Abstract

This research aims to test and analyze the influence of Leadership Style and Organizational Culture on Employee Performance through Loyalty as an Intervining Variable at Kantor Badan Kepegawaian Daerah Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan. Data collection used primary data with questionnaire techniques whose population was obtained from Civil Servants at the South Sulawesi Province Regional Civil Service Agency Office with a random sample system totaling 49 employees. The questionnaire results have been tested using SPSS Version 26 software with instrument testing, classical assumptions and path analysis. Based on the results of the analysis, this research proves that all hypotheses are accepted, namely the first hypothesis that the Leadership Style variable has a positive and significant effect on Loyalty. Second, the Organizational Culture variable has a positive and significant effect on Loyalty. Third, the Loyalty variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The four Leadership Style variables have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. Fifth, organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Sixth, leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through Loyalty as an intervining variable and Seventh, Organizational Culture has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance through Loyalty as an intervining variable. This can prove that in general all variables are acceptable. Matching the Leadership Style, Organizational Culture, Loyalty and Employee Performance variables of Civil Servants produces optimal performance and can achieve the desired goals at the South Sulawesi Province Regional Civil Service Agency office.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of training and mentoring on business development mediated by creativity in business actors guided by the inspirational young entrepreneur community of South Sulawesi, South Sulawesi. This type of research is descriptive research with a quantitative approach. The sample in this research were business actors assisted by the South Sulawesi Inspirational Young Entrepreneur Community, totaling 44 umkm. The data analysis method used is descriptive statistical analysis and path analysis. The research results show that training has an insignificant positive effect on business development. Mentoring has a significant positive effect on business development. Creativity has a significant positive effect on business development. Training has a significant positive effect on creativity. Mentoring has a significant positive effect on creativity. Creativity is able to mediate the relationship between training and business development. Creativity is able to mediate the relationship between training and business development.

Abstract

This research aims to test and analyze the factors that influence employee performance at Dinas Tenaga Kerja  dan Transmigrasi Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan Office. Data collection used primary data with questionnaire techniques whose population was obtained from Civil Servants at Dinas Tenaga Kerja  dan Transmigrasi Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan using a random sample system totaling 62 employees. The results of the questionnaire have been tested using SPSS Version 26 software with instrument testing, classic assumptions and multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the analysis results, this research proves that all hypotheses are accepted, and the significant variables are first, the Compensation variable has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. Second, the Work Spirit variable has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. Third, the Work Environment variable has a positive and significant influence on employee performance. Also, simultaneously each variable has a positive and significant influence on employee performance.This can prove that in general all variables can be accepted. Matching the Compensation, Work Morale and Work Environment variables of employees results in optimal performance and can achieve the desired goals at Dinas Tenaga Kerja  dan Transmigrasi Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan Office.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to analyze how transformational leadership, organizational commitment, and job satisfaction impact loyalty. It also looks at how transformational leadership and organizational commitment affect job satisfaction. Additionally, it examines the indirect impact of transformational leadership and organizational commitment on loyalty, with job satisfaction acting as a mediator. The study focuses on employees at CV. Amanda Brownies and utilizes questionnaires to collect primary data from a sample size that is saturated. The survey involves 100 participants. The validity and reliability of the questionnaire results were assessed through the PLS model and model evaluation. Various tests were conducted including determinant coefficient tests, model goodness of fit tests, and hypothesis tests, both directly and indirectly. The data processing was completed using SmartPLS version 3. The study's findings clearly indicate that transformational leadership, commitment to the organization, and job satisfaction all have a positive and impactful influence on loyalty. Additionally, the study suggests that transformational leadership specifically contributes to loyalty through job satisfaction, while organizational commitment has no direct impact on loyalty through job satisfaction.

Abstract

Desa Paccellekang merupakan salah satu desa yang terletak di Kecamatan Pattalassang Kabupaten Gowa Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan. Penduduk di desa ini mayoritas bekerja sebagai petani kebun, peternak, dan pelaku budidaya lobster air tawar. Terdapat beberapa sumber daya alam desa yang menarik untuk dikembangkan termasuk budidaya lobster air tawar yang limbahnya (cangkang) dapat dijumpai pada rumah-rumah pelaku budidaya dengan memprosesnya menjadi kerajinan tangan (souvenir) dalam bentuk hiasan dinding sehingga mereka memiliki nilai yang berharga dan menjadi peluang usaha baru bagi penduduk desa. Pelaksanaan kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini merupakan salah satu manifestasi pelayanan masyarakat yang dilakukan dengan melakukan pelatihan dan melibatkan instansi pemerintah terkait. Kegiatan ini dimulai dengan pengamatan, koordinasi dengan penduduk desa, pemilik budidaya lobster dan aparatur desa yang kemudian dilanjutkan dengan sosialisasi dan pelatihan yang berorientasi untuk memberikan pengetahuan serta teknik yang dibutuhkan dalam pembuatan hiasan dinding (souvenir) yang dimaksud. Pelaksanaan pelatihan dilakukan selama beberapa kali (5 kali) yang diikuti oleh pemuda dan ibu-ibu rumah tangga warga desa. Hasil yang diharapkan setelah hiasan dinding (souvenir) dibuat oleh warga desa maka diharapkan kepada warga untuk dapat digunakan sebagai hiasan dinding di rumah warga ataupun dijual sebagai souvenir yang dapat menambah atau meningkatkan perekonomian warga desa.
