Abstract

The government is trying to eliminate complaints from the tender system that has been implemented so far, of course, to bring equality and accelerate budget absorption so that development can run smoothly and the welfare of the community is realized. To implement the principles of Good Governance and Clean Government, the government must be ready to implement the principles of accountability, resources, finance, technology, and innovation, and complete qualifications, efficiently and implement good and impartial actions and regulations, as well as ensure interaction economic and social relations between the government. The research method consists of literature study, determination of research object, data collection by using questionnaires and interviews, and data analysis. The object of this research is a small-scale contractor in Ende Regency, under the auspices of APAKSINDO (Association of Indonesian Construction Entrepreneurs) Ende branch. The method of data collection was done by questionnaire to the contractor. Data from the questionnaire was then analyzed including validity test and linear regression analysis and T-test analysis. The results of this study indicate the level of readiness of contractors in the Ende Regency, some state that they are ready for all the regulations given by the Ende Regency Construction Services and some state that they are not ready. The more dominant readiness factors include the readiness of resources, finance, technology and innovation, and qualifications that affect the level of contractor readiness.

Abstract

The conversion of land functions in the slope area which was previously a protected forest and then being cut to make roads will certainly affect the level of stability. High intensity rains will also affect the increase in surface runoff which will erode the surface of the slopes and erosion. To prevent this from happening, it is necessary to study the safety level of the slopes along the Lokoboko-Lokipere road due to changes in soil water content. Soil sampling is carried out by taking disturbed soil and undisturbed soil and testing soil properties, among others; soil consistency, analysis of specific gravity, cohesion, and shear angle with the addition of 25%, 50%, 75%, and 100% of the initial moisture content. The results of this test show that physically the soil samples on the Lokoboko-Lokipere road section of Ende Regency are classified in soil group A-2-5, namely in the form of gravel and sandy soils that are silt or loamy. Meanwhile, according to USCS, the soil can be classified as silty sand (SM). Mechanically. For slopes with a height of 10 m, it is not safe to add water to 100% of the initial condition (wi), SF=0.996. For a 20 m high slope, it is no longer safe from the initial conditions, SF=0.950. The failure plane for slopes with a height of 10 m is deeper than the failure plane for slopes with a height of 20 m.

Abstract

This research aims to use cow feces as a mixture for making bricks. cow feces is added at 0%, 25%, 50% and 75% of the total planned weight of the mixed material, the finished bricks are then tested for compressive strength and absorption capacity based on SII-0021-1978 standards andSNI 15-2094-2000. The research results showed that the compressive strength of bricks without and with the addition of cow feces met the SII-0021-1978 standard but did not meet the standardSNI 15-2094-2000. The absorption capacity of bricks with the addition of 0% and 50% cow feces does not meet SNI 15-2094-2000 standards, while the addition of 25% and 75% cow feces does.

Abstract

The Mbangga-Woloboa road section, Rindiwawo Village, Wolowaru District is included in the local road type with rigid pavement and a road width of 3 meters. Every year the condition of the Mbangga-Woloboa road section experiences damage, where several parts of the road have many holes and when it rains there are lots of puddles of water, which is very disturbing for road users. Even though the Ministry of Public Works, with the available funds, has repaired the existing damage by overlaying it repeatedly, it has not been able to solve the existing problem completely because the road condition has deteriorated again before it reaches its design life. Therefore, it needs to be redesigned by repairing the subgrade layer and replacing the road surface layer with new rigid pavement according to the load of vehicles passing through the road. So by using the AASHTO method, the traffic growth rate (i) of the planned road is 5.23% per year with collector road class. The effective Resilient Modulus (MR) value on the road section is 2770 psi with a CBR value of 1.87%, and DDT 2.70 kg/cm2. The thickness of the pavement layer is found to be D1 = 13 cm, D2 = 20 cm, and D3 = 41 cm.

Abstract

Evaluation of the reliability of the upper structure of the Ngada Regent's Office building in Mbay aims to determine the strength of the existing upper structure in accordance with SNI 1726: 2019 concerning Procedures for earthquake resistance planning for building and non-building structures, and SNI 2847: 2019 concerning Requirements for structural concrete for buildings and explanations. From the results of the analysis and evaluation of the cross-sectional strength of structural elements, it was found that there were 16 beams that were unsafe and needed to be strengthened, while the column and plate elements were quite strong and safe.

Abstract

Nuabosi is one of the villages in the Ende District area, where this village helps improve the economy of Ende District in terms of meeting economic needs, namely in the form of various agricultural and plantation products. However, even though Nuabosi Village is sufficient to meet the economic needs of Ende District, distance and inadequate infrastructure conditions are some of the factors that influence the level of accessibility in Ende District. This research aims to determine the value and level of accessibility in the villages of Ende District. The accessibility measuring parameter data used is travel time, road pavement conditions, supporting facilities, and travel rates or costs. Data analysis uses quantitative descriptive analysis and crosstab analysis methods, using the total accessibility calculation formula. The results of the analysis based on a review of accessibility parameters and crosstabs show that the highest accessibility value for each village is Ria Raja Village with a value of 2.18 and the lowest is Tina Bani Village with a value of 0.37. The average level of accessibility in Ende District as a whole is 0.83, indicating a high level of accessibility, where the existing road conditions can influence the improvement of the economy of the people in Ende District. Crosstab analysis also shows that most of the factors determining accessibility are related to the socio-economic conditions of the community.

Abstract

Jembatan Wolowona eksisting di Kabupaten Ende terbuat dari struktur rangka baja dan rentan terhadapkorosi dan kelelahan material di lingkungan tropis lembap. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang ulangstruktur atas jembatan dengan bentang 50 meter menggunakan konstruksi pelengkung beton bertulang tipetrue arch sebagai solusi yang lebih durabel dan efisien dari segi biaya siklus hidup. Metodologi perancangandidasarkan pada analisis struktur menggunakan metode elemen hingga dengan perangkat lunak SAP2000.Kriteria pembebanan dan desain mengacu secara ketat pada standar nasional Indonesia yang relevan, meliputiSNI 1725:2016 untuk pembebanan, SNI 2833:2016 untuk ketahanan gempa, dan SNI 2847:2019 untukperancangan penulangan beton. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa seluruh elemen struktur termasukpelengkung utama, sistem gelagar, dan pelat lantai memenuhi persyaratan kekuatan di bawah kombinasibeban rencana. Detail penulangan untuk setiap komponen telah ditentukan untuk memastikan kapasitas yangmemadai terhadap gaya-gaya dalam yang terjadi. Disimpulkan bahwa desain pelengkung beton bertulangmerupakan alternatif yang layak secara teknis, kuat, dan memenuhi standar. Struktur ini menawarkankeunggulan signifikan dalam hal durabilitas, ketahanan korosi, dan potensi biaya perawatan jangka panjangyang lebih rendah dibandingkan struktur rangka baja eksisting.
