Abstract

Specifically, this study is the concept of joint property ownership of husband and wife. The focus of this study is important because, in the Marriage and Islamic Law Compilations, The property obtained in marriage becomes the joint property.So that, when a divorce or death occurs, each person gets half a share, in the regulation, there is no question about who produced it. In the reality of life in society, many wives work to earn a living, so it was interesting to study the different proportions in the distribution of property, in the event of a divorce. The problem of this research was how the concept of the joint property rights of husband and wife. In answering these problems, this research was carried out using the Socio-Legal Research method, by looking at the reality on the ground, to interpret joint property in changing situations. The technique of collecting data was through literature study, while the data analysis was qualitative. The findings of the study indicated that the practice of sharing assets with judges tends to use normative construction. Each of them got half a share and this was seen as an injustice, both through regulation and reconstruction of thinking in the distribution of the shared assets. Abstract

The character of an individual is formed since he was small due to genetic influences and the surrounding environment. The process of character formation, whether consciously or not, will influence the way the individual views himself and his environment and will be reflected in his daily behavior. Along with the times, accompanied by the development of information technology, it has resulted in a shift in values and a lot of deviant behavior that occurs in children, so that parents and educational institutions and the community need to pay serious attention to building children's character education. This research is a descriptive study using a qualitative approach. A qualitative approach can be interpreted as an approach that produces data, writing, and observed behavior from people. It is found that Social care needs to be developed so that children do not have negative traits, such as arrogance, indifference, individualism, indifference to social problems, picky friends and the fading of the culture of mutual cooperation. Social care is an attitude and action that always wants to provide assistance to other people and communities in need.  Keywords: Social Interaction, Growing Social, Children.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is based on exploratory research to identify “Challenges in Quality of Education in HEIs of Pakistan”. The exploratory research approach is used to achieve the objectives of the study in less time and with inexpensive means. For the last few years, Pakistan is facing a lot of challenges in the education sector such as curriculum, few training institutions, corruption in education, teachers’ behavior, and less research work. Emerging Issues in the education sector are fewer training institutions and the trend toward research work which is essential to follow for the growth and strength of any economy. The purpose of our research is to identify the major challenges in the educational sector in Pakistan which the educational sector is suffering for the last few years. The researcher used triangulation to carry out the reliability and validity of the data for results. So, to conduct this triangulation the researcher used questionnaires for the students, questionnaires for the teachers, and interviews with the management. . In this regard primary data was collected from the focused group of students using a sample of 100 questionnaires for each university filled by the students of the selected five universities. The findings highlight the positive relationship of quality education with curriculum, few training institutions, corruption in education, teachers’ behavior, and less research work. These challenges caused restrictions in accomplishing competent teaching and learning with respect to quality education. According to the current situation in Pakistan, the same challenges are being faced. Keywords: Curriculum, Corruption, Teacher’s Behavior, Research Work.

Abstract

This research used qualitative research methods togather information using observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the study regarding the value of the initial description of children's language development in the developing category according to expectations (BSH) 16.7% and developing very well (BSB) listening to words 10%. The ability to pronounce 30% of children's language skills at Teuku Syam Aceh Besar Kindergarten with an average completeness score of 78.9% of children's learning outcomes and is in a very well-developed category. Keywords: Singing, Young Learners, and Language Skills
