Abstract

XYZ is a company that produces gloves. Due to the resulting defects such as vague logos, slanted stitching, mold and loose stitching, the company needs to make quality improvements so that defects become 0%. The aim of this research is to carry out quality control using the Six Sigma and FMEA methods to determine the sigma value and determine the causes of defects and make recommendations for improvements to the highest defects. From the results of Six Sigma calculations, a sigma level of 3.6 was obtained, which means that it is sufficient and 197,300 defects can occur on a production scale of one million. The capability results with an average value of 1.15 indicate that it is only quite reliable on a scale of 1-2. FMEA shows the highest cause of failure is sewing machine jams which can cause skewed stitches. The recommended control plan is to carry out routine weekly machine maintenance. Common factors causing defects are lack of regular maintenance on production machines, worker negligence, worker fatigue due to hot weather, lack of strict supervision of workers during the production process, less skilled workers and humid air temperatures resulting in moldy gloves. Proposed improvements in overcoming defects include carrying out routine maintenance on all machines, carrying out strict supervision of workers, implementing SOPs with strict supervision, adding air conditioning facilities, and adding a sterilization process for finished glove products. Abstract

Situation analysis The chocolate farmer group is located in Nglegi Hamlet RT 09 RW 03 Nglegi Patuk, Gunungkidul Regency, Yogyakarta Special Region 55561. This group has natural potential and chocolate agricultural products are quite good in Gunungkidul. The products of this chocolate farmer group are processed from the basic ingredients of chocolate, because one village is almost 50% planted with chocolate trees which are the specialty of this village. The processed products produced include coffee powder, chocolate rengginang, and chocolate bananas. The main obstacle felt by the chocolate farmer group is how to make new products that are competitive and weak graphic design so that product visualization becomes an obstacle in imagining the shape of new products and the right packaging. Solutions are needed literacy in the application of the TRIKON strategy so that formalization, intervention, and value integration in product and business development continue to run continuously because this is the hope of all members of the Chocolate Farmers Group. This service program runs according to plan and has a significant impact on understanding the literacy of packaging innovation based on 3 N (niteni, nirokke, nambahi) and visualizing the type of packaging that has local wisdom value. In addition, the main obstacle of how to determine new competitive products can be overcome by understanding the TRIKON strategy well. Literacy The application of the TRIKON Strategy (continuous, convergent and concentric) in the innovation of Farmers Group chocolate product variants is expected to be able to be applied in the face of a constantly evolving environment of volatility, uncertainty, complexity, and ambiguity.

Abstract

This study analyzes the effect of financial literacy, financial technology, and e-wallets on the financial performance of MSMEs, with financial inclusion as a moderating variable among MSMEs in Yogyakarta City. Using a quantitative method with 100 MSME respondents selected through purposive sampling, the multiple linear regression results show that financial literacy and financial technology positively influence financial performance, while e-wallets have no significant effect. The Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) indicates that financial inclusion does not moderate the relationship between the three independent variables and MSME financial performance. Simultaneously, all three variables affect financial performance. Theoretically, this study expands the application of RBV and TAM by integrating knowledge and digital technology aspects, enriching the literature on MSME performance determinants in the Industry 4.0 era. Practically, the findings provide insights for MSMEs, policymakers, and financial institutions to enhance financial literacy and the adoption of financial technologies.
