Abstract

Training on Agro Eco-System Analysis for Cassava Farmers in Plant Pest Organism Management Techniques. Pest population fluctuations in cassava plants tend to increase and spread rapidly in drought fields and a monoculture cropping pattern with close spacing therefore the presence of pests planted is highly dependent on agro-ecosystem conditions. Therefore ecological-based pest control is very necessary.  To maintain the stability of the plant ecosystem, basic skills are needed in conducting agroecosystem analysis (AESA). Based on the analysis results obtained recommendations for appropriate ecosystem management for each growing season and facilitate farmers in determining good cultivation techniques regarding pest control, cropping patterns, soil and water conservation as well as natural enemies that are appropriate for their plants. AESA activities are carried out so that farmers understand and are skilled in managing their cassava plantations because Randotonda Village is a producer of "Nuabosi" cassava which is known as a regional superior product. The activity is carried out in a participatory manner by directly involving the participating farmers as observers, fact seekers and decision-makers for the management of their agroecosystems through discussion and manifesting current real conditions with the hope that in the future they can manage their cropping agroecosystems properly. The highest increase in farmer understanding occurred in natural enemy components of 91.67% while the average increase in farmer understanding for all agro-ecosystem components was 57.14%. All participants were able to perform AESA very well which was indicated by the ability of farmers to make recommendations for managing cassava agroecosystems for the next planting season.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of financial literacy moderation on the relationship between financial attitudes and financial self-efficacy on the intensity of decision-making of the SMEs that are also the customers of KUR BNI in Ende Regency amidst the COVID-19 pandemic situation. The objects of this research are all owners of large and retail trade SMEs, car and motorcycle repairs in Ende Regency (58 SMEs). The data analysis techniques used in this research is the Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). The results are: (1) financial attitudes has positive influence on the credit decision-making intensity on SMEs, (2) financial self-efficacy has positive influence on the credit decision-making intensity of SMEs, (3) there is a moderation impact of financial literacy on the relationship between financial attitudes and credit decision making intensity for SMEs, and (4) financial literacy is able to moderate the relationship between self-efficacy and credit decision making intensity for SMEs.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the feasibility of the KETAPA brand compost business, and formulate a development strategy. The research was conducted on farmer groups and livestock groups in Randotonda Village, Ende Regency. Labor involved in production and marketing activities 10 people. This research is a population research. The analysis used is the R/C ratio, B/C ratio, ROI and SWOT. The results of the analysis show that the KETAPA brand compost business is feasible; R/C ratio > 1, the value of B/C ratio, 0.25 means that each production cost is Rp. 100 profits earned Rp. 25. The value of ROI is 26%, the amount of return on investment (ROI) is in the pretty good category. Based on the SWOT analysis, the choice of development strategy is a progressive strategy or SO strategy. Activities include:; building promotion and marketing networks with farmer groups, GAPOKTAN and Field Extension Officers in all districts as well as conducting online marketing

Abstract

ABSTRAKMitra yang terlibat dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yaitu, Kelompok Tani Harapan Baru, jumlah anggota 30 orang. Kelompok tani ini merupakan petani ubikayu Nuabosi varietas lokal jenis terigu, dibudidayakan secara turun temurun. Permasalah utama, produktivitas ubikayu Nuabosi menurun beberapa tahun terakhir, perlu intervensi teknologi bagi anggota kelompok tani. Tujuan kegiatan, melakukan perbaikan teknis budidaya ubikayu guna peningkatan produktivitas dan pendapatan petani. Metode yang digunakan penyuluhan dan pelatihan. Setiap kegiatan pelatihan diberikan pretest dan posttest, untuk mengukur perubahan pengetahuan dan keterampilan peserta. Kegiatan pengabdian berjalan dengan baik, terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan pada anggota kelompok tani, hal ini terlihat dari hasil pretest dan posttest. Pada materi pembuatan guludan, pretest jumlah soal benar 4,13  posttest terjadi peningkatan sebesar 13,3. Materi pembuatan pupuk kompos, pretest 4,5 sedangkan pada posttest 13,56 jumlah soal benar. Materi pola tanam tumpangsari  pretest 4,5 posttest 13,13 jumlah soal benar, dan pada materi pembumbunan dan pengendalian gulma pretest 4,36 sedangkan pada posttest  jumlah soal benar 13,46..Kata Kunci:  Ubikayu Nuabosi, Perbaikan Teknik Budidaya.

Abstract

One of the core activities to save the mother earth is by planting trees in barren places. The growth of trees that will become forests.  The forest trees will reduce the impact of global warning, the availability of sufficient oxygen and water for the living creature, absorb the air pollution, adding the environmental nutrients, animal shelter, flood and erosion prevention. Based on the above ideas, the Group of Catholic Student of St. Martinus Ende which well known as KMK (Kelompok Mahasiswa Katolik) in collaboration with the Danga residents, in Nagekeo District planting trees around the city of Danga. The goal is to turn Danga as the capital city into a green city. This activity has been running from December 22 to December 29, 2021. This activity is also carried out using two methods. First, holding a one-day seminar to build an understanding of the environment, the benefits of the living environment, and how to care for and maintain the environment. The second is tree planting activities.

Abstract

ABSTRAKProgram pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman pemasaran online produk ubi kayu nuabosi bagi kelompok tani di Desa Ndetundora II Kecamatan Ende Kabupaten Ende. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah penyuluhan/ ceramah dan diskusi yang dilakukan dengan peserta 30 orang ketua kelompok tani ubi kayu nuabosi. Untuk mendapatkan hasil yang maksimal dan terukur, maka dilakukan pre-test sebelum kegiatan dan post-test setelah kegiatan. Analisis hasil yang diperoleh yakni pre-test tingkat pemahaman terhadap pemasarana online sebesar 33% mengalami peningkatan yang signifikan menjadi 77% setelah dilakukan post-test pada akhir kegiatan ceramah/ penyuluhan dan diskusi. Rekomendasi yang dihasilkan dari kegiatan ini adalah adanya lanjutan kegiatan pendampingan untuk pemasaran online bagi semua kelompok tani ubi kayu nuabosi ini. Kata kunci: pemasaran online; ubi kayu; nuabosi. ABSTRACTThis community service program aims to increase understanding of online marketing of nuabosi cassava products for farmer groups in Ndetundora II Village, Ende District, Ende Regency. The method used in this service activity is counseling/lecture and discussion conducted with 30 participants, the head of the Nuabosi cassava farmer group. To get maximum and measurable results, pre-test before the activity and post-test after the activity is carried out. Analysis of the results obtained, namely the pre-test level of understanding of online marketing by 33% experienced a significant increase to 77% after the post-test was carried out at the end of the lecture / counseling and discussion activities. The recommendation resulting from this activity is the continuation of mentoring activities for online marketing for all nuabosi cassava farmer groups. Keywords: online marketing; cassava; nuabosi

Abstract

Abstrak: Produk turunan ubikayu Nuabosi; kripik, kremes dan wingko telah dipromosi dan dipasarkan. Bahan baku produk tersebut diambil dari ubikayu varietas lokal terbaik, dan organik, namun produk tersebut belum memiliki merk, label dan kemasan. Tujuan pengabdian kepada masyarakat adalah untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan, keterampilan dan pendapatan secara berkelanjutan. Jumlah anggota PKK yang berpartisipasi pada kegiatan ini, 30 orang. Metode yang digunakan penyuluhan, FGD, pelatihan dan pendampingan. Kegiatan diawali dengan memberikan pretest diakhiri posttest. Pada pretest soal benar paling banyak 6 nomor dari 15 nomor yang diberikan, pada posttest jumlah soal benar 15 nomor, paling sedikit 13 nomor dari 15 nomor soal yang diberikan. Hasil yang dicapai dari kegiatan pengabdian ini; peningkatan pengetahuan, keterampilan mitra serta peningkatan volume penjualan. Saran, optimalisasi peran BUMDES, untuk memasarkan produk pertanian dan turunannya.Abstract: Nuabosi cassava derivative products; kripik, kremes and wingko have been promoted and marketed. The raw materials for these products are taken from the best local varieties of cassava, and are organic, but these products do not yet have brands, labels and packaging. The purpose of community service is to increase knowledge, skills and income in a sustainable manner. The number of PKK members who participated in this activity, 30 people. The methods used are counseling, FGD, training and mentoring. The activity begins with giving a pretest and ends with a posttest. In the pretest the number of correct questions is at most 6 out of 15 numbers given, in the posttest the number of correct questions is 15 numbers, at least 13 numbers out of the 15 numbered questions are given. The results achieved from this service activity; increased knowledge, skills of partners and increased sales volume. Suggestions, optimizing the role of BUMDES, to market agricultural products and their derivatives.

Abstract

Pengabdian masyrakat yang dilakukan oleh tim pengabdi bertujuan untuk memberikan sosialisasi penggunaan website sebagai sarana media promosi dan informasi club sepak bola Aldonova FC. Kegiatan sosialisasi diadakan langsung di lokasi club sepak bola Aldonova FC di keluarahan Tetandara kabupaten Ende. Pelaksanaan sosiliasasi dilakukan dengan pendekatan ceramah dan penjelasan penggunaan website secara langsung kepada pengurus club sepak bola. Sosialisasi penggunaan website sepak bola ini berfokus pada pemanfaatan website sebagai sarana media promosi dan informasi segala kegiatan club sepak bola Aldonova seperti jadwal pertandingan, informasi kegiatan club, informasi profil data pemain sepak bola dan informasi pendaftataran perekrutan pemain bola baru. Diharapkan dengan kegiatan sosialisasi ini para pengurus club mampu memanfaat website sebagai penunjang segala informasi kegiatan yang berkaitan dengan club sepak bola Aldonova.

Abstract

Abstrak: Kegiatan pemberdayaan masyarakat melalui pelaksanaan program pengabdian masyarakat dalam Program Desa Binaan (PDB) pada kelompok Fongasama di Desa Ondorea Barat dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan ketrampilan dan soft skill anggota kelompok melalui kegiatan pembangunan rumah kompos, penyuluhan dan Pelatihan pembuatan pupuk kompos. Metode yang digunakan terdiri dari penyuluhan, pelatihan dan pendampingan. Kegiatan diawali dengan pembangunan rumah kompos berukuran 4×6meter, dibagi dua bak untuk fermentasi. Bak pertama berukuran 1,5 x 2meter dan tinggi 2 meter, dan bak kedua berukuran 1,5 x 1,5meter dan tinggi 1,5 meter. Penyuluhan dan pelatihan dimulai dengan pre-test, dan rata-rata jawaban benar 33,3% dalam kategori rendah. Kegiatan pelatihan menggunakan alat pencacah, ember, sekop, cangkul, dan sekop, dan bahan baku yang digunakan kotoran hewan, dedak padi, sekam padi, limbah pertanian, gula pasir, EM4 dan air. Fermentasi pada bak pertama selama 14 hari dan pada bak kedua selama 8 hari. Kompos dikeluarkan dari bak kedua dan diangin-anginkan, selanjutnya diaplikasikan. Post-test dilakukan di akhir kegiatan dan hasilnya menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan sebesar 86,7% dengan kategori tinggi.Abstract: Community empowerment activities through the implementation of community service programs in the Assisted Village Program (PDB) in the Fongasama group in West Ondorea Village with the aim of improving the skills and soft skills of group members through activities of building compost houses, counseling and training in making compost fertilizer. The methods used consist of counseling, training and mentoring. The activity began with the construction of a 4×6meter compost house, divided into two tanks for fermentation. The first tub measures 1.5 x 2 meters and 2 meters high, and the second tub measures 1.5 x 1.5 meters and 1.5 meters high. Counseling and training began with a pre-test, and the average correct answer was 33.3% in the low category. Training activities use choppers, buckets, shovels, hoes and shovels, and the raw materials used are animal waste, rice bran, rice husks, agricultural waste, granulated sugar, EM4 and water. Fermentation in the first tank for 14 days and in the second tank for 8 days. The compost is removed from the second tub and aired, then applied. The post-test was carried out at the end of the activity and the results showed an increase in knowledge and skills of 86.7% in the high category.

Abstract

This study examines how self-belief and environmental support affect employee performance with knowledge sharing as a mediating variable. The research was conducted at BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Cilacap Branch by involving all 65 employees as samples through saturated sampling technique. Data analysis used the Partial Least Square (PLS) method with the help of SmartPLS software. The results showed several important findings: self-confidence and environmental support each have a significant effect on knowledge sharing. Both variables also have a significant effect on employee performance. In addition, knowledge sharing was shown to have a significant effect on employee performance. Interestingly, knowledge sharing acts as a mediator in the relationship between self-confidence and employee performance, as well as between environmental support and employee performance.
