Abstract

Weather is one of the challenges that humans must experience in their activities. Like the MSMEs of sand crackers in Kediri Regency. This MSME uses sunlight as a means of drying products. What often becomes a problem is unpredictable weather conditions which reduce productivity and quality. Therefore, a real-time local weather observation system is needed to anticipate sudden weather changes. In this research, an IoT-based local weather condition measurement tool will be connected to a system built using the Django framework. This system and tools were tested for eight days. So it was concluded that the system was successfully built with data collection accuracy of 96.31%. Measurements are carried out every 5 minutes or a time frame of 5 minutes. In addition, this system supports observations in several places at once. This multiple node concept is used to detect local weather changes in the surrounding area. So it is not concentrated in the MSME area.

Abstract

This research addresses student misconduct at SMAN 1 Rejotangan through the implementation of the Naïve Bayes Method in a web-based decision support system. The evaluation demonstrates a high accuracy level in classifying student misconduct. Functional tests confirm the successful management of attendance data and student violations, with the system providing accurate information and receiving positive feedback from users. In the context of Handling IDs, the Naïve Bayes method categorizes students into mild and moderate violations, with Handling 1 to Handling 5 encompassing these categories. Handling 6 and Handling 7 did not appear in the classification results for the second semester of 2023.The conclusion indicates that the implementation of the Naïve Bayes Method has successfully made a positive contribution by providing accurate information and supporting decision-making for the school authorities. Research recommendations include optimizing the Naïve Bayes algorithm, developing system features, actively involving relevant stakeholders, user training, and periodic system maintenance. These steps are expected to enhance the quality and effectiveness of the system in addressing the dynamics of student misconduct in the school environment.

Abstract

This research discusses the design of a sales prediction and inventory procurement system using the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) method at O'Ayam Geprek Restaurant. The aim of this study is to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of inventory management, as well as to obtain optimal material restocking recommendations. The research is conducted through several stages, starting from needs analysis, system design, EOQ algorithm simulation, to application implementation. The EOQ method is chosen because it has been proven to provide accurate solutions in determining the optimal quantity of material orders. The research results indicate the successful implementation of the EOQ method at O'Ayam Geprek. The system can classify materials into two categories, namely Restock Yes and Restock No, based on predefined parameters. Evaluation of 21 materials during the October to November period shows that the system provides effective and efficient restocking recommendations. Alpha and beta functional testing also confirms the success of the implementation, with a user satisfaction level reaching 79.91%.

Abstract

Predicting the price of boiler chicken is important in the chicken farming industry. Business actors need to have accurate price estimates as a reference in planning production and sales. However, precise and accurate price predictions can be challenging because they are influenced by various factors such as market conditions, demand, supply, and other factors. Therefore, this research was conducted to develop a boiler chicken price prediction method that can optimize prediction results by utilizing time series data and existing conditions using the Decision Tree C.45 algorithm. The aim of this research is to optimize boiler chicken price predictions based on time series data and existing conditions using the Decision Tree C.45 algorithm. By processing time series data and analyzing existing conditions, it is hoped that a more accurate prediction model can be obtained and can provide better results in predicting the price of boiler chicken. Apart from that, by implementing the Decision Tree C.45 algorithm, this research also aims to test the effectiveness of this algorithm in predicting the price of boiler chicken. The result of this research is a system that can accurately predict the price of boiler chicken, so that it can be used as an important basis for making decisions regarding determining the price of boiler chicken and inventory management.
