Abstract

State Vocational School 1 Miri opened the department of multimedia with one of the productive subjects of multimedia learning competencies including Image Capturing Production, Graphic Design Printing, Audio Video, 2D and 3D Animation, PKK (Entrepreneurship Creative Products), and Computer Assembly. Productive subjects 2D and 3D animation is one of the applied subjects of theoretical practice that focuses on the application of tweening animation techniques. To produce a good animated film, learning theory and practice given in class is not enough, additional materials and tools are needed that are interestingly packaged and can be used as learning media for students to better understand how to make the right animation. Android-based learning media design aims to produce an application interface that is easy to use, comfortable, and easy for users to operate the learning media. The design of instructional media with the HCI approach helps the developer in achieving user friendly designs according to HCI factors in Mobile-based applications. Based on observations made in class XI MM 2 with a total of 36 students, all students already have an Android smartphone. Seeing this potential, learning media by utilizing smartphones is by making an Android-based learning media design.

Abstract

CV. Anyar Komputer is a company for repair services, sales and purchases of laptops and PC computers. Customer from CV. Anyar ordinary computer from individuals and offices / companies. Current business processes at CV Anyar Komputer in recording computer or other hardware repair activities are still recorded in the ledger and there is no written evidence for customers who repair their devices, so customers have to come again to the store to ask about the status of the development of the repaired devices . From the data obtained, there were more than 10 customers who came to repair the device at CV. Anyar Computer. Meanwhile, in the process of purchasing computers, it is still recorded in the ledger, the difficulty is when doing financial reports takes a long time because the process is done manually and does not use the help of machines in making financial reports. With technological developments that force people to work quickly, CV. Anyar Komputer must develop in the transaction process and documentation in its business processes. Analysis of e-commerce needs for web student computer sales was chosen because there are already many companies and computer shops that sell website-based goods. This website-based e-commerce is designed with 4 user access rights, namely administrators, technicians, leaders, and customers. The system development method used is a prototype where the stages used are only up to the design stage. This study does not discuss the return of goods to suppliers and consumers. Business process analysis using PIECES and Data Flow Diagrams. used for data flow modeling. The results of this study are 1 databases with 6 tables designed, interface design for 4 user access rights

Abstract

The credit balance deposit business is said to be still loved until now, the need for all-in-one online makes it inevitable that device users need to top up pulses, digital wallets, PLN or top up games. This makes transaction requests more and more causing many requests in the deposit process, with this problem the author wants to create a credit deposit information system. In this study, the method used by the researcher divides it into two, namely for the first method of data collection there are observations, interviews, literature studies, and documentation. The second is the system development method using the SDLC (Systems Development Life Cycle) method, there is a needs analysis using pieces analysis, where there are system workflows, use case diagrams, activity diagrams, Sequence diagrams and the last is testing using black box techniques and beta testing. The results of the recommendation system consist of three access rights, namely customer service, owner and member. The credit balance deposit information system can assist in the deposit process from transactions, data presentation and reporting. The results of the black box test show that all functions in the credit balance deposit information system can run as expected. The results of beta testing by filling out the questionnaire show the percentage value of the system suitability is 88.79%.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the usability of the child development website interface using the usability testing method. The evaluation was conducted by involving 20 participants consisting of parents and caregivers of children, who were asked to complete a series of tasks on the website. The assessment was carried out based on five main dimensions of usability: learnability, efficiency, memorability, errors, and satisfaction. The results showed that the website had good learnability, with the majority of participants being able to understand the interface on first use. User satisfaction was also high, with an average score of 4 out of 5. However, some problems were found in terms of efficiency, especially related to navigation which sometimes required too many steps. In addition, the level of user error increased on more complex tasks, such as using child development aids, which required clearer instructions. These findings provide recommendations for improving the usability of the website, including simplifying navigation, providing more comprehensive guidance, and improving feedback from the system. Implementation of these improvements is expected to increase the effectiveness of the website in helping parents monitor their child's development more efficiently.

Abstract

This study aims to design and optimize a MySQL database for an online batik mall system to support the digitalization of batik micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs). The research employed three stages: analysis, design, and implementation. The analysis phase identified actors (sellers, buyers, and administrators) and business process needs. The design stage focused on database structures and optimization strategies, including indexing, query optimization, caching, normalization, and denormalization. The implementation involved building the database, applying optimization techniques, and evaluating performance. The optimization of MySQL significantly improved query execution speed, reduced system response time, and enhanced resource efficiency. The system was able to manage transactions, product searches, and reporting more effectively, supporting both operational and strategic needs of the online batik mall. The MySQL-based online batik mall system provides an efficient solution for data management, thereby enhancing the competitiveness of batik MSMEs in the digital era.

Abstract

The rapid growth of online shopping, particularly in the fashion industry, has highlighted the need for intuitive and user-friendly application interfaces. This study focuses on designing a UI/UX-oriented online mall application for Batik Solo Laweyan, an Indonesian batik product renowned for its unique quality and motifs. Despite the increasing demand for such products, many online shopping applications still struggle to provide an optimal user experience, with issues such as difficult navigation, insufficient product information, and complex payment processes. The research utilizes the Design Thinking approach, which includes the stages of Empathize, Define, Ideate, Prototype, and Test. This method ensures that the design process remains user-centered, with a clear focus on understanding user needs and addressing the challenges they face. Through interviews, surveys, and direct observation, the study identifies key issues such as poor navigation and lack of detailed product information. The design solutions developed focus on creating an intuitive interface, improving product visualization, enhancing the search functionality, and streamlining the payment process. The final prototype is tested for user feedback, allowing for continuous improvement to achieve a seamless and enjoyable online shopping experience for Batik Solo Laweyan products.
