Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengembangkan aplikasi stok opname barang berbasis web pada PT. Firmosindo Infotama. Perusahaan saat ini menghadapi kesulitan dalam pengolahan dan pencarian data stok opname karena masih menggunakan dokumen kertas dan sistem manual. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan solusi yang dapat meningkatkan efisiensi dan kecepatan dalam pengelolaan data tersebut. Metode pengembangan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode waterfall. Metode ini dipilih karena memiliki struktur yang jelas dan mudah dipahami. Setiap tahap dalam proses pengembangan memiliki tujuan, input, output, dan batas waktu yang jelas. Hal ini memungkinkan pengembang untuk melakukan pengendalian yang baik pada setiap tahap proses pengembangan, sehingga mempermudah pelacakan dan pengendalian proyek secara keseluruhan. Dalam penelitian ini, penulis merancang dan mengembangkan aplikasi stok opname barang berbasis web yang memungkinkan perusahaan untuk mengelola data stok opname dengan lebih baik dan lebih cepat. Aplikasi ini akan menggantikan sistem manual yang saat ini digunakan oleh perusahaan.  Aplikasi stok opname ini akan memberikan banyak manfaat bagi PT. Firmosindo Infotama. Penggunaan aplikasi berbasis web memungkinkan akses yang lebih mudah dan cepat terhadap data stok opname dari berbagai lokasi. Selain itu, aplikasi ini akan meningkatkan akurasi dalam mencatat dan memproses data stok opname, mengurangi kesalahan manusia yang mungkin terjadi dalam sistem manual. Dengan adanya aplikasi ini, diharapkan perusahaan dapat mengelola data stok opname dengan lebih baik dan lebih efisien. Pencarian data akan menjadi lebih cepat dan efektif, memungkinkan pengambilan keputusan  lebih tepat waktu.

Abstract

PT. Expressa Pariwara Media is an Electronic provider company, but so far data processing from the warehouse admin cannot be updated online and is computerized so that it cannot be accessed outside the office, as technology develops, Microsoft Excel is no longer the official data collection medium for companies of the same class as a Limited Liability Company. Currently PT. Expressa Pariwara Media only relies on general ledger-based data collection and also Microsoft Excel, which often delays updating incoming and outgoing data. So that by making this website-based data collection, it can shorten the time to search for data on goods and also the stock of goods in the company without having to go to the office and can be accessed on various gadgets anywhere. Qualitative Research Methods Data Collection Methods Collecting data in direct observation, namely at PT. Expressa Pariwara Media and collect additional data with literature study. System Development Method The method used in this research is the Waterfall method. The Waterfall model has a process that flows systematically from one stage to another. These stages are analysis, design, coding, testing, maintenance. by creating an online inventory system, PT Expressa advertising media can produce more effective and efficient performance so as to make the company more advanced in the process of recording goods warehouses based on the results of research and discussion at PT. Expressa Pariwara Media, this system can be interpreted that: With an online and computer system that is structured in data-inventory processing, it can facilitate online performance and minimize the occurrence of errors or delays in performance for employees at PT. Expressa Advertising Media. With an information system for processing incoming and outgoing goods data online, it can minimize errors in processing goods. By using a computerized system, online report processing is faster, more precise and accurate.

Abstract

Perusahaan manufaktur modern menghadapi tantangan yang signifikan dalam mempertahankan kinerja dan keandalan mesin produksi. PT. Samco Farma sebagai salah satu perusahaan manufaktur farmasi berusaha untuk meningkatkan efisiensi operasionalnya melalui implementasi sistem manajemen kerja maintenance mesin yang efektif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang sebuah sistem manajemen kerja maintenance mesin yang optimal di PT. Samco Farma. Metode penelitian yang digunakan meliputi survei, wawancara dengan personel terkait, dan tinjauan literatur. Data dianalisis untuk mengidentifikasi kebutuhan dan tantangan yang ada dalam pengelolaan maintenance mesin saat ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa PT. Samco Farma menghadapi beberapa beberapa kendala dalam mengolah atau memanagement data seperti pendataan masih menggunakan media kertas yang di tulis secara manual dan ini yang menyebabkan banyaknya kehilangan data dan juga sulit dalam melakukan pencarian lokasi mesin. Serta dalam pelaporannya juga masih terbilang tidak efisien yang mana salah satu PIC harus menginputkan kembali data yang sudah di catat di kertas tersebut ke dalam excel untuk melakukan laporan, yang mana hal ini juga menyebabkan kesalahan input dalam pembuatan laporan. Sistem yang diusulkan ini memuat semua data yang di kelola secara terkomputerisasi dan secara terperinci agar setiap karyawan mudah dalam melakukan pekerjaan pendataan tersebut dan juga dapat meminimalisir kehilangan data dan juga mengurangi resiko kekeliruan data. Diharapkan bahwa implementasi sistem manajemen kerja maintenance mesin di PT. Samco Farma akan ini dapat meningkatkan keandalan mesin, mencegah kerusakan yang tidak terduga, dan memastikan ketersediaan mesin yang optimal untuk proses produksi.

Abstract

Laporan ini membahas implementasi sistem informasi persediaan barang berbasis web di PT Stanindo Artha Langgeng dengan menggunakan metode Agile. Tujuan dari pengembangan sistem ini adalah untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas dalam manajemen persediaan barang perusahaan. Metode Agile dipilih sebagai pendekatan pengembangan karena memungkinkan pengembangan sistem yang lebih cepat dan adaptif terhadap perubahan kebutuhan pengguna. Tahapan pengembangan sistem meliputi analisis kebutuhan, perancangan sistem, pengujian, dan implementasi. Hasil dari pengembangan sistem ini adalah sistem informasi persediaan barang berbasis web yang dapat membantu PT Stanindo Artha Langgeng dalam mengelola persediaan barang dengan lebih efektif dan efisien. Penggunaan metode Agile dalam pengembangan sistem ini juga terbukti mampu menghasilkan sistem yang responsif dan adaptif terhadap kebutuhan pengguna. Dalam keseluruhan, sistem informasi persediaan barang berbasis web ini dapat memberikan manfaat bagi perusahaan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dalam pengelolaan persediaan barang.

Abstract

In general, the registration process for new students is carried out through the stages of registration and announcement of student acceptance. In this study its application to PAUD QUR'AN NURUL IKHLAS CIPAYUNG, which so far is still in the process of admitting new students manually. This will certainly complicate the process of data collection, administration and information as well as less efficient use of time, place, cost and manpower. For this reason, an information system is needed that can assist in a more accurate and efficient process of admitting new students. The research method used is observation and literature study. The research method uses the PHP programming language and MySQL database. This research resulted in an efficient and effective New Student Registration Information System at the web-based PAUD QUR'AN NURUL IKHLAS CIPAYUNG which is capable of managing the registration process for new students, namely registration and reports of new students.

Abstract

The rapid development of technology has had an impact on various areas of human life, including the world of business and the world of work. In today's era, companies are trying to increase work productivity and efficiency by utilizing technology. CV. Baretta Cemerlang, a manufacturer of ceramic tableware, faces challenges in optimizing its production process. In the current situation, every marketing must continuously contact the admin to get information on production progress. This is inefficient and makes work unproductive. Therefore the aim of this research is to develop a system with the right design and we call it a website-based production tracking system using the CodeIgniter framework. This production tracking system makes it easy for all company stakeholders to view, monitor, and update production status quickly and accurately. This system is also equipped with a real-time monitoring feature that enables fast and accurate decision making. With this system, companies can increase productivity, reduce production time, improve efficiency, and reduce human errors in production scheduling and control. This production tracking system has been integrated with the DBMS and can be accessed via a laptop/PC or mobile device. In this study it was concluded that the production tracking system is an effective solution to increase the efficiency and productivity of the company. However, the implementation of this system needs to be done carefully and pay attention to all elements related to it. It is hoped that the designed production tracking system will have a major positive impact on the company by increasing the efficiency of production performance. and ensure efficiency in various matters.

Abstract

Medika Prima Clinic is a public clinic established by the Medika Prima Utama Foundation and has an operational license since 2015. The clinic is located at Jl. Raya Ciomas No.290, Ciomas Rahayu, Ciomas sub-district, Bogor Regency, West Java. Based on interviews, information was obtained that there are obstacles, namely that it takes longer to complete the process of searching for drug data, irregular storage of drug inventory data causes frequent loss and damage of documents, and the preparation of drug data reports is still done manually, making it difficult for the data analysis process and producing less accurate data. Based on these problems, the purpose of this study is to develop a web-based drug supply information system that will facilitate drug searches, store drug supply data, and report drug supply data that can be well organized and accurate. The information system created using the web-based waterfall method with the PHP programming language and using the MySql database. the waterfall method is the traditional life cycle includes a software development methodology. which emphasizes a logical and systematic process system testing is carried out to ensure good performance and functionality. trials were carried out involving users and utilizing original drug data. The test results show that the Medika Prima Clinic web-based drug inventory information system can effectively manage drug inventory and improve the efficiency of drug stock management.

Abstract

The library is an important tool in the world of education that allows students to access various learning resources. In educational institutions, a system is needed that can collect, manage, store, and distribute information. Therefore, the design of library applications is a necessary step to meet these needs. Through interviews and observations, researchers found several problems that needed to be addressed, including the absence of a specific application design in the library, the lack of use of technology that caused books to not be recorded properly, book searches that were done manually, and data processing that was still done manually. manual and prone to loss or damage. Therefore the method used in this study is the Spiral method, which is a popular software development method. This method breaks projects into smaller development cycles, emphasizing flexibility and adaptability to changes in complex software development. In this study, it has been concluded that the Spiral method is effectively used in designing library application systems because it allows for changes and adjustments at each stage. The built library application system has features that suit user needs and has succeeded in increasing the efficiency and productivity of library management. The implementation using the Java programming language and MySQL database was also successful. Thus, the development of library application systems using the Spiral method can provide effective and efficient solutions in library management. Subsequent developments can be carried out by adding features and regular updates to maintain the quality and reliability of the library application system.

Abstract

Every company in this global era uses existing technology to make it easier to obtain correct (accurate) and actual data in line with advances in civilization and technological developments that make it easier for humans to obtain information (according to current conditions). Information is essential for planning and control when developing strategies to meet company goals. It is very important that a company or business make changes to digital systems. However, some companies or businesses continue to use a payroll and petty cash management system that only relies on calculations that have not been integrated with the database. PT. Sindang Multi Ekatama is a company engaged in the distribution of consumer goods. As a company that continues to grow, PT. Sindang Multi Ekatama requires an information system that is integrated with the database so that it can assist in managing payroll and petty cash so that it is more efficient and well organized. Therefore, this research will be conducted to analyze and design a payroll and petty cash information system using the Rapid Application Development method at PT. Sindang Multi Ekatama, using the Laravel 10 framework and MySQL 5.7 database. With an information system that is integrated with the database, managing payroll and petty cash at PT. Sindang Multi Ekatama could be more organized and efficient. In addition, this information system can also reduce the risk of salary calculation errors, inaccurate petty cash management, and the difficulty of controlling company expenses.

Abstract

 In this modern era, the development of information technology is running so fast. The need for technology is very much needed. One of them is the internet which is used to get information in a short time. On the internet, many consumers are looking for spare parts for certain cars, where consumers can get information and types of products they need. Salman Per is one of the shops / MSMEs that sells various types of car springs. The program that will be taken about website design promotion. Where this program is designed to make it easier to get information about products and buyers for consumers. The author makes written material obtained from interviews with Salman Per, observation books and library references related to promotional media from the internet. Here the author chooses a program with visual studio code application software and uses PHP and HTML languages. Because of its ease of making static websites.
