Abstract

The purpose of this community service activity is to help increase income for women in the Purwoyoso village, because the COVID pandemic has reduced income due to a reduction in employees and a reduction in working hours. The method used in this community service activity is to provide direct training with tutorials in the field by teaching how to make clothes lubricants and deodorizers. The results of the service are expected that mothers have skills in making clothes lubricants and fragrances. Having skills in making lubricants and fragrances, mothers can produce which can later be used alone or sold so that additional income can be obtain.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan transformasional dan perceived organizational support terhadap kedisiplinan kerja Karyawan Lembaga Swadaya Masyarakat (LSM) Tajam melalui kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel intervening. Penelitian ini menggunakan 38 karyawan Lembaga Swadaya Masyarakat (LSM) Tajam. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian populasi. Data penelitian dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik analisis regresi berganda dan uji Sobel (Sobel test). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) Gaya kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan kerja, 2) Perceived organizational support berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan kerja, 3) Gaya kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh positif terhadap kedisiplinan kerja karyawan Lembaga Swadaya Masyarakat (LSM) Tajam, 4) Perceived organizational support berpengaruh positif terhadap kedisiplinan kerja karyawan Lembaga Swadaya Masyarakat (LSM) Tajam, serta 5) Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kedisiplinan kerja karyawan Lembaga Swadaya Masyarakat (LSM) Tajam

Abstract

UMKM are one of the important pillars in the national economic sector. UMKM need to be pushed back after the Covid-19 pandemic. One of the things that can be done to encourage the rise of UMKM is by digitizing marketing and product innovation. This study aims to determine the factors that decreased sales and marketing strategies that were implemented, how to deal with the obstacles that occurred, weaknesses and obstacles in Zamato bags. This study used descriptive analysis, interview and observation data collection techniques, and purposive sampling technique. There are 5 samples in this study (respondents) who are business owners, consumers, employees, and the research team
