Abstract

Food self-sufficiency, food security, and food sovereignty are terms that have recently become very popular as they are all related to the sustainability of human life. To ensure food availability, agriculture must continue to be developed and managed by skilled and professional workers. Agricultural education institutions are obliged to prepare graduates who possess the necessary competencies required by the agricultural business and industry sectors. This manuscript aims to provide an overview of the issues surrounding the provision of professional personnel in agricultural development (food production) and the efforts needed to address these challenges. The analysis and conclusions are based on previously published journal articles. Efforts to improve the quality of agricultural education graduates as preparation for entering the agricultural workforce must begin with fostering interest and motivating students in agricultural faculties to develop careers in agriculture. Educational institutions can take the following steps: (1) Enhancing the curriculum with learning activities related to technical skills in agriculture, (2) Increasing the competence and professionalism of lecturers in agriculture, and (3) Developing partnership networks between educational institutions and the agricultural business or industrial sectors, especially for student internships

Abstract

The effective experiential learning type is role playing, where children play roles in presenting social or psychological problems to understand and develop skills in problem-solving. The purpose of this study is to understand the application of the role playing method on the critical thinking skills of fifth-grade students at Al-Mizan Islamic Elementary School in Surabaya regarding the application of Pancasila values in the family environment. The method used in this study is qualitative. Data collection techniques include tests, observation sheets, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis uses qualitative data analysis with the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of this study show that 81.25% reached the very good category with 13 students, 12.5% reached the good category with 2 students, and 6.25% reached the sufficient category with 1 student. Although there were some difficulties in the learning process, those 16 students are still considered complete because they have demonstrated good ability and understanding. It can be concluded that the learning process has been effective in improving the abilities and understanding of the students.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of the Integrated Cooperative Learning Model for Reading and Writing on the reading comprehension abilities of 5th-grade students at SDN Tembok Dukuh IV/86 Surabaya. This type of research is quantitative with an experimental method used. The independent variable in this study is the Integrated Cooperative Learning Model for Reading and Writing, while the dependent variable is the reading comprehension ability of the 5th graders. The population in this study is all 5th-grade students at SDN Tembok Dukuh IV/86 Surabaya, totaling 54 students. The sample consists of class 5A with 27 students as the experimental class and class 5B with 27 students as the control class. Data collection is carried out through tests and documentation. The data is analyzed using the T-test to determine performance by comparing the average final test scores of the experimental and control groups. The results of the data analysis show that there is a significant improvement in students' reading comprehension abilities given treatment using the Integrated Cooperative Model of Reading and Writing compared to the control class. This is reinforced by the results of the t-test which indicate that the significance value obtained is 0.000 < 0.005. Therefore, it can be concluded that the integrated cooperative learning model has a significant impact on students' reading comprehension abilities

Abstract

Holistic Integrative (HI) for the implementation of IKM at the kindergarten/early childhood education/playgroup level and equivalent, which focuses on the development of student learning outcomes encompassing competencies (literacy and numeracy) and character, will still be mandatory to implement by 2024 at the latest. The PKM program will provide opportunities for lecturers in the fifth IKU, namely the Work Results of Lecturers Used by the Community, by designing experiential learning methods using supporting Educational Play Tools (APE) as learning media to be developed to support students' financial literacy skills in management. Financial literacy and aspects of the physical and non-physical/social environment are important components of life. Both interact with each other in daily life, especially regarding the effectiveness and efficiency of energy use, which impacts the family's financial allocation. This helps accelerate the transformation from the 2013 Curriculum and/or the 2013 Emergency Curriculum to the IKM.

Abstract

Penelitian yang dilakukan merupakan penelitian dan pengembangan (Research and Development) yang bertujuan untuk menghasilkan produk media video pembelajaran berbasis aplikasi CapCut layak dan efektif yang bertujuan untuk menghasilkan produk berupa media video pembelajaran berbasis aplikasi CapCut layak dan efektif digunakan untuk kegiatan belajar siswa kelas I-B SDN Pakis V Surabaya, model pengembangan yang digunakan yaitu model ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation), pengumpulan data menggunakan instrumen angket uji validasi untuk ahli media, ahli materi, siswa dan tes soal pre-test dan post-test. (4) Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa media pembelajaran dinyatakan valid atau layak berdasarkan uji validitas oleh ahli media menghasilkan 93,75% dengan kriteria layak atau valid, ahli materi menghasilkan 97,5% dengan kriteria layak atau valid, siswa menghasilkan 94,3% dengan kriteria layak dan tes hasil belajar siswa 29 siswa rata-rata nilai pre-test menghasilkan 63,50 sedangkan rata-rata nilai post-test menghasilkan 85,70 sehingga hasil belajar meningkat 22,1%. Dari hasil uji coba diatas dapat disimpulkan bahwa media video pembelajaran berbasis aplikasi CapCut materi penjumlahan dan pengurangan dinyatakan efektif digunkan dalam proses pembelajaran mata pelajaran matematika materi penjumlahan dan pengurangan siswa kelas I-B SDN Pakis V Surabaya.

Abstract

Pembelajaran matematika yang masih belum terlaksana dengan baik membuat pemahaman konsep perkalian siswa kurang maksimal, maka dibutuhkan media pembelajaran. Media yang digunakan yaitu Takalintar (Tabel Perkalian Pintar) berbasis digital. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh media Takalintar digital terhadap pemahaman konsep perkalian pada pembelajaran matematika. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan metode kuasi eksperimen. Sampel penelitian ini yaitu kelas IV B sebagai kelas eksperimen dan IV C sebagai kelas kontrol dengan jumlah 62 siswa. Instrumen pengumpulan data menggunakan lembar observasi dan lembar pre-test dan post-test. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji validitas, uji normalitas, uji homogenitas, dan uji hipotesis (uji t). Berdasarkan perhitungan uji t menunjukkan nilai sig (2-tailed) 0,001 < 0,05 maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima, sehingga disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh media Takalintar (Tabel Perkalian Pintar) berbasis digital terhadap pemahaman konsep perkalian pada pembelajaran matematika di SDN Pakis V Surabaya.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh media augmented reality terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas V SD Simo Kalangan Surabaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian eksperimen. Dengan sampel terdiri dari kelas V-B sebagai kelas kontrol dan kelas V-C sebagai kelas eksperimen. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi dan tes. Data yang diperoleh kemudian dianalisis menggunakan uji statistik dengan bantuan SPSS versi 25 meliputi uji normalitas, uji homogenitas dan uji hipotesis (Uji-T). Berdasarkan hasil analisis data yang diperoleh pada nilai rata-rata kelas kontrol mencapai nilai rata-rata 75,45 sementara kelas eksperimen nilai rata-rata 81,59, maka terdapat adanya perbedaan nilai yang signifikan antara kedua kelas Dari uji T didapatkan hasil nilai thitung 2,337 > nilai ttabel 1,685, sehingga H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan media augmented reality memberikan pengaruh signifikan terhadap hasil belajar IPAS siswa kelas V SD Al Hikmah Simo Kalangan Surabaya.
