Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi pemasaran yang dilakukan oleh Dealer Yamaha Yes Ende untuk membangun kekuatan, mengatasi kelemahan, memanfaatkan peluang dan menghadapai ancaman yang dihadapi dalam memasarkan Produknya. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian pendekatan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa, (1) Internal (Kekuatan dan Kelemahan) dengan nilai 2,40 (2) Eksternal (Peluang dan Ancaman) memiliki nilai 2,70. Strategi pemasaran yang efektif digunakan untuk peningkatan penjualan motor yamaha berada dikuadaran 1 yakni mendukung startegi agresif (SO) dengan melakukan beberapa strategi yakni: (1) Tetap mempertahankan kualitas produk yang dijual sehingga menarik minat konsumen, (2) Selalu menyediakan Sparepart yang bagus dan asli guna memuaskan pelanggan, (3) Mempertahankan citra perusahaan dimata masyarakat sehingga meningkatkan loyalitas pelanggan, (4) Menjaga minat konsumen terhadap produk dengan mengutamakan pelyanan prima

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas layanan, kemudahan penggunaan, kualitas keamanan terhadap kepuasan nasabah menggunakan aplikasi pegadaian syariah digital service (PDS). Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data penelitian dan kuesioner. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 45 responden. analisis yang digunakan yaitu uji instrumen, uji asumsi klasik, uji regresi linear berganda, uji hipotesis, uji t, uji f, dan koefisien determinasi. Metode regresi linear berganda di bantu dengan menggunakan program komputer software SPSS Statistik 21. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dan uji hipotesis menunjukan kualitas layanan, kemudahan penggunaan, kualitas keamanan, secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan nasabah pengguna aplikasi pegadaian syariah digital service

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan Untuk mengetahui strategi pemasaran yang baik untuk meningkatkan daya saing pada bakery suka roti. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian kausalitas dengan menggunakan pendekatan SWOT Analisys. Informan atau narasumber dalam penelitian ini adalah 10 orang. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa, (1) internal (kekuatan dan kelemahan) dengan nilai 2,65 (2) eksternal (peluang dan ancaman) memiliki nilai 2,70. Strategi yang di pilih Strategi yang harus diterapkan dalam kondisi ini adalah mendukung kebijakan pertumbuhan yang agresif (Growth Oriented Strategy), dengan penerapan GOS tersebut strategi pemasaran online Bakery suka roti dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan daya saing dan volume penjualan dapat memaksimalkan kekuatan yang dimiliki untuk merebut berbagai peluang yang ada sehingga dapat mengembangkan potensi yang dimiliki oleh Bakery suka roti secara maksimal.

Abstract

Local potential is the natural, cultural, and natural resources of a region.  Emburia Village, Ende Sub-District, Ende Regency is one of the villages that is the largest producer of candlenuts in Ende Regency, but this large candlenut potential has not been maximally utilized for the economic income of the community. The candlenuts produced are only sold to traders in Ende city. Therefore, this community service activity is deemed important to be carried out in Emburia village with the target participants being PKK (Family Welfare Empowerment) women. Community service activities go through several stages including the preparation stage, preparation and implementation stage until the finished product with the brand name MIKERIA (Emburia hazelnut oil). This activity is expected to provide understanding to participants in improving the creative economy through training and utilization of digital marketing in marketing products, namely hazelnut oil

Abstract

Consumer perception of Mbay rice and its marketing strategy in East Flores Regency is the subject of this study. This study involved one hundred respondents through questionnaires and interviews. A combination of quantitative and qualitative methods was used. The results of multiple linear regression analysis obtained product, promotion and location variables have a significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions (adjusted R2 = 0.528). SWOT analysis provides recommendations for new strategies. These include increasing digital marketing, improving product quality, increasing prices, building distribution networks, and creating a premium image. STP analysis presents demographic and geographic segments, focusing on middle and upper income women aged 18 to 50 years. The positioning of Mbay rice should prioritize product quality and competitive prices. It is hoped that by implementing this strategy, Mbay Rice will gain a larger market share and strengthen its position in the local market in East Flores Regency.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine: 1) The influence of work ability on increasing teacher competency at Muktyaca Ende Catholic Vocational School. 2) The influence of motivation on increasing teacher competency at Muktyaca Ende Catholic Vocational School. 3) The influence of work ability on increasing teacher competency at Muktyaca Ende Catholic Vocational School. This research is quantitative research, the sample in this research is all teachers who work at Muktyaca Ende Catholic Vocational School, totaling 43 people. Data collection techniques are carried out by means of observation, questionnaires and documentation. Results of statistical tests on the influence of the work environment (X1) on increasing teacher competency at Muktyaca Ende Catholic Vocational School (Y) of 5.487>1.684 and a significant value of 0.000 <0.05 has an effect on increasing teacher competency. Statistical test of the influence of work discipline (X2) towards increasing the competency of the Muktyaca Ende Catholic Vocational School (Y) of 6.829 > 1.699 and a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05 has an effect on increasing teacher competency. Statistical test of the influence of work ability (X3) towards increasing teacher competency at Muktyaca Ende Catholic Vocational School (Y) of -0.470 < 1.684 and a significant value of 0.642 > 0.05 was stated to have no effect on increasing teacher competency.

Abstract

The aim of this research (1). To analyze the influence of workload on work performance (2). To analyze the influence of workplace relations on work performance (3). To analyze whether job satisfaction has an effect on work performance (4). To analyze whether workload has an effect on job satisfaction (5). To analyze whether Workplace Relations has an effect on job satisfaction (6). To analyze whether Workload has an effect on work performance mediated by job satisfaction (7). To analyze whether Workplace Relations has an effect on work performance mediated by job satisfaction. This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey research design. The data used uses survey research. Data was collected through questionnaires distributed to teachers at Frateran Ndao Catholic High School. Data analysis was carried out using descriptive and inferential statistical methods, including path analysis to examine the mediating role of Job Satisfaction on the Relationship between Workload and Workplace Relationship on Catholic High School Teacher Work Performance. Ndao Brotherhood. The results of this research The first hypothesis tests the effect of Workload on work performance. The test results show that the T statistic for Workload on work performance is 2.541. From the test results it is stated that the t-statistic is significant because the value is greater than 1.96 (t table) with a p value of 0.011 <0.05 so that the first hypothesis in this study can be accepted. The second hypothesis tests the influence of Workplace Relationships on work performance. The test results show that the T statistic of Workplace Relationship on work performance is 2.353. From the test results it is stated that the t-statistic is significant because the value is greater than 1.96 (t table) with a p value of 0.019 <0.05 so that the second hypothesis in this study can be accepted.
