Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of competence, compensation, and the implementation of Good Pharmacy Practice (GPP) on the job satisfaction of pharmacists who in charge of pharmacies in Kediri Regency. Good pharmacy practice (GPP) is a standard to ensure pharmacists provide every pharmaceutical service so as to create job satisfaction. This research was conducted with a cross sectional survey design. Research uses a questionnaire as a data collection tool. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling. The number of samples used was 97 pharmacists who had licenses to practice in charge in Kediri Regency. The results showed that there was a significant relationship between competency (p=0.015) and implementation of GPP (0.024) on job satisfaction. For compensation, it has an r-table (1,661) < r-count (1,977) which indicates that there is a significant relationship with job satisfaction. Overall, there is a significant relationship (p=0.000) with competence, compensation, and GPP implementation and has a positive effect on pharmacist job satisfaction in pharmacies in the Kediri Regency.

Abstract

One of the growing businesses is the legal services sector, specifically in the field of notary and land deed-making services (PPAT - Pejabat Pembuat Akta Tanah). The office of Notary and PPAT Witrie Nur Aida, SH, MKn. operates in the legal services field using pricing, location, and service quality strategies to achieve the goal of client satisfaction. The location of the Notary and PPAT office of Witrie Nur Aida, SH, MKn. is strategic, as it is situated on the border between Kediri City and Kediri Regency. However, the notary office's location does not have ample parking facilities, causing clients difficulties in parking their vehicles. The quality of service provided by the Notary Witrie Nur Aida, SH, MKn. office includes timely handling of client documents and a friendly staff. This study is a quantitative research. The research is conducted at the Notary and PPAT Witrie Nur Aida, SH, MKn. office. The population of this study consists of 153 individuals. The sample size is 111, determined using the Slovin formula as the sampling technique. The analysis techniques used include validity and reliability tests, classic assumption tests, and hypothesis testing. Partially, the Price variable (X1) has a significant influence on the client satisfaction variable (Y). Partially, the Location variable (X2) has a significant influence on client satisfaction (Y). Partially, the Service Quality variable (X3) has a significant influence on client satisfaction (Y). Simultaneously, price, location, and service quality have a significant impact on client satisfaction.

Abstract

The Blitar Regency Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency has made a new innovation, namely by creating a system of adjustment/Inpassing procedures, carrying out competency tests and determining requirements for Adjustment/Inpassing which are further regulated by the Head of the Functional Position Development Agency. The aim of this research is to determine the implementation and effectiveness of equalizing echelon IV structural positions into functional positions at the Blitar Regency Culture and Tourism Service. This research method is qualitative research. The research location was carried out at the Blitar Regency Culture and Tourism Service in carrying out the functions and duties of the Blitar Regency Culture and Tourism Office. Research data is in the form of secondary and primary data. Primary data was obtained from components related to the implementation of the equalization of echelon IV positions into functional positions. Secondary data is data obtained from various sources within the Blitar Regency Culture and Tourism Service in the form of documents, journals, archival book records, the presence of Blitar Regency Culture and Tourism Service employees, this is adjusted to research needs. Data collection methods used in research are interviews, observation, documentation. This research's analytical method uses qualitative analysis. The results of this research are that equalizing structural positions to functional positions is like a tsunami storm that hits the ranks of Structural Administrator Officials. When the Minister of Administrative and Bureaucratic Reform Regulation Number 28 of 2019 concerning the Equalization of Administrative Positions into Functional Positions was implemented, it gave the impression that the Regional Government was just watching and waiting to take action. So after the deadline appeared on December 1 2021, with limited time, the Regional Government of Blitar Regency inevitably immediately processed the equalization of positions.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh makroekonomi terhadap inflasi di Indonesia pasca COVID-19 dengan nilai tukar sebagai variabel intervening. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif, yang menggunakan metode positivistik dan bersumber pada data sekunder dari Bank Indonesia (BI) dan Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS). Populasi penelitian mencakup data makroekonomi pasca COVID-19, dengan sampel berupa 48 data bulanan dari periode 1 Januari 2020 hingga 30 Desember 2023. Analisis dilakukan menggunakan metode statistik dengan hasil sebagai berikut: jumlah uang beredar tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai tukar (p = 0,222), suku bunga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai tukar (p = 0,000), nilai tukar tidak berpengaruh terhadap inflasi (p = 0,186), jumlah uang beredar berpengaruh signifikan terhadap inflasi (p = 0,000), dan suku bunga tidak berpengaruh terhadap inflasi (p = 0,330). Selain itu, jumlah uang beredar maupun suku bunga tidak berpengaruh terhadap inflasi dengan nilai tukar sebagai variabel intervening (p = 0,425 dan p = 0,298). Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa meskipun suku bunga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai tukar, peran nilai tukar sebagai variabel intervening dalam hubungan antara makroekonomi dan inflasi masih terbatas.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know and analyze the influence of leadership, the motivations and performance of employees to the satisfaction of employment at the district office Ngantru Tulungagung regency .This research uses descriptive quantitative methods. The population and samples of all office employees, there were 22 responders. Data insertion method using questionnaire, field observation and literature method. While data analysis uses linear regression analysis. The research shows that leadership, The staff's motivations and performance have an effect on employees' satisfaction. It is supported by the result of r square or coefficient determination (KD) shows 90.6 % so interpreted if variable X1 (leader), X2 (motive) and X3 (employee performance) have a contribution of 90.6 % to variable Y (job satisfaction) and 9.4 % are influenced by other factors besides variable X. In addition, in the f count 68,347 receive is worth of 0,000 sig. Thus showing that the f count > f table or 68,347 > 3,13 with the sig 0,000 < 0,05. Thus received hypothesis. While on the outcome of the t count for partial that leadership, motivation and the employee performance led to satisfaction of employees at the district office Ngantru Tulungagung regency

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin kerja dan kerja lembur terhadap kinerja ASN. Penelitian ini dilakukan di UPT Perpustakaan Proklamator Bung Karno yang terletak di Kota Blitar pada tahun 2024. Metode yang digunakan adalah dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan uji regresi linear berganda. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini melalui kuesioner, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Responden dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 62 ASN yang ditentukan dengan metode sampel total atau sensus. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) pengaruh disiplin kerja dan kerja lembur secara simultan terhadap kinerja ASN adalah signifikan; (2) pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja ASN adalah signifikan; (3) pengaruh kerja lembur terhadap kinerja ASN adalah signifikan.

Abstract

Micro, small, and medium firms from both the traditional and contemporary sectors make up the vast majority of Indonesia's labour force, making SMEs among the most significant economic actors in the country. Improving the efficiency of small and medium-sized woven fabric businesses in Lombok is the primary goal of this research. In this study, an explanatory approach was used. The purpose of this research was to examine potential causal explanations for observed patterns. The study's findings Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) producing woven fabrics in Lombok have benefited greatly from an entrepreneurial mindset in the last three years. Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) producing woven fabrics in Lombok are heavily affected by their working conditions. For woven fabric SMEs in Lombok, a positive result for the route coefficient between the workplace and performance indicates a unidirectional link or effect. In today's friendly business environment, entrepreneurial orientation influences performance, and future business environment conditions are not always predictable. It is necessary to anticipate some alternative problem-solving, so entrepreneurial orientation that theoretically affects performance must be formulated to achieve goals and implement strategies effectively. Since previous studies have shown that the impact of entrepreneurial orientation on business performance is inconsistent, such as through the use of social media and E-commerce, it is important to conduct additional research on the environmental impact on performance improvement in the context of Lombok's small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) that produce woven fabrics.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know and analyze the influence of discipline, the team work and cooperation on performance in ( e-kinerja ) Ngantru Police Tulungagung District. This study using descriptive quantitative methods. With a population and those members of the Police Ngantru District Tulungagung totaling 28 respondents. A method of collecting the data using a questionnaire, literature and methods of observation field. While the data analysis using analysis linear regression. The results of this study show that discipline, work motivation and teamwork against performance (e-kinerja). It is supported by the result of r square or coefficient determination (KD ) shows 83.8 % so interpreted if variable X1 (work discipline ), X2 (work motivations) and X3 (team cooperation ) have a contribution of 83.8 % to variable Y the performance (e-kinerja ) and 16.2% others are influenced by other factors besides variable X. In addition, in the f count 18,077 receive is worth of 0,000 sig. Abstract

Pengaruh kualitas produk (x1) harga (x2) dan promosi (x3) terhadap keputusan Pembelian Lipstik Wardah Colorfit Last All Day Lip Paint dengan Studi Kasus pada Mahasiswi Prodi Manajemen Fakultas Ekonomi Semester VI Universitas Islam Kadiri Kediri penting untuk dikaji. Hal ini berkaitan dengan naik dan berkembangnya industri kecantikan skin care dan make up seperti produk wardah yang sedang diteliti. Dengan mengehui pengaruh dari variabel – variabel tersebut penjual atau pemasar akan lebih mudah memperkirakan bagaimana respon dari konsumen terhadap produk yang sedang dijual maupun dipasarkan. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian adalah teknik nonprobability Sampling dengan teknik purposive sampling. Sampel yang diambil merupakan Mahasiswi Prodi Manajemen Fakultas Ekonomi Semester VI Universitas Islam Kadiri Kediri. Data analisis yang telah digunakan adalah dengan observasi, wawancara, persebaran kuisioner dan literature. Hasil dari analisis yang dilakukan menunjukan bahwa kualitas produk, harga, dan promosi secara parsial maupun simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Hal tersebut juga didukung dengan hasil nilai Adjusted R-Square sebesar 0,718 atau 71,8% variabel independen memberikan pengaruh pada variabel dependen.

Abstract

The development of the Cooperative economy in Indonesia was increasingly advanced in various institutions, namely bank and non-bank institutions. Borrowing is a financial institution that offers services where savings and loan cooperatives must carry out promotional strategies on the products they offer. Tri Aji Mandiri Savings and Loan Cooperative was one of the individual/private savings and loan cooperatives whose activities offer services. Triaji Mandiri Cooperative, which was founded on 23 March 2010. This study aims to determine the effect of price, the effect of promotion, and the effect of service services on purchasing decisions at KSP Triaji Mandiri Kediri City. The research approach used was quantitative. Based on the results of the analysis and research that has been done, promotion has a partial effect on purchasing decisions (loans), which means that promotion has a significant effect on purchasing decisions (loans) for KSP Tri Aji Mandiri savings and loan cooperatives. Promotional activities in cooperatives are the most critical part because promotion is a process that can build relationships with cooperative members and foster value for members.
