Abstract

Every individual has the potential to achieve flourish, including mompreneurs in order to achieve a good life by optimizing their drastic potential. Based on this, it aims to determine the flourshing women preneuer and the aspects forming the flourishing women preneuer in the Special Region of Yogyakarta.Qualitative method with a phenomenological approach, interview data collection techniques were carried out on 6 womenpreneuer subjects. Triangulation was carried out by interviewing the subject's closest person. The sampling technique used purposive sampling. The results show that the six subjects have flourished by showing the five aspects of PERMA, namely positive emotion, engagement, positive relationship, meaning of life, accomplishment in their life.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between conformity and aggressiveness. The research subjects used in this research are high school students in one of the schools in Cirebon, totaling 151 people. This study uses quantitative methods. The data collection technique consist of a conformity questionnaire to see the conformity the subject and an aggressiveness scale to measure the level of individual aggressiveness. The data analysis used is Pearson Product Moment Correlation. The results of data analysis showed a correlation coefficient of 0.347 with a significance of 0.000 (p <0.05) and showed that there was a very significant positive relationship between conformity and aggressiveness. The results of this study indicate that the contribution given by conformity to aggressiveness is 34.7% percent, this indicates a very significant relationship between the conformity variable and adolescent aggressiveness

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat hubungan antara efikasi diri dan dukungan sosial dengan motivasi berprestasi siswa dalam pembelajaran daring dampak pandemi covid-19. Responden pada penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas IX SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Gombong. Dengan menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel cluster random sampling. Pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan 3 alat ukur yaitu alat ukur motivasi berprestasi, efikasi diri dan dukungan sosial. Analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil analisis pada penelitian ini adalah R sebesar 0,770 dengan taraf signifikasi (p<0,01) artinya terdapat hubungan positif yang sangat signifikan antara efikasi diri dan dukungan sosial dengan motivasi berprestasi. Berdasarkan uji hipotesis, kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah ada hubungan yang signifikan antara efikasi diri dan dukungan sosial dengan motivasi berprestasi.

Abstract

This study aims to determine in-depth the factors that cause aggressiveness in early childhood at “X Islamic Preschool Yogyakarta. Subjects in this study amounted to 3 early childhood (AUD) who studied at “X” Islamic Preschool. Two are male and one is female. The three children did not have a history of attention deficit and hyperactive disorder (ADHD). Significant persons in this study are parents (father and mother), teachers, and also household assistants (especially for subjects who have it). The method used in this research is qualitative with a collective case study approach. Data collection techniques by interview, observation, and documentation. The data obtained were analyzed using a content analysis approach. The result revealed the factors causing aggressiveness are untrained emotional skills. In addition, there are also new findings in this study, namely: unfulfilled desires and parenting tend to be permissive. The new findings in this study can complement studies related to aggressive behavior, especially in early childhood.

Abstract

Student worksheets/Lembar Kerja Peserta Didik (LKPD) that promote local wisdom are still rarely found in elementary schools. Therefore, it is necessary to develop LKPD that supports the delivery of materials for the local wisdom preservation. This research aims to develop the LKPD based on local wisdom of natural disaster material for 1st grade elementary school students. The type of this research is Research and Development (RnD). The development procedure adopts the ADDIE model. The subject was the 1st Grade students at Unggulan Aisyiyah Elementary School in Bantul. However, due to the coronavirus pandemic, the research was only conducted until the validation test stage by expert lecturers. The data retrieval techniques were observations and interviews. The data was analyzed using qualitative and quantitative analysis. The criteria for the successful creation of LKPD can be seen from the assessment of validation experts. The results of the assessment by media experts are 77 "Very Worthy", by material experts are 80 "Very Worthy", by linguists is 82.5 "Very Worthy", and by teaching experts is 89.5 "Very Worthy". Thus, the average score is 82.25 "Very Decent", which if converted in qualitative data falls into the category "Very Decent". Thus, LKPD based on local wisdom of natural disaster materials for 1st grade students of elementary school is eligible to be used as a support for teaching materials.

Abstract

Abstract: Prokastinasi merupakan perilaku menunda kegiatan, sehingga prokastinasi tidak patut untuk dilakukan pada santri, karena akan menghambat ketidaklancaran tugas yang dilakukan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubuungan efikasi diri terhadap prokrastinasi pada santri tahfidz qur’an. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif. Alat pengumpulan data menggunakan skala efikasi diri dan skala prokrastinasi. Subjek dalam penelitian ini merupakan santri Pondok Pesantren Tahfidz Qur’an Ma’had Al Mubarok Litahfidzil Qur’an Al Karim Jambi dengan populasi berjumlah 382 santri, dan sampel sebanyak 67 subjek santri. Analisis data menggunakan korelasi product moment. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa koefisien antara efikasi diri dengan prokrastinasi adalah 0,256 dengan tingkat signifikansi 0,018 (p<0,05) dan menunjukan terdapat hubungn negatif yang signifikan antara Efikasi Diri dengan Prokrastinasi.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of permissive parenting style and peer pressure on disruptive behavior of students at Muhammadiyah 2 Yogyakarta junior high school The research method used is a quantitative-correlational method with a prediction design. The population of this research is 498 students who were registered as 7th and 8th graders in the 2021/2022 academic year. The research subjects consist of 74 students, selected using purposive sampling technique, with the criteria that they perceive their parents as permissive and have been identified to have a tendency towards disruptive behavior. The measuring instruments used consist of the disruptive behavior scale, the permissive parenting style scale, and the peer pressure scale. The analysis technique used is multiple regression. The findings of this study indicate that there is a significant simultaneous effect of permissive parenting style and peer pressure on disruptive behavior. The effective contribution produced is 42%. Permissive parenting style partially does not have an influence on disruptive behavior, while peer pressure significantly affects the occurrence of disruptive behavior. The school is recommended to increase its awareness of peer pressure that triggers disruptive behavior in students. Parents are expected to adjust their parenting style to minimize the growth of disruptive behavior in children.

Abstract

Counselors use the reality counselling model to help counselees overcome their problems, including the problem of self-regulated learning. As professionals, it is necessary for them to identify the elements that can improve the success rate of this model. One of the elements is creative art, and its use in integration with the aforementioned model will form what is termed creative reality counseling model. The aim of this article was to identify the acceptability and effectiveness of the creative reality counseling model to improve self-regulated learning. Borg and Gall’s research and development design was a preferred design for this research, with the involvement of a total of five stages, namely: i) Problem identification;ii) Planning; iii) Product hypothesis drafting; iv) Expert and practitioner judgments; and v) Effectiveness testing. The acceptability of the product was analyzed using the interrater reliability Cohen’s kappa, while the effectiveness was identified using the Wilcoxon signed-rank test. The research results showed that the creative reality counseling model was acceptable and effective at improving students’ self-regulated learning. These results may offer alternative counseling good practices for counselors to develop students’ self-regulated learning.

Abstract

The purpose of this activity is to provide assistance and training for students in SMP Muhammadiyah 2 Kalasan in Special Region of Yogyakarta to have a commitment not to show one of the aggression behaviors in Yogyakarta which is often called klitih. One form of this behavior is that teenagers injure another teenager intentionally and without reason (done randomly to the victim) by injuring the victim with various tools when the victim is riding a motorcycle. The method used in this activity was training and mentoring for students of SMP Muhammadiyah 2 Kalasan. The product of this activity is the emergence of a community in a school that is engaged in providing counseling and support for friends who are having problems and who are at risk of being involved in making a klitih behavior.
