Abstract

Abstract Hospital are institution that deal with public health problem for both medical and non medical. Service in the medical field made by the medical team, whereas the non medical service performed by medical social worker to deal with social problem in patient. Focus this study in research about social service of medical social worker in hospital. The hospital also has a field of non medical service one of which is Dr. Hospital. Soetomo, where the ministry seeking holistic service in both the medical and non medical service.. Dr. Soetomo hospital have a one social worker at the medical paliatif & free Pain. Social workers will serve in and out of the hospital, like a visit in a home to the care of patients. A patient's medical workers from the social services such as a defect an amputation, paralyzed, and young people with the poor condition. Forms of administrative services, such as the motivation, a device to help you, the drugs, for the and education to propose problems.

Abstract

Abstract The government launched a program based Permenkes Jampersal No. 631/Menkes/per/III/2011 implemented in order to accelerate the achievement of national health development and the Millennium Development Goals (MDGs), which aim to maternal and child mortality can be reduced. In order to service Jampersal Program, the Jember Kidul Local Government Clinic seeks to provide maximum health services to the community especially on the poor without exception to be able to maintain and improve public health by pressing AKI and AKB. Jember Kidul Local Government Clinic is a Local Government Clinic in the district Kaliwates with the rating of visitors amounted to 30.987 visitors and visitors Jampersal most receivers are in the period, May 2011 to April 2012 as many as 815 visitors. Unlike the other Local Government Clinic average about 534 to 723 visitors Jampersal receiver (Dinkes Jember, 2011-2012). Services provided from the Jember Kidul Local Government Clinic implementing has led to skyrocketing impact patient visits, especially pregnant women.

Abstract

Wisata Batu Jubang merupakan salah satu destinasi wisata di Kabupaten Jember yang diwujudkan dengan optimalisasi sumber daya alam berupa kawasan perbukitan, lahan pertanian, dan perkebunan. Saat ini, masyarakat Desa Suco sulit mendapatkan lapangan pekerjaan sehingga mengakibatkan besarnya jumlah pengangguran di Desa Suco. Pendekatan penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif yang menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data observasi non-partisipasi, wawancara semi-terstruktur, dan studi dokumentasi. Analisis datanya dimulai dengan mengumpulkan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tujuan pengembangan Wisata Batu Jubang yaitu menciptakan lapangan kerja dan meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Pengembangan ini diawali dengan terjalinnya kerjasama antara LMDH Wana Sejati, Investor, dan Perhutani Kabupaten Jember. Kerjasama tersebut dirumuskan melalui musyawarah desa dan rembug warga sehingga mendapat dukungan dari masyarakat desa. Dukungan tersebut diwujudkan dengan tergabungnya masyarakat sebagai pengelola atau tenaga kerja wisata. Pengembangan wisata dilakukan secara bertahap hingga saat ini dengan mengelola hasil pendapatan guna membangun wahana wisata yang dapat menarik wisatawan sehingga mampu mendorong sektor lainnya untuk berkembang. Sektor lain yang berkembang yaitu sektor industri rumahan. Hadirnya wisatawan di Wisata Batu Jubang membuka peluang pasar bagi masyarakat sebagai penyedia barang maupun jasa yang dapat dimanfaatkan masyarakat untuk meningkatkan kesejahterannya. Abstract

The condition of people with disabilities in Banyuwangi Regency still often receives discrimination and negative stigma. The study in Kedungrejo Village, Muncar District, Banyuwangi Regency noted the efforts made by the Banyuwangi Regency Government in its implementation to develop community-based rehabilitation for people with disabilities through inclusion villages in improving the welfare of people with disabilities. This research method uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive type. Data collection included non-participant observation, semi-structured interviews, and documentation. The results of the research show that the implementation of the community-based social rehabilitation program for persons with disabilities through this inclusion village has seven stages, including technical guidance from the East Java Provincial Social Office to the PPKB Social Office of Banyuwangi Regency; socialization by KSM; registration for potential beneficiaries; preparation of activity plans; implementation of activities (assistance in skills training, marketing guidance, facilitation of market access, and procurement of wheelchair assistance); monitoring and evaluation; as well as termination.
