Abstract

The payment system at the Smartindo Tutoring Institute. Although it has used a web-based system that is integrated with the academic system, the existing system has not been able to run properly. So, it is forced to make adjustments in the business processes of payment section. System changes are carried out using the BPR (Business Process Reengineering) method so that the system change process can be in accordance with the needs and is able to transform conventional systems into digital systems by reducing unnecessary steps. The aim of this research is to produce a new payment system based on process optimization using the BPR method. There are 4 stages of BPR that will be carried out in this research including identify processes, review update analyze as-is, design to-be, test & implement to-be. The results of these system changes resulted in a new system that showed a better level of throughput efficiency. The old system has been identified only has a throughput efficiency value of 48.39%. After analyzing and making changes to the process, the new system produces a better level of efficiency, reaching 100%. The results of better efficiency cannot be separated from the success in reducing the stages that are considered no longer needed in the workflow of the new payment system.

Abstract

Model rambut merupakan salah satu penunjang penampilan seseorang. Pada umumnya referensi rambut yang disediakan oleh barbershop berupa foto model rambut yang dipajang pada dinding sehingga customer dapat memilih model sesuai dengan pilihannya. Hal tersebut kurang bisa menggambarkan model rambut yang cocok untuk customer. Untuk memberikan solusi pada hal tersebut maka dilakukan penelitian dan pengembangan aplikasi simulasi model rambut menggunakan Augmented Reality. Untuk membangun aplikasi tersebut menuggunkana metode Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC) pada metode ini terdapat beberapa langkah yaitu (a) pengonsepan; (b) desain, pada tahap desain peneliti membuat rancangan materi, membuat flowchart, dan membuat storyboard; (c) pengumpulan bahan, tahap ini peneliti mengumpulkan berbagai foto model rambut dan referensi model rambut; (d) pembuatan atau assembly pada tahap ini membutuhkan aplikasi blender untuk membuat gambar 3D dan aplikasi unity untuk menerapkan model 3D dan menerapkan augmented reality; (e) tahap uji coba dilakukan untuk mengecek fungsi dari dan cara kerja aplikasi yang telah dibuat; (f) tahap distribusi merupakan tahap ahir setelah dilakukan uji coba dan semua fungsi aplikasi dapat berjalan dengan sempurna kemudian siap digunakan pada Babershop. Dari seluruh tahapan metode MDLC berhasil membuat sebuah aplikasi simulasi model rambut menggunakan Augmented Reality.

Abstract

Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk memberikan wadah/ sarana Branding pelaku UMKM di sekitar wilayah Simandaran, Kabupaten Malang, melalui website Pasar UMKM yang didesain sebagai Portal UMKM yang nantinya akan dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai sarana yang menghubungkan Penjual dan Pembeli sekaligus pihak terkait lain seperti penggerak UMKM atau Desa/Kelurahan untuk dapat berkomunikasi secara langsung. Melalui website ini akan didapatkan kebutuhan penjual dan pembeli sebagai wadah transaksi juga sebagai media informasi bagi pelaku UMKM untuk membranding produknya, sebagai media informasi bagi Pelanggan terkait produk yang akan dibelinya, serta menjadi media informasi bagi desa untuk memberikan program-program terkait kegiatan upaya peningkatan UMKM naik kelas. Metode yang digunakan adalah pelatihan dan penyuluhan yang disertai dengan demonstrasi atau praktik bersama. Kegiatan ini dimulai dengan pembuatan website Pasar UMKM yang kemudian diajarkan pemanfaatannya kepada pelaku UMKM. Hasil dari kegiatan ini cukup mendapatkan respon yang baik dari semua pihak terkait. Pelaku UMKM meraskan manfaat branding yang meningkatkan brand awarness mereka, Pelanggan mendapatkan informasi terkait produk-produk unggulan lokal. Serta penggerak UMKM yang dapat menginformasikan segala kegitan terkait UMKM.

Abstract

Abstract. Flores Timur Regency is one of the regencies that has various tourism and has become a popular place to target the people who live in Flores especially. Tourism data in Flores Timur Regency can be displayed in the form of visual data or information related to geographical features in a region. This system is often known as Geographic Information System (GIS). GIS will display information about places on the surface of the earth, one of which is an indication of the location of tourist objects. The results obtained from GIS for tourism objects in Flores Regency, Timur, are information on the location of tourism objects along with data on their attributes in the form of name, address, route, tourism details, the closest ATM, the nearest, Market and the closest Hotel. Design Design System Tourism Web-Based GIS Tourism in Flores Timur Regency use Model Waterfall. It is hoped that the results that can be concluded from this research are that the system that is created is expected to be used as a promotional media as well as a tourist guide that will make it easier for tourists to plan their own tourism trips in the Regency of Flores Timur.

Abstract

Abstract.This study focuses on discussing the results of research on Male and Female Electoral Information Systems at PGRI University Kanjuruhan Malang. The process of registration and selection of campus ambassadors at PGRI Kanjuruhan University in Malang is still being done manually. At the registration stage, the committee was faced with the problem of downloading data and overlapping data. At the administrative selection stage, the committee found it difficult to see the profiles of the participants because they had to open the physical files one by one. Interview tests, written tests and interest and aptitude tests require a long time because the system still manual, so you have to be really careful and thorough. Therefore the authors conducted research that utilizes existing technology to deal with this. The systemized process of selection and selection is able to carry out the process of registering prospective participants and the selection process that is faster than the manual process. Measurement of the feasibility level of the application was carried out by using the completed User Acceptance Test (UAT) to get 89.17% results from 30 respondents who agreed that the system was able to make it easier for the selection committee and prospective campus students.

Abstract

The attendance process for student attendance at MTs Ma'arif NU Roudlotul Muhofa has not been maximized. In the activity of filling in attendance using paper media, data invalidation often occurs because students can manipulate attendance at the madrasa. Therefore, attendance needs to be digitized to reduce fraud and invalidity of attendance data and simplify the attendance process. This application system is capable of carrying out attendance that is in accordance with manual attendance and can be used to replace the previous student attendance process which still uses plain paper. The development of this e-presence system uses the Waterfall development method. From the results of the research conducted, the results of a system capable of assisting presence activities and the results of the User Acceptance Test (UAT) that have been carried out have an average total result of 87.95%.

Abstract

The majority of the school exam systems in this era used a conventional system, namely using paper as a test tool. Even though conventional exam implementation could make it difficult for teachers to correct exam sheets, so it also took a long time to find out the results. In addition, by using exam sheets, it will worsen the environment. So it is hoped that there will be digitization by implementing an online exam system, which can be applied to MTSS Nasruddin Dampit. This study aims to produce a design and application of a website-based online exam information system at MTSS Nasruddin Dampit. From this study it can be concluded that this design model uses UML with the waterfall method. This design model is ultimately able to make it easier for teachers in terms of assessing school exam results because this system can automatically display the results of calculating student exam scores.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the results of the evaluation analysis of the MBKM Program which includes the role of students, the role of lecturers and the role of partners in the success of the MBKM-KKNT program. The type of research used is quantitative. Data collection techniques used are interviews, and questionnaires. The data was obtained from an independent team that directly recorded the suitability of the roles of students, lecturers and partners. The data was processed using multiple linear regression analysis and correlation. Respondents in this study were students, lecturers and partners with a total of 46 people. The results of this study: (1) Students contributed 37%, 2) Lecturers contributed 37% and 3) Partners contributed 26%. The role of students is dominated by the aspect of students being able to communicate well with all parties and students having a high work ethic. The role of the lecturer in the implementation aspect makes a significant contribution where the Study Program's Work Instructions on MBKM can help implement MBKM activities in the field. Meanwhile, the aspect of Study Program facilities facilitates MBKM-KKNT activities well. While the role of Partners is more dominated by the MBKM-KKNT work factor which has a positive impact on the village community and Cooperation related to Thematic KKN can be continued considering that MBKM-KKNT activities are beneficial to the community.

Abstract

Natuna Regency, a potential region in tourism, fisheries, plantations, and SMEs, faces challenges in digital SME marketing. Constraints involve product limitations, brand image difficulties, and cross-border regulatory complexity. This study designs a web-based SME product sales information system in Natuna using a prototyping model, emphasizing SME empowerment. Through prototyping, system development ensures interactive involvement between developers and users, making the system more responsive to user needs. User Acceptance Test results indicate 88,58% of respondents agree that this system can positively contribute to the local economy and facilitate SME growth in Natuna Regency.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPermasalahan yang dihadapi oleh UMKM Mebel Aneka Jaya ialah mekanisme produksi yang masih menggunakan peralatan sederhana sehingga berdampak pada terbatasnya kapasitas prosuksi, selain itu model yang dihasilkan juga tidak mengikuti trend model terkini, pem asaran yang dilakukan dengan cara tradisional dan tidak memanfaatkan teknologi informasi yang ada, permasalahan lainnya yaitu pemahaman manajemen keuangan yang rendah. Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan solusi kepada UMKM Mebel Aneka Jaya dengan cara pengadaan alat produksi yang tepat guna, pemberian pelatihan digital marketing dan pelatihan manajemen keuangan sehingga diharapkan dapat menambah Value Added. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah dengan pelatihan dan pendampingan good manufacturing practice dengan memanfaatkan alat yang modern, memberikan pelatihan manajemen keuangan serta memberikan pelatihan tentang strategi marketing berbasis digital supaya produk dapat dipasarkan sesuai dengan target pasarnya, sehingga mampu memperluas pangsa pasar dan memenangkan persaingan dengan kompetitornya. Hasil pengabdian  ini berupa Mebel Aneka Jaya dibantu oleh tim Unikama dapat memajukan usahanya dan juga mampu bersaing dengan kompetitor. Peningkatan produksi 50%. Peningkatan penjulan naik 50% dengan adanya digital marketing. Peningkatan pendapatan naik 50%. Mitra bisa membuat laporan keuangan. Kata kunci: PKM; mebel aneka jaya; produk olahan kayu; value added; market orientation. ABSTRACTThe problems faced by Aneka Jaya Furniture UMKM are the production mechanism which still uses simple equipment, which has an impact on limited production capacity, apart from that the models produced do not follow the latest model trends, marketing is carried out using traditional methods and does not utilize existing information technology, problems Another is low understanding of financial management. This service aims to provide solutions to Aneka Jaya Furniture MSMEs by procuring appropriate production equipment, providing digital marketing training, and financial management training so that it is hoped that it can increase Value Added. The method used in this research is training and mentoring good manufacturing practices by utilizing modern tools, providing financial management training and providing training on digital-based marketing strategies so that products can be marketed according to their target market, so they can expand market share and win the competition by its competitors. The result of this service is that Aneka Jaya Furniture, assisted by the Unikama team, can advance its business and also be able to compete with competitors. 50% increase in production. Sales increased by 50% with digital marketing. Increase in revenue up 50%.
