of psychologists in conducting assessments or the same and repetitive work, an expert system is needed. Psychologists will delegate their work to a computer system to support their work so that they will focus on more essential things, thereby helping to reduce the risk of error. One of the most popular methods for personality testing is the MBTI (Myers-Briggs Type Indicator) to find the potential and weaknesses of each client so that psychologists can focus on developing potential and improving client weaknesses. MBTI will be entered into the expert system as a knowledge base. In finding answers, the inference engine will track by matching knowledge-based rules with facts in the database using the forward chaining method. And as a result, the software that has been built can be used to analyze personality tests. The information generated helps psychologists to analyze human personality tests and be more efficient in dealing with client problems. Clients are also able to conduct independent tests to identify their own weaknesses and strengths, so that the development suggestions provided by the system can be used as a guide in suppressing their negative side and maximizing their positive side.

Abstract

SMPN 1 Kejayan uses the Microsoft Excel Macro application to support the school order process. In this application, it was found that there is no database system that can store all data for each school year. The absence of a database system that is able to store all data for each school year, the lack of connection between one data and another automatically hampers the administrative process and monitoring of student discipline, prone to data input errors, and inaccurate report data. Another problem is experienced by parents who do not know the progress of their children's order at school and letters that are still in hardcopy are sometimes not submitted by students to their parents, causing misunderstandings between parents and counseling teachers. Based on these problems, a web-based application was developed. into a web-based application with Whatsapp API technology. This order application was built using the codeigniter framework and using the Waterfall development model. From the results of research and testing that has been carried out on applications using User Acceptance Testing (UAT) results in an overall average of 86.84%, indicating that the order application that has been designed can help the administrative process and monitoring of the order at SMPN 1 Kejayan.

Abstract

Abstract. The school attendance system is the process of recording attendance during teaching and learning activities. Every school has an attendance system, including SMP Taman Petani dan Nelayan (TPN) Sendang Biru. At SMP TPN Sendang Biru, the student attendance system currently uses a manual method, where names are called one by one at the beginning of each class. This method is prone to errors and allows students to skip classes unnoticed. To address this issue, a QR Code-based attendance system with WhatsApp notifications is proposed. At the beginning of each lesson, students scan a QR Code generated by the teacher, and their attendance data is automatically recorded while simultaneously sending a real-time notification to parents. This system is expected to streamline the attendance process and improve student attendance monitoring at SMP TPN Sendang Biru.The objective of this study is to develop a Web-Based Student Attendance Information System Using QR Code and WhatsApp Notifications at SMP TPN Sendang Biru. This system is developed using the waterfall model, which consists of five main stages: requirement analysis, system design, coding, program testing, and implementation.The research results in an application the Student Attendance Information System, which can effectively monitor student attendance at school. The User Acceptance Test (UAT) results, with an average overall score of 84.73%, indicate that the designed system successfully supports attendance management at SMP TPN Sendang Biru.

Abstract

Proses presensi kehadiran siswa di MTs Ma’arif NU Roudlotul Mushofa belum maksimal. Pada kegiatan pengisian presensi menggunakan media kertas sering terjadi ketidak validan data di karenakan siswa bisa memanipulasi kehadiran di madrasah. Oleh karena itu, presensi perlu didigitalisasi untuk mengurangi kecurangan dan ketidak validan data kehadiran serta mempermudah proses presensi kehadiran. Sistem aplikasi ini sudah mampu melakukan presensi yang sudah sesuai dengan presensi manual dan bisa digunakan untuk pengganti proses presensi siswa sebelumnya yang masih menggunakan kertas biasa. Pengembangan sistem e-presensi ini menggunakan metode pengembangan Waterfall. Dari hasil penelitian yang dilakukan, didapatkan hasil sebuah sistem yang mampu membantu kegiatan presensi dan hasil User Acceptance Test (UAT) yang telah dilakukan memiliki jumlah hasil rata-rata 87,95%.

Abstract

Natuna Regency, a potential region in tourism, fisheries, plantations, and SMEs, faces challenges in digital SME marketing. Constraints involve product limitations, brand image difficulties, and cross-border regulatory complexity. This study designs a web-based SME product sales information system in Natuna using a prototyping model, emphasizing SME empowerment. Through prototyping, system development ensures interactive involvement between developers and users, making the system more responsive to user needs. User Acceptance Test results indicate 88,58% of respondents agree that this system can positively contribute to the local economy and facilitate SME growth in Natuna Regency.

Abstract

Parking deposit management often encounters obstacles ranging from deposit discipline to transaction recording. Field conditions show that parking attendants frequently delay the deposit process, especially during unfavorable weather, while treasurers face time constraints as they work during the same hours as the attendants, making them often unavailable. The limited devices owned by parking attendants also pose a challenge, as their smartphones can only run lightweight applications and are restricted to basic browsing and communication via WhatsApp. These conditions demand a technological solution that is flexible, easy to use, and does not burden the devices used by attendants. The purpose of this study is to implement a Progressive Web Application (PWA) with WhatsApp gateway notifications to support parking deposit reporting. PWA enables web applications to function like mobile applications but with minimal resources and fast access. The results of this study successfully developed a web-based parking deposit application by applying PWA, transforming the web-based deposit program into a mobile-like application that simplifies user access. Users no longer need to type URL addresses through the browser. Furthermore, the implementation of WhatsApp messages or notifications allows real-time communication, while receipt delivery becomes easier and does not consume smartphone storage space since receipts are sent in the form of links.

Abstract

AbstrakKelompok Usaha Bersama (KUBE) Susu Clumprit di Desa Clumprit, Kecamatan Pagelaran, Kabupaten Malang, adalah kelompok usaha yang memproduksi susu sapi murni. Permasalahan utama yang dihadapi mitra adalah kapasitas produksi dan tingkat penjualan yang rendah yang diakibatkan proses produksi yang masih konvensional serta terbatasnya strategi pemasaran. Proses pasteurisasi dilakukan menggunakan panci dan kompor tanpa monitoring suhu sehingga menyebabkan kualitas susu tidak konsisten, sedangkan penjualan yang hanya dititipkan di warung sekitar menjadikan penghambat perluasan pasar. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas produksi dan penjualan melalui penerapan teknologi tepat guna dan strategi pemasaran digital. Mitra sasaran adalah seluruh anggota KUBE Susu Clumprit yang berjumlah 10 orang. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi pelatihan dan demonstrasi penggunaan alat pasteurisasi yang dilengkapi monitoring suhu, pelatihan penggunaan alat cup sealer, serta pendampingan penerapan digital marketing melalui media sosial dan marketplace. Hasil implementasi teknologi dan digital marketing melalui kegiatan pengabdian ini menunjukkan terjadi peningkatan kapasitas produksi dan jumlah penjualan susu siap minum sebesar dua kali lipat dari sebelumnya. Kata kunci: pasteurisasi; digital marketing; KUBE susu clumprit Abstract The Clumprit Milk Joint Business Group (KUBE) in Clumprit Village, Pagelaran District, Malang Regency, is a business group that produces pure cow's milk. The main problems faced by partners are low production capacity and sales levels due to conventional production processes and limited marketing strategies. The pasteurization process is carried out using pans and stoves without temperature monitoring, resulting in inconsistent milk quality, while sales are only consigned to nearby stalls, which hinders market expansion. This community service activity aims to increase production and sales capacity through the application of appropriate technology and digital marketing strategies. The target partners are all 10 members of the Clumprit Milk KUBE. The implementation method includes training and demonstrations on the use of pasteurization equipment equipped with temperature monitoring, training on the use of cup sealers, and assistance in implementing digital marketing through social media and marketplaces. The results of implementing technology and digital marketing in this program show a twofold increase in production capacity and sales of ready-to-drink milk compared to previous levels. Keywords: pasteurization; digital marketing; KUBE susu clumprit
