Abstract

The advent of the revolution demands that people, both students and workers, be highly competitive and possess the necessary skills to navigate the sophistication of this digital era. Information and communication technology (ICT) has transformed the way student administration is conducted. With information technology, previously manual administrative processes can now be automated. For example, managing correspondence, archiving, and data management can be done using specially designed applications, namely Microsoft Office. Good administrative skills are a crucial factor in organizational management. In the digital era, mastery of technology, especially word processing applications like Microsoft Word, is a primary requirement to support administrative activities, such as creating reports, correspondence, and other documents. Optimal use of Microsoft Word can increase efficiency in compiling documents with neat and professional formats. However, many IP3NN administrators still lack a thorough grasp of Microsoft Word. This can hinder the effectiveness of their work in compiling and managing administrative documents. Therefore, this training aims to improve the administrative skills of IP3NN administrators in using Microsoft Word so they can work more efficiently, productively, and professionally. With this training, it is hoped that administrators will be able to utilize Microsoft Word's features to their full potential to support the smooth running of their organization's administration.

Abstract

Manajemen sarana dan prasarana (Sarpras) merupakan aspek vital dalam mendukung stabilitas operasional dan akuntabilitas finansial institusi pendidikan. Namun, proses inventarisasi aset pada banyak organisasi masih didominasi oleh metode konvensional berbasis spreadsheet (Microsoft Excel) yang memicu inefisiensi waktu akibat pencatatan ganda (double entry) serta tingginya risiko inakurasi data (human error). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan Sistem Informasi Manajemen Sarana dan Prasarana (SIM Sarpra) Berbasis Web yang terintegrasi dengan teknologi Quick Response Code (QR Code) guna mengoptimalkan siklus hidup aset secara real-time. Metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan adalah model Waterfall yang dimodifikasi, mencakup tahapan analisis kebutuhan, perancangan arsitektur three-tier (menggunakan framework Laravel dan RDBMS MySQL), implementasi kode, hingga pengujian. Validasi fungsionalitas sistem dilakukan melalui metode Black-Box Testing, sementara performa efisiensi diuji menggunakan evaluasi kuantitatif komparatif antara metode lama dan sistem baru. Hasil penelitian pada laporan kemajuan ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan SIM Sarpra terintegrasi QR Code mampu mengeliminasi redundansi proses secara signifikan, meningkatkan kecepatan pencarian dan pembaruan data status kelayakan aset di lapangan, serta meminimalkan kesalahan input data nominal. Sistem ini memberikan kontribusi ilmiah pada pemanfaatan integrasi kamera peramban (browser-based scanning) yang responsif tanpa memerlukan perangkat keras pemindai khusus, sehingga mendukung mobilitas tinggi staf pelaksana inventarisasi.

Abstract

This research develops a web-based computer network bandwidth management application integrated with MikroTik devices using the RouterOS API, with a case study at PT Bali Towerindo Sentral Tbk. The purpose of this research is to design, implement, and test a system capable of providing real-time traffic monitoring, bandwidth packet management, DHCP lease management, basic firewall settings, and an automation mechanism for entering traffic data into a database. With this system, it is expected that the need for manual configuration can be reduced, thereby minimizing the risk of human error in network management. The development method used follows the Agile-Scrum framework through several sprint stages to produce a functional application that meets operational needs. Technical implementation is carried out using a PHP backend, MySQL database, an interactive web interface, and MikroTik integration through APIs for configuration synchronization and traffic data retrieval. System testing is carried out using Black Box and White Box methods to assess performance, stability, and suitability to user needs. The results of the study indicate that the developed application is able to improve visibility of bandwidth usage, simplify the reporting process, accelerate network disruption handling, and reduce manual intervention on MikroTik devices. This research provides recommendations for further development in the form of improving security aspects, expanding monitoring features, and conducting large-scale production tests.

Abstract

Mastery of computer programming has become an urgent need in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0, especially for Vocational High School (SMK) students who are prepared to enter the workforce directly. However, SMK Panji Karya 3 still faces obstacles in improving students' programming competencies, particularly in Python, due to limited teaching materials and practical training. This community service activity aims to improve students' programming competencies through structured Python training. The methods used include interactive lectures, hands-on practice, and mentoring on small projects. The results of the activity show a significant increase in the understanding of basic programming concepts (such as variables, branching, looping, and functions) and the ability to solve simple case studies. Furthermore, students' enthusiasm and independence in writing code have increased significantly. This training makes a real contribution to preparing SMK Panji Karya 3 students to face the challenges of industry and the workforce.
