Abstract

The Health Service Center is one of the health service facilities that is needed by everyone, therefore it requires efficient work, especially in data management. Medan Sunggal Public Health Center currently still uses a data management system or manual information system which is very time-consuming and laborious, with the development of the website era, especially by utilizing web engineering methods, it is one of the resources that is sufficient to overcome it all, therefore a website is needed to solve the problem.

Abstract

Geographic Information System (GIS) is a system created using information derived from processing a number of data, namely geographic data or data located on the earth's surface. Geographic Information Systems can be used in various fields, one of which is as a travel planning and tourist location. The lack of information conveyed on tourism in Deli Serdang Regency is one of the obstacles for people who want to travel. In this thesis, a Geographic Information System application for tourism in Deli Serdang Regency is developed which has detailed tourist information and the selection of the shortest travel route and alternative tours. To determine the shortest route and alternative travel, use the Cheapest Insertion Heuristic Algorithm. Then it is hoped that the community can be helped in planning tourist trips in Deli Serdang Regency. This application utilizes the google maps API as a virtual map provider which will later display tourist location points in Deli Serdang Regency. In addition, this application is also equipped with tourist list information along with tourist details that can be accessed by the public as a reference for traveling.

Abstract

The development of digital technology, especially digital multimedia, can change the way people do business. The development of social media and the sophistication of new applications offer endless opportunities for product marketing. Product marketing strategy is needed to increase competitiveness. One of the marketing strategies is attractive advertising media. This community service aims to improve the ability of home industry entrepreneurs who are members of the Medan IPEMI (Indonesian Islamic Entrepreneurs Association) organization to promote their products through advertising media. This activity teaches women entrepreneurs how to use the Kinemaster app to create product ads with visually appealing content. The resulting media is in the form of moving advertisements in short duration video formats.

Abstract

Penggunaan teknologi di era digital sekarang ini telah meluas ke berbagai bidang usaha. UD. Kreasi Lutvi, merupakan unit usaha yang fokus pada penjualan kripik. Dalam pengendalian stok hasil olahan keripik, masih terdapat beberapa permasalahan yang dapat memengaruhi kelancaran operasional. Ketidaktepatan dalam pencatatan stok sering kali menyebabkan kelebihan atau kekurangan persediaan, yang berdampak pada keterlambatan pemenuhan pesanan, terutama untuk pelanggan luar negeri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengimplementasikan sistem informasi pengendalian persediaan barang pada UD. Kreasi Lutvi. Sistem dibangun dengan mengaplikasikan metode Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) untuk mengoptimalkan pengelolaan stok bahan baku. Metode EOQ digunakan untuk menentukan jumlah pemesanan bahan baku yang optimal, yang dapat meminimalkan biaya pemesanan dan penyimpanan bahan baku, serta memastikan ketersediaan bahan baku yang tepat waktu. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Research and Development (R&D), dengan pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan studi pustaka. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebelum penerapan EOQ, Singkong Mentega memiliki EOQ 100 kg dan Ubi Ungu 90 kg. Setelah penerapan, nilai EOQ untuk Singkong Mentega menjadi 72 kg dan Ubi Ungu 60 kg, menghasilkan persentase efisiensi biaya sebesar 15%. Penerapan EOQ membantu perusahaan menghindari kelebihan atau kekurangan stok, serta memperlancar produksi dan pengiriman produk. Sistem yang dikembangkan terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan efisiensi operasional dan pengelolaan stok bahan baku.

Abstract

Peningkatan jumlah dan variasi produk pada toko bahan bangunan menuntut adanya sistem pencarian produk yang cepat dan efisien pada aplikasi e-commerce berbasis website. Permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh Toko Bangunan Zaydan adalah proses pencarian produk yang masih bersifat konvensional, sehingga memerlukan waktu yang relatif lama dan kurang optimal ketika menangani data produk dalam jumlah besar dengan karakteristik nama yang kompleks. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengimplementasikan algoritma Boyer–Moore pada fitur pencarian produk guna meningkatkan efisiensi dan kecepatan proses pencarian. Algoritma Boyer–Moore merupakan algoritma string matching yang melakukan pencocokan karakter dari kanan ke kiri serta memanfaatkan mekanisme pergeseran pola berdasarkan aturan bad character dan good suffix, sehingga mampu mengurangi jumlah perbandingan karakter yang tidak diperlukan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan meliputi observasi, wawancara, dan studi literatur, dengan data uji berupa 424 data bahan material Toko Bangunan Zaydan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa setelah penerapan algoritma Boyer–Moore, proses pencarian produk menjadi lebih efisien dibandingkan metode pencarian konvensional, ditandai dengan berkurangnya jumlah perbandingan karakter dan meningkatnya kecepatan respon sistem. Penerapan algoritma ini memberikan kontribusi positif terhadap peningkatan performa sistem dan pengalaman pengguna dalam mengakses informasi produk pada aplikasi e-commerce.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan merancang sistem informasi produksi pada usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah (UMKM) kerajinan kayu dengan menggunakan metode Economic Order Quantity (EOQ). Banyak UMKM kerajinan kayu masih mengelola produksi dan persediaan bahan baku secara manual, sehingga menyebabkan ketidakefisienan, kekurangan stok, atau biaya persediaan yang berlebihan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Rapid Application Development (RAD) untuk merancang dan mengimplementasikan sistem informasi produksi yang terintegrasi dengan perencanaan persediaan berbasis perhitungan EOQ. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi pada objek penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem yang diusulkan mampu mengoptimalkan pengadaan bahan baku, mengurangi biaya persediaan, serta meningkatkan akurasi perencanaan produksi. Implementasi EOQ dalam sistem informasi produksi memberikan dukungan pengambilan keputusan dalam menentukan jumlah pemesanan yang optimal dan jadwal pemesanan. Penelitian ini berkontribusi dalam meningkatkan efisiensi produksi dan pengelolaan informasi pada UMKM kerajinan kayu.

Abstract

This study aims to design and develop a web-based e-voucher application with a reward system feature for Arif Lubis Net to improve operational efficiency and customer engagement. The rapid advancement of information technology has encouraged the transformation of internet-based services; however, manual voucher management still creates various challenges, including process inefficiencies, recording errors, and low customer loyalty. This research employed a quantitative approach using the Waterfall system development model, consisting of requirements analysis, system design, implementation using the Laravel framework, and system testing. Data were collected through observation, interviews, questionnaires, and system testing, and subsequently analyzed using descriptive statistics. The results indicate that the developed system successfully automates transaction processes, improves data accuracy, and provides real-time information. Based on black-box testing, all major application features functioned successfully with a 100% success rate. User satisfaction testing revealed a satisfaction score of 89%, which falls into the excellent category. Furthermore, the implementation of the reward system was found to enhance customer loyalty through a point-based mechanism that encourages repeat purchases. Sales analysis also showed that low- to medium-value vouchers dominated customer purchasing patterns. Therefore, the proposed web-based e-voucher application with a reward system is considered effective in improving operational efficiency and service quality, while providing an adaptive digital solution for local-scale internet service businesses.

Abstract

The Indonesian Architects Association (IAI) of North Sumatra is a professional association that oversees architects in the North Sumatra region. In membership management, there are many inactive members, which risks causing a decline in membership numbers. This condition also has an impact on the development of the architectural profession in North Sumatra. This research aims to build a system that is able to cluster data on members who are at risk of leaving. The method used is the k-means algorithm, which is implemented in a web-based system. With this method, members are grouped into three main clusters based on their level of involvement. The research results show that the first cluster (C1) consists of 178 active members with high seniority (loyal). The second cluster (C2) includes new members who are active but still require further involvement (need engagement), with a total of 196 people. Meanwhile, the third cluster (C3) contains passive members who are at risk of leaving (retention target), with a total of 334 people. With this system, IAI North Sumatra can more easily identify and take strategic steps in maintaining and increasing the number of membership, so that it can support the development of the architectural profession in the area. Keywords: Clustering, K-means, Membership, IAI Sumut, Laravel

Abstract

Gelumpang Pirak Village has various work programs covering infrastructure development, public services, and economic empowerment funded through the village budget. However, the monitoring and budget management processes are still carried out semi-manually, resulting in reporting delays, limited transparency, and suboptimal allocation of funds based on actual activity needs. This study aims to design and develop a web-based work program monitoring information system integrated with the Activity Based Budgeting (ABB) method. The research method used is Research and Development (R&D), while the system development applies the Waterfall model consisting of requirement analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance stages. The implementation of the ABB method enables budget allocation based on activities, allowing each cost component to be traced in a more detailed and measurable manner. The system was developed using the PHP programming language and MySQL database, featuring program management, activity and resource recording, budget realization monitoring, comparative reports of budget and realization, and a public dashboard. The implementation results indicate that the system is able to automatically and in real-time detect budget variances and accelerate the monitoring and reporting process by approximately 60% compared to the previous manual method. Functional testing using Black Box Testing shows a validity level of 100% across all test scenarios. Therefore, the developed system is not only technically feasible but also effective in improving efficiency, transparency, and accountability in managing village work programs and budgets.
