Abstract

Memotivasi pegawai layanan public seperti para pegawai Puskesmas, lebih-lebih pada era pandemic ini, menjadi hal yang sangat krusial bagi setiap unit Puskesmas. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan mengukur korelasi pengaruh servant leadership terhadap motivasi pelayanan public, baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung melalui mediasi basic need satisfaction. Data dikumpulkan dari 73 pegawai Puskesmas, termasuk para dokter di dalamnya, yang bekerja pada Puskesmas di Kabupaten Tangerang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dan survei konfirmasi dengan bantuan software SmartPLS 3.0. Studi ini menunjukkan bahwa praktik servant leadership memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi pelayanan public pegawai Puskesmas, baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung melalui mediasi basic need satisfaction

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh kepemimpinan terhadap turnover intention dan untuk mengetahui pengaruh mediasi stres kerja pada populasi karyawan pada industri garmen di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode simple random sampling terhadap 142 sampel karyawan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap stres kerja dan niat berpindah karyawan. Sedangkan stres kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa hubungan antara kepemimpinan transformasional dan turnover intention secara signifikan dimediasi secara parsial oleh stres kerja, artinya kepemimpinan transformasional mengurangi stres kerja dan mengurangi turnover intention. Penelitian ini dapat membuka jalan untuk meningkatkan kesiapan pegawai dalam menghadapi era Revolusi Industri 4.0.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menyelidiki praktik dan efek knowledge-oriented keadership terhadap terhadap kinerja inovasi di industry manufaktur, dengan mediasi kapabilitas manajemen pengetahuan. Pendekatan Partial Least Square (PLS) digunakan untuk menganalisis data yang diperoleh dari 170 karyawan salah satu perusahaan manufaktur di Tangerang Indonesia. Hasil yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa knowledge-oriented leadership memberi pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kapabilitas manajemen pengetahuan, tetapi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja inovasi organisasi. Walaupun demikian, knowledge-oriented leadership berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja inovasi organisasi melalui kapabilitas manajemen pengetahuan. Jadi kapabilitas manajemen pengetahuan berfungsi sebagai variabel mediator penuh. Dari perspektif teoritis, hasil penelitian ini memberikan bukti empiris tentang peran positif kapabilitas manajemen pengetahuan sebagai faktor yang berpengaruh untuk meningkatkan kinerja inovasi perusahaan manufaktur. Sedangkan, dari perspektif manajerial, hasil penelitian ini memberikan gambaran pengambil keputusan di perusahaan manufaktur dengan pemahaman yang lebih baik tentang bagaimana meningkatkan kapabilitas manajemen pengetahuan dan menerapkan gaya kepemimpinan yang sesuai di era pengetahuan saat ini

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the influence of the marketing mix elements which include product, price, place, promotion, people, process, and physical evidence on students' decisions to choose one of the private university campuses in Tangerang. This research uses primary data through a survey of 245 active students at the university concerned with the even semester of the 2022/2023 academic year. The collected data were processed and analyzed using SmartPLS software. The results of this study indicate that the seven factors of the marketing mix (marketing mix) have a positive and significant effect on the student's decision to choose to study at their current campus. An in-depth analysis of the managerial and social implications of the results of this study is discussed further in the body of this article.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine and analyze the effect of marketing mix elements which include product, price, place, promotion, people, process, and physical evidence on parents' decisions in choosing a school for their children. This study uses primary data through a survey of 175 parents of active students who live in Tangerang. The collected data were processed and analyzed using SmartPLS software. The results of this study indicate that the six factors of the marketing mix have a positive and significant effect on the decision of parents to choose a school for their children, except for process factors that do not influence parents' decisions in choosing a school for their children An in-depth analysis of the managerial implications for school management and the social implications for society of the results of this study are discussed further in the discussion of this article.

Abstract

Motivating public service employees such as Puskesmas employees, especially in this pandemic era, is very crucial for every Puskesmas unit. Therefore, this study aims to measure the correlation of the effect of servant leadership on public service motivation, both directly and indirectly through the mediation of basic need satisfaction.  Data were collected from 73 health center employees, including doctors, who work at health centers in Tangerang Regency. The research method used was quantitative method and confirmatory survey with the help of SmartPLS 3.0 software. This study shows that servant leadership practices have a positive and significant influence on public service motivation of Puskesmas employees, both directly and indirectly through the mediation of basic need satisfaction.
