Abstract

This research is motivated by the results of a preliminary study conducted in class III of the Incasi Raya Gunas 01 Pesisir Selatan Elementary School, that the process of writing narratives in Indonesian language learning has not been carried out optimally. This study aims to describe the improvement of narrative writing skills with picture and picture models in third grade elementary school students Incasi Raya Gunas 01 Pesisir Selatan. This study uses a qualitative and quantitative approach, with the type of Classroom Action Research. This research was conducted in two cycles, with the stages of planning, implementing, observing and reflecting. This research was conducted in the second semester of the 2020/2021 academic year at SD Incasi Raya Gunas 01 Pesisir Selatan. The research subjects were teachers and third grade students of SD Incasi Raya Gunas 01 Pesisir Selatan. Data collection techniques used are observation, test, documentation. While the research instruments are observation sheets, test sheets, photos. This study shows that the learning process of composing narratives using the Picture and Picture model can improve the learning process of students in learning Indonesian in class III SD Incasi Raya Gunas 01 Pesisir Selatan. This can be seen from: 1) The improvement of narrative essay writing skills with the Picture and Picture model at the pre-writing stage in the first cycle, the average percentage obtained is 75.9% with Good increasing in the second cycle 89.2% (an increase in 13,4%), very good criteria 2) The improvement in the writing stage was carried out by the researcher conveying the learning steps using the Picture and Picture model , in the first cycle, the average percentage obtained was 51.9 % with sufficient criteria (C) increased in the second cycle 91.7% (an increase of 35.4%) with very good criteria 3) The improvement in the post-writing stage in the first cycle, the average percentage obtained was 59.1% with the Enough (C) criteria, the increase in the second cycle was 91.7% (32.6% increase) with the Very Good criteria.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic that hit the world had an impact on the world of education where schools carried out the Teaching and Learning Process by online , one of which was the Adzkia Integrated Islamic school at the TK and SD levels. Since PBM is conducted online, the teachers only give assignments via group WhatsApp to students such as reading books, practice questions, etc. This makes learning monotonous and students get bored, so it is necessary to increase teacher qualifications in making interesting learning media such as instructional videos. Therefore, community service is carried out in the form of training in making interesting learning videos using smartphone. The training method is in the form of a demonstration of making a good learning video, direct practice methods with assistance in terms of making video and video editing using the kinemaster application, and assignment methods and competitions for making learning videos. This service aims to make Adzkia Integrated Islamic Kindergarten and SD teachers make interesting learning videos so that students are still excited about learning at home even though by online. The result of this service activity is that teachers can understand how to make learning videos and are skilled at using the kinemaster android application to edit videos to make them more interesting. In addition, since the training was held until now, teachers have applied the knowledge of making learning videos in PBM by online which are also shared on YouTube.

Abstract

There are still many parents who take their children to go to kindergarten institutions with the aim that their children can learn to read, write, count and be good at (reading) the Koran. Like what happened in Hauriyah Halum Integrated Kindergarten. Since the learning process is implemented, parents only fulfill all the needs of the children requested by the institution for the learning process including completing school administration. After that, the parents are only tasked with taking the child to school in the morning and picking up the child from school after the learning process, and sometimes asking how many stars the child's work got. Parents do not think at all about the child's behavior while at school, such as annoying friends, making noise during the learning process, hitting friends, and saying bad words to friends. This is often conveyed by the teacher every time the child comes home from school with the hope that the parents advise the child while at home. However, every day there is no visible change and even more protracted. For this reason, it is necessary to do counseling on the importance of parental involvement in kindergarten institutions in stimulating children's socio-emotional development from an early age. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out community service in the form of counseling. The extension method is in the form of lectures and questions and answers. This community service aims to ensure that teachers always involve parents in educating children, especially in stimulating children's social-emotional development from an early age. So that children can follow the learning process and behave well to teachers and friends while they are at school. As a result of this community service, it is hoped that all parents can train themselves or get used to behaving well in front of children at all times while at home as teachers have been accustomed to while the child is in school.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini ialah mendeskripsikan dan mengidentifikasikan problematika dosen dalam merancang dan menggunakan instrumen penilaian keterampilan umum mahasiswa berbasis standar nasional pendidikan tinggi (SN-DIKTI). Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian pengembangan, dengan empat tahap utama, yaitu : (1) Define (pendefinisian), (2) Design (perancangan), (3) Develop (pengembangan), (4) Disseminate (penyebaran). Namun, dalam artikel ini hanya membahas tahap pendefinisian saja, sebagai basis data untuk tahap berikutnya. Responden penelitian ini adalah dosen Program Studi PGSD dan Pendidikan Fisika STKIP Adzkia. Instrumen penelitian berupa angket dan lembar wawancara. Teknik analisis data menggunakan trianggulasi data. Hasil penelitian menujukkan realitas objektif penilaian keterampilan umum mahasiswa di STKIP Adzkia masih belum optimal dilakukan oleh dosen. Problematika dosen dalam merancang dan menerapkan instrumen penilaian keterampilan umum mahasiswa pada tahap perencanaan, (1) Dosen masih belum mampu menjabarkan rumusan CPL-KU dalam SN-DIKTI menjadi instrumen penilaian dengan indikator yang rinci. (2) Dosen belum optimal memahami kurikulum pendidikan tinggi; (3) Masih minimnya dosen mengikuti seminar, workshop dan pelatihan mengenai penilaian berbasis SN-DIKTI; (4) Belum adanya contoh konkrit instrumen penilaian keterampilan umum mahasiswa berbasis SN-DIKTI yang sudah valid dan praktis; Selanjutnya pada tahap pelaksanaan ialah (1) Keterbatasan waktu serta terkendala karena ada wabah covid 19;(2) Belum diberitahu secara transparan kepada mahasiswa;(3) Mahasiswa lebih dari 30 orang dalam satu kelas; (4) Belum mampu sepenuhnya menilai sesuai prinsip edukatif, otentik, objektif dan akuntabel. Terakhir pada tahap pelaporan yaitu (1) Dosen kesulitan mengolah data dan menginputkan penilaian mahasiswa;(2) Penilaian yang dilakukan dosen belum berdampak memotivasi mahasiswa untuk memperbaiki cara belajarnya; (3) Dosen belum sepenuhnya objektif dalam menilai.

Abstract

Abstract Positive Professional attitude of teacher can make them perform various teachers activities vigorously, otherwise negative professional attitude of teachers tend to reduce their performance. Professional teachers have the competencies required to perform the educational and teaching task appropriately and effectively. Teachers have four basic competencies, pedagogical competence, professional competence, social competence and personal competence. The purpose of this study was to describe the teachers competency of SDIT Adzkia. This type of research is descriptive analysis, a research method that is intended to describe the phenomenon. The population used in this research is all elementary school teachers in SDIT Adzkia Padang, while the sample used is five teachers in SD IT Adzkia Padang. The sampling technique used is random sampling. Based on the results, from the four competency standards that were being observed and the results of questionnaires, the competence of IT Adzkia primary school teachers generally good. Abstract

Fenomena yang terjadi saat ini salah satunya adalah terbatasnya kemampuan Guru PAUD dalam mendesain interior ruang kelas PAUD dan kurangnya Alat Permainan Edukatif (APE) dalam ruangan. Hal ini menyebabkan anak akan menciptakan suasana yang menyenangkan bagi dirinya sendiri dengan memperlihatkan perilaku-perilaku emosional yang tidak punya rasa empati kepada guru yang sedang mengajar serta teman yang sedang mengikuti pembelajaran. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan pengetahuan dan keterampilan guru dalam mendesain ruangan. Salah satu metode yang bisa digunakan untuk membantu mengefektifkan dalam mendesain interior adalah dengan menggunakan metode Kaizen yang diartikan sebagai perbaikan terus menerus. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat berupa pelatihan keterampilan dengan metode ceramah dan praktek langsung. Desain interior pada setiap ruangan kelas PAUD diberikan untuk elemen loteng, dinding dan lantai yang berbasis nilai-nilai karakter. Suasana pembelajaran terutama untuk anak usia dini akan menjadi aman, nyaman dan menyenangkan sehingga permasalahan emosi yang sering ditemui pada anak akan bisa teratasi.

Abstract

Latar belakang penelitian ini berawal dari jarangnya guru menggunakan media dalam bentuk permainan sebagai alat bantu pembelajaran, apalagi media berbentuk permainan ular tangga pada proses pembelajaran. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan dalam rangka pengembangan media pembelajaran tematik terpadu menggunakan media ularĀ  tangga untuk anak usia 5-6 tahun. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Research and Development ( R D) menggunakan teori Sugiyono (20013). Satu tahap terakhir yang tidak penulis lakukan yaitu tahap penyebaran (dessemination) dikarenakan pandemi COVID-19 yang masih mewabah ketika penelitian dilakukan. Berdasarkan validasi yang telah dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan media ular tangga sudah valid dan dapat digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran. Aktivitas bermain ular tangga dapat membantu anak dalam meningkatkan keterampilan berbicara karena dilaksanakan dalam bentuk bermain

Abstract

Form a complete Indonesian man depicted in the description of the National Education Goals faithful, pious, virtuous, intelligent, skilled and healthy. Description of the National Education Goals can essentially be used as a parameter nationally desired generation born from the process of education in Indonesia. The 21st century is marked by the challenges of globalization in almost all sectors of life both in economics, culture, education, technology. Facing the challenges of the 21st century, we need a reliable human resources capable of critical thinking, moral good, skilled and intelligent collaboration. Indonesian Golden Generation is the generation of reliable and is expected to appear on the 100th anniversary of Indonesia's independence (2045) future. Desired Golden Generation is the generation that is able to compete internationally but mastering excellence Indonesia's natural resources in an attempt to survive the threat of globalization of the world. Therefore, it is necessary to develop parameters golden generation of local excellence in the development of education in Indonesia.
