Abstract

Utilization of renewable energy is very important to support for development in everyMicro Small Medium Enterprises. MSMEs Tahu Marina is one of the tofu-makingbusiness in batam since 2006 which has entered market share like some hotels, hospitals and traditional markets. This study aims to apply biogas from tofu pulp as a substitute for firewood which became one of the problems in MSMEs Tahu Marina. Strategic planning using Strength, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats (SWOT) methods to determine biogas implementation strategy. The results of the research can be a reference of the strategy of MSMEs Tahu Marina. From the results strategic planning of SWOT application of biogas in MSMEs Tahu Marina is in quadrant 1 (SO) with coordinate SW = 1.00 and OT = 1.02. in quadrant I is a favorable position, the application of biogas to MSMEs Tahu Marina has the power that can be used to exploit the opportunities that exist. The strategy undertaken is to develop new product to minimize non-permanent costs (firewood), utilize the waste as biogas feedstock build enough installations to meet the needs of steam combustion.

Abstract

PT Surya Teknologi is company producing elektronic .intence competition forced the management to make a conpet plan to deal with it.this cause each company triying to produce a batter electronic to give satisfaction to the consumer. In this research the method of analysis used is Statistical Process Control, which is a statistical method used to measure the extent of quality control process performed on a company, where the results are compared with the standards applied by the company. The result of this research shows that product quality control at PT Surya Teknologi is still uncontrolled. With an average damage of 7.93%. The most common type of damage is Selentetd with a total of 1633 of total defective products in 2017. From fieldobservations and interviews, the factors causing this damage are human factors, machinery, environment, working methods and materials.

Abstract

Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) memiliki peran penting dalam mendukung perekonomian masyarakat pesisir, termasuk UMKM pengolahan hasil perikanan di kawasan Pulau Buluh, Kota Batam. Namun, salah satu permasalahan yang dihadapi mitra adalah belum adanya Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP) yang terdokumentasi dalam proses produksi, sehingga aktivitas usaha masih bergantung pada pengalaman dan kebiasaan kerja individu. Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan kapasitas pelaku UMKM dalam menyusun SOP sebagai pedoman kerja yang mendukung efektivitas operasional dan konsistensi kualitas produk. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan dilakukan melalui tahapan identifikasi kebutuhan mitra, penyampaian materi, diskusi, serta pendampingan penyusunan SOP sederhana berbasis alur proses (flowchart). Evaluasi kegiatan dilakukan menggunakan pre-test dan post-test yang didukung dengan observasi terhadap partisipasi peserta dan hasil penyusunan SOP sederhana. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman peserta mengenai fungsi SOP dalam pengelolaan usaha, identifikasi tahapan proses produksi, serta pentingnya dokumentasi aktivitas kerja. Peserta mampu menyusun rancangan SOP sederhana yang disesuaikan dengan kondisi usaha pengolahan kerupuk ikan. Kegiatan ini memberikan kontribusi terhadap peningkatan kapasitas manajemen mitra dalam membangun tata kelola UMKM yang lebih terstruktur dan profesional. Pendampingan lanjutan diperlukan agar penerapan SOP dapat berjalan secara konsisten dan menjadi bagian dari sistem kerja usaha.
