Abstract

This study aims to explore the role of collaboration between artificial intelligence (AI) platforms and Digital Innovation Hubs (DIHs) in enhancing the digital transformation of SMEs. Digital transformation is key to ensuring the sustainability and competitiveness of SMEs in the digital age, yet many face challenges in adopting advanced technologies. Collaboration between AI and DIHs can offer solutions to overcome these barriers. AI platforms provide automation and data analytics capabilities, while DIHs offer technical support, training, and innovation facilities to assist SMEs in implementing technology. This study uses a qualitative literature review methodology to identify and analyze previous research related to this topic. The findings suggest that this collaboration can enhance productivity, operational efficiency, and market access for SMEs. However, challenges such as resource limitations, resistance to change, and digital readiness of SMEs are critical factors to consider in its implementation. This research provides valuable insights for policymakers, academics, and practitioners in designing strategies to accelerate the digital transformation of SMEs through collaboration between AI and DIHs.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji peran penting teknologi keuangan (fintech) dalam pembangunan dan pertumbuhan ekonomi Indonesia. Perkembangan teknologi digital di Indonesia menunjukkan kemajuan signifikan dengan jumlah pengguna internet mencapai 210 juta pada tahun 2022. Studi ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan metode studi literatur komprehensif, menganalisis dokumen dan publikasi dari lembaga pemerintah serta riset terkemuka. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sektor fintech telah berkontribusi signifikan terhadap ekonomi digital Indonesia dengan nilai transaksi mencapai USD77 miliar pada 2022 dan proyeksi pertumbuhan hingga USD130 miliar pada 2025. Kehadiran lebih dari 2.300 startup, termasuk satu decacorn dan beberapa unicorn, menunjukkan potensi besar industri ini. Meski demikian, masih terdapat tantangan seperti kesenjangan akses digital antara wilayah perkotaan dan pedesaan, dengan 12.548 desa belum terjangkau internet. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa pengembangan fintech memerlukan kerangka regulasi komprehensif dan kolaborasi antar pemangku kepentingan untuk mendukung inklusi keuangan dan pertumbuhan ekonomi berkelanjutan di Indonesia.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi pemasaran digital yang efektif dalam meningkatkan keterlibatan pelanggan di era digital. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan metode studi kasus, penelitian ini mengeksplorasi perubahan perilaku konsumen akibat transformasi digital serta bagaimana perusahaan dapat mengoptimalkan setiap tahap dalam customer journey. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemanfaatan teknologi seperti kecerdasan buatan dan analitik data sangat penting untuk menciptakan pengalaman pelanggan yang personal dan relevan. Selain itu, integrasi berbagai saluran pemasaran digital menjadi kunci untuk membangun hubungan yang lebih mendalam antara brand dan konsumen, serta meningkatkan loyalitas pelanggan. Penelitian ini memberikan rekomendasi strategis bagi pelaku bisnis untuk merancang kampanye pemasaran yang lebih efektif dan berorientasi pada kebutuhan konsumen.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of internal governance structures in enhancing intellectual capital efficiency in Islamic banking using the stakeholder theory approach. The method employed is a qualitative literature review by analyzing eight previous studies related to internal governance and intellectual capital. The results indicate that an effective internal governance structure, including the role of the Sharia Supervisory Board, accountability, transparency, and inclusive management, significantly enhances human capital, structural capital, and relational capital. Strong governance enables Islamic banking to improve competitiveness, operational efficiency, and sustainability. Additionally, investments in employee training, technology-driven Sharia innovations, and stakeholder relationship management are critical factors in optimizing intellectual capital. However, the limitations of this study include reliance on secondary data, a focus on specific regions, and a lack of quantitative analysis. This study contributes theoretically by emphasizing the importance of stakeholder-based governance in driving intellectual capital efficiency in Islamic banking.

Abstract

This qualitative literature review investigates the role of managerial ties, external ecosystems, and the resource-based perspective in fostering business model innovation (BMI) in small ventures. By examining a range of studies, the review highlights how small businesses leverage managerial ties to access critical resources, knowledge, and networks that enable innovation. Additionally, the review explores the importance of engaging with external ecosystems, such as suppliers, customers, and research institutions, in enhancing the business model innovation process. Drawing on the resource-based view (RBV), the study emphasizes the significance of both tangible and intangible resources for successful innovation. The findings suggest that small ventures with strong managerial ties and dynamic capabilities are more likely to navigate the complexities of BMI. This review contributes to a deeper understanding of the factors that influence business model innovation in small ventures, offering valuable insights for both researchers and practitioners.

Abstract

This qualitative literature review explores the perspectives of borrowers in small businesses regarding peer-to-peer (P2P) lending and financial literacy. It examines the growing importance of P2P lending as an alternative financing option for small businesses, especially in contexts with limited access to traditional financial institutions. The review highlights that while P2P lending offers flexibility and accessibility, borrowers' financial literacy remains a critical factor in ensuring successful engagement with these platforms. Limited financial knowledge can lead to poor decision-making and repayment challenges. This study underscores the need for financial education to bridge the gap, improve borrowers' decision-making processes, and enhance the overall effectiveness of P2P lending in supporting small business growth. The findings contribute to a deeper understanding of how financial literacy impacts borrowers' experiences with alternative financing models.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the application of a new methodology in investment decision-making, specifically using the regression tree approach on stock market indices. This approach is expected to enhance prediction accuracy and assist investors in making more informed investment decisions, especially in volatile and uncertain markets. Based on the literature review, regression trees offer advantages in identifying non-linear relationships between market variables that are often undetected by traditional models such as the Capital Asset Pricing Model (CAPM). Despite its advantages, the application of regression trees also faces challenges, such as overfitting issues and the need for large and complex data. This study concludes that regression trees can improve investment decision-making, but careful attention is required regarding model tuning and data quality.

Abstract

This study examines the impact of financial literacy on the business sustainability of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia. MSMEs play a strategic role in the national economy but face challenges such as limited access to financing and suboptimal financial management. Financial literacy is key in helping MSMEs manage cash flow, access formal financial services, and make sound investment decisions. This research employs a literature review method to evaluate the relationship between financial literacy and MSME business sustainability. The findings reveal that financial literacy influences financial decision-making, enhances access to financing, and reduces financial risks. Additionally, aspects such as budget planning, debt management, and the use of financial technology significantly affect MSME sustainability. This study provides strategic recommendations, including implementing integrated financial literacy education programs utilizing digital technology and collaborating with financial institutions to support sustainable MSME growth.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programs in enhancing corporate image in the financial sector and to identify key factors influencing their success. CSR has become a crucial strategy for companies to build positive relationships with society and establish a strong reputation. Through a literature review approach, this research evaluates how well-structured and integrated CSR implementation with business strategies can strengthen corporate image. The findings indicate that the success of CSR depends on its integration with core business operations, active stakeholder engagement, transparency, and accountability in reporting. Additionally, CSR programs tailored to local community needs can create significant social impact while supporting the company’s business sustainability. This study provides strategic recommendations for improving CSR implementation effectiveness, including the importance of collaboration with local communities and transparent reporting practices. Consequently, CSR contributes to corporate reputation and creates long-term value for society and other stakeholders.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meninjau tantangan yang dihadapi dalam hubungan risiko-dan-keuntungan dalam portofolio multifaktor, dengan fokus pada implikasi manajemen volatilitas pasar. Melalui tinjauan literatur, penelitian ini mengidentifikasi berbagai faktor yang mempengaruhi volatilitas dan bagaimana pengelolaan volatilitas dapat meningkatkan kinerja portofolio. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa meskipun portofolio multifaktor memberikan keuntungan dalam diversifikasi dan pengelolaan risiko, volatilitas pasar tetap menjadi tantangan utama dalam mencapai keseimbangan antara risiko dan keuntungan. Penelitian ini juga mengungkapkan bahwa strategi volatilitas aktif lebih unggul dibandingkan strategi pasif, tetapi memerlukan pemahaman mendalam tentang dinamika pasar. Implikasi penelitian ini memberikan wawasan bagi manajer portofolio dalam merancang strategi investasi yang lebih adaptif terhadap volatilitas pasar yang tinggi.
