Abstract

Many research which has been done with a fiber in normal concrete fusion to increase the concrete press strengthespecially on the weakness of concrete quality on tensile strength. In Indonesia, steel and iron fiber utilitization (bendrat wire) on concrete fusion not yet to be known. Besides, making fiber suffered high cost especially making steel fiber that is very difficult because they have to be imported. To solve this problem, in this research iron fiber lathe engine waste that easy to find and more economic is used to change the steel and iron fiber utilization. It uses iron fiber lathe engine waste with a lenght of ± 6 cm and diameters of ± 8 mm, with the edges bent and with the presentate of 0%, 2%, 4%, 6%, and 8% to cement weight. For concrete without any improvement of iron fiber classified as the concrete with 0% iron fiber with the pressure trenght on f'c 25 MPa. The test speciment used in this reseach has cylinder shape and has 15 cm diameters and 30 centimeters on high. Test was arranged when it has been 14th and 28th days of curing to know the effect of iron fiber in compressive strength and tensile strength and increment percentage of iron fiber on lathe engine waste that is the most optimum. The result of research shows that the increasing of iron fiber on lathe engine waste on concrete fusion gives the effect of compressive strength and tensile strength, increase compressive strength of concrete on 46,64% on 14th day and 45,45% on 28th and increasing the compressive strength of concrete on 15,07% on 14th day and 23,07 % on 28th, compared with concrete without fiber has 8% on 14th and 28th. On 14th has 12,54 MPa compressive strength and 13,63 MPa on 28th whereas on 14th has 1,45 MPa tensile strength and 1,6 MPa on 28th. Althought the result of the test of compressive strength and pulling slit concrete showed an improvement but it has not yet to reach the target valve 25 MPa, because of several factor whether it is on physical factor, building process, maintenance,and the test and its equipment for research that has not to be perfect yet.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the compressive strength and split tensile strength of concrete using the waste of ceramic sherd. Ceramic was used to replace gravel as coarse aggregate with percentage of 0%, 25%, 50%, 75% and 100%. This study was an experimental study using cylindrical test objects measuring 15 cm in diameter and 30 cm high. The total number of specimen are 50 pieces consisting of 30 test specimens for compressive strength testing and 20 specimens for testing the split tensile strength. Testing was done by using a Universal Testing Materials at the age of 14 days and 28 days.Based on the test results of compressive strength at 14 days old, the values obtained compressive strength of an average 8.77 MPa, 9.84 MPa, 10.27 MPa, 11.07 MPa, 12.07 respectively for the percentage of ceramic sherd 0%, 25%, 50%, 75% and 100%. Results of testing compressive strength at 28 days obtained the compressive strength average 12.47 MPa, 12.20 MPa, 8.67 MPa, 11.57 MPa, 12.00 respectively for the percentage of ceramic sherd 0%, 25%, 50%, 75% and 100%. Results of testing the split tensile strength at 14 days old values obtained for tensile strength an average of 4.80 MPa, 6.30 MPa, 4.75 MPa, 6.30 MPa, 6.15 respectively for the percentage of ceramic sherd 0%, 25%, 50%, 75% and 100%. Results of testing the split tensile strength at 28 days showed that the value of tensile strength an average 5:55 MPa, 6.50 MPa, 4.90 MPa, 6.35 MPa, 7.55 respectively for the percentage of ceramic sherd 0%, 25%, 50%, 75% and 100%

Abstract

Based on observations and interviews with productive subjects teachers in grade X of Stone and Concrete SMK Negeri - 1 Palangkaraya, students understand less and very rare to ask with the result that the learning is teacher focused. Be based the final evaluation, 70% of students score less than 70 which has not reached the value of Minimum Exhaustiveness Criteria (KKM) that implemented by the school with curriculum KTSP. This study aims to determine the learning results of students through Cooperative Learning Model Type Pair Checks on the subject matter requirements, health and safety equipment inthe students of class X TKBB SMKN-1 Palangka Raya academic year 2015/2016. This research is categorized as descriptive research with quantitative approach method by using Pair Checks type cooperative learning model on student learning results on the subject requirements, health and safety equipment in class X Technic of Stone and Concrete SMK Negeri 1 Palangka Raya, academic year 2015/2016 with 32 students for experimentalgroup and another 32 students from Department of Building Image Engineering for the control group. The research results showed that posttest of the experimental group (X2 = 3.0111 <X2table = 11,070) and the control group (X2 = 2,2299 <X2tabel = 11,070) were normal and homogeneous distributed (Fhitung = 1.60 <Ftabel = 1.82).The average results of posttest of the experimental group was 88 and the control group was 71,553. The analysis of the data used in this research is t-test at 5% significant level that means (thitung = 5.32> ttabel = 1.999), then Ho rejected and Ha accepted. Then it can be drawn the conclusion that there is an increase in student learning results by using cooperative learning model type Pair Checks on subject requirements, health and safety equipment in the class X Technic of Stoneand Concrete SMK Negeri 1 Palangka Raya 2015/2016.

Abstract

This study aims to assess the feasibility of housing type 36 which was built by PT. Toraa Graha Utama at the Perumahan Hiu Putih XIV Palangka Raya City, Central Kalimantan based on Permenpera Nomor 22/Permen/M/2008. The study refers to livable houses that apply a healthy and safe environment supported by public infrastructure, facilities and utilities regulated by technical guidelines for minimum service standards in the district/city housing sector. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method and uses analysis. The research instruments were in the form of questionnaires and interviews with informants. There are 30 house samples. Based on the results of the study, it is known that the Perumahan Hiu Putih XIV has implemented the provisions for livable houses, and meets the building safety requirements, minimum adequacy of building area and the health of its occupants, and has also implemented environmental criteria equipped with environmental infrastructure, and public facilities. The results of calculations from respondents' answers conducted at the time of the interview obtained 88% of the total achievement of livable houses and a healthy and safe environment supported by infrastructure, facilities and public utilities.

Abstract

The material of composing an equivalent force became the focus of this study. Researcher want to see deeper and broader understanding of students related to this material. One teacher's information that most students make mistakes in solving the problem in the form of a description on the subject of engineering mechanics. The purpose of this study is to describe the mistakes made by students in completing the description of the material in composing an equivalent force in the thenth grade of Construction and Property SMK Negeri 1 Palangka Raya. This research uses descriptive method with qualitative approach. Population in this research is thenth grade of Business of Construction and Property of SMK Negeri 1 Palangka Raya is 23 people. Sampling by purposive sampling so chosen 4 subject of students with criterion of student can represent every aspect in making mistake that is mistake in comprehension problem, make mathematical model, calculation and draw conclusion, and able to communicate well. Data collection was done by test and interview method. From the research obtained the average result of the percentage of students who make mistakes in the aspects of understanding the problem of 5.44%, the error occurs because students do not write a complete what is known and asked in the matter. For the aspect of making a mathematical model of 21.74%, though students can write what is known and asked from the test questions but students are not able to change what is known into the mathematical model. For the calculation aspect of 35.87%, the error occurs due to wrong students in addition and calculation in the form of the root so that the results obtained are not appropriate. Students do not include a unit symbol into the calculation process. For Aspects to draw conclusions of 90.2%, errors occur because students do not write conclusions and students do not return answers into context questions, this can be seen from the answers of students who are less precise.

Abstract

Cracks in concrete cannot be prevented but the size of the cracks can be controlled. Cracks that occur in concrete are strongly influenced by the nature and characteristics of the concrete constituent materials, especially cement and water. Cracks can occur in the fresh and hard concrete phases. Cracks that occur in concrete can be grouped into two, non-structural cracks and structural cracks. There are several types of non-structural cracks such as crazing, map cracking, plastic cracking due to shrinkage, plastic cracking due to settlement, cracking due to drying shrinkage, cracking due to temperature changes, cracking due to chemical reactions. Structural cracks can be caused by the effects of vibration, earthquake and loads that work beyond capacity. Cracks in concrete beams can be in the form of flexural cracks, web shear cracks, flexure-shear cracks, torsion cracks, bond cracks. The failure that occurs in the beam has a close relationship with the pattern of cracks formed. Cracks that occur in the beam must be repaired so that the damage does not get worse and efforts to strengthen the structure to ensure it remains safe

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara pelaksanaan PLP I di masa pandemi COVID-19 dan hasil yang dicapai berupa pengetahuan akan kultur, manajemen dan dinamika sekolah. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian evaluatif menggunakan Model CIPP dengan  pendekatan kuantitatif-asosiatif. Teknik analisa data berupa pengujian instrumen penelitian dan uji hipotesis. Hasil Uji Validitas instrumen menunjukkan bahwa instrumen penelitian valid yang ditunjukkan dengan nilai rhitung > rtabel pada tingkat signifikansi 5%. Koefisien korelasi setiap variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikat lebih besar dari 0,599 yang berarti memiliki tingkat hubungan yang kuat. Pada analisis regresi berganda diperoleh semua koefisien regresi bernilai positif yang berarti memiliki kontribusi positif terhadap variabel terikat. Hasil Uji t, yang digunakan untuk menguji pengaruh masing-masing variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikatnya, memberikan hasil bahwa variabel konteks dan proses berpengaruh secara signifikan yang ditunjukkan oleh nilai signifikansi variabel 0,00 < 0,050 dan nilai thitung > ttabel. Variabel masukan tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan yang ditunjukkan oleh nilai signifikansi variabel 0,252 > 0,050 dan nilai thitung < ttabel . Pada Uji F diperoleh nilai Fhitung lebih besar dari nilai Ftabel (54,913 > 2,72) dan tingkat signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dapat disimpulkan ada hubungan antara pelaksanaan PLP 1 di masa pandemi COVID-19 dan hasil yang dicapai.

Abstract

Building Engineering Education Study Program is part of the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education (FKIP) of Palangka Raya University which has facilities and infrastructure to support teaching and learning activities. There are several problems faced by partners, especially clean water installations. The clean water installation consists of a toren (water reservoir) and a pipe network. The water pressure that comes out through the faucet is relatively small. This problem is very important to be resolved because the availability and smooth running of water is an absolute necessity during the COVID-19 pandemic. To prevent and break the chain of the spread of COVID-19, it is necessary to apply health protocols properly, one way is to wash hands frequently, which of course requires the availability of water. The solution offered to overcome this problem is to add an air pipe (ventilation). The addition of an air pipe can increase the flow of water. The increase in water discharge at point 1 is 25.93%, at point 2 is 1.98%.

Abstract

The people of the Misik Kalampangan area, which are located on peatlands, are not yet fully aware of the potential in their area. To turn this area into an agro-tourism, it is necessary to map the potential from the air using an aircraft (Unmanned Aerial Vehicle - UAV). This mapping process is also complemented by a direct observation survey in the Misik area with the aim of validating the results of visual interpretation of the resulting map product, so that the information conveyed on the map is in accordance with the conditions in the field. The product of this activity is a detailed scale photo map of the Misik area that can be used as the basis for land management planning in the Misik Kalampangan area. This activity was followed by the submission of photo map products which were attended by village officials and the community. Through this activity, the community is expected to be able to independently observe and update data on land cover changes and other phenomena that occur in the Misik area.

Abstract

Keterlambatan pelaksanaan proyek konstruksi berpengaruh terhadap biaya yang harus disediakan oleh owner baik berupa biaya langsung maupun biaya tidak langsung. Studi kasus dilakukan pada proyek perumahan di Jalan Kecipir Kota Palangka Raya dengan pembiayaan dari KPR BNI. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor apa saja yang menjadi penyebab utama keterlambatan pada proyek perumahan di Jalan Kecipir Kota Palangka Raya dan bagaimana melakukan aksi untuk mengatasi keterlambatan tersebut. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dan kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari owner proyek, staf administrasi, pengawas lapangan, serta beberapa tukang. Instrumrn penelitian menggunakan kuesioner yang disebarkan secara langsung kepada responden. Analisis data menggunakan Metode House Of Risk yang berfungsi untuk menganalisa data penyebab keterlambatan. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dengan menggunakan Metode House of Risk (HOR), ditemukan bahwa tiga penyebab utama keterlambatan pada proyek perumahan KPR-BNI di Jalan Kecipir Kota Palangka Raya adalah adanya kenaikan harga bahan dan material, pekerjaan tambahan, dan perkembangan ekonomi. Permasalahan tersebut dapat diminimalisir dengan cara melakukan komunikasi dan koordinasi yang baik dengan owner proyek, membuat check list yang komprehensif, menambah jumlah tenaga kerja, ketersediaan dan kecanggih alat bantu kerja untuk mempercepat proses perkerjaan Kata Kunci: Keterlambatan proyek, perumahan, Metode House of Risk
