Abstract

ABSTRACT This research was conducted at Sampang District Polres, the number of study samples was 36 personnel. The purpose of this study is 1) Describing transformational leadership and transactional leadership partially and significantly influences the performance Police personnel, 2) To find out and prove whether transformational leadership and transactional leadership have simultaneous and significant influence on the performance Police personnel, 3) To find out and prove whether transformational leadership and transactional leadership have a partial and significant effect on the performance Police personnel. Analysis of data using SPSS. The results of the study show that: 1) Simultaneously, transformational leadership and transactional leadership have a very significant influence on the performance Police personnel, 2) Partially, transformational leadership and transactional leadership have a significant influence on the performance Police personnel. Abstract

ABSTRACT This research was conducted in Joint Office Samsat Pamekasan with the number of research samples as many as 34 employees. The purpose of this study is 1) To describe the motivation of leadership, work discipline, internal control on the performance of employees, 2) To test and analyze the motivation of leadership partially significant effect on the performance of employees, 3) To test and analyze the work discipline partially significant effect on the performance of employees. The results showed that the motivation of leadership, work discipline, and internal control simultaneously have a significant influence and have a very significant effect on improving employee performance. Leaders motivation, work discipline, and internal control individually / partially have a significant and significant influence in improving employee performance. So it can be concluded that each independent variable in this study both have an effect on the performance of employees. Abstract

The population in this study is all employees in the General Section of the Regional Secretariat of Pamekasan Regency with a total sample of 64 people. The purpose of this study is 1) To describe about the motivation, organizational citizenship behavior, commitment and performance of employees, 2) To test and analyze whether the motivation, organizational citizenship behavior and commitment affect simultaneously on employee performance, 3) To test and analyze the motivation to influence the work performance of employees, 4) To test and analyze the effect of OCB partially on employee performance, 5) To test and analyze the effect of commitment partially on employee performance. The results showed that simultaneously, motivation, OCB and commitment had significant effect on employee performance. Partially, motivation, OCB and commitment have a significant effect on employee performance. OCB variables have a dominant influence on employee performance in the general section of the district secretariat pamekasan. Keywords: motivation, OCB, commitment, job performance

Abstract

ABSTRACT This research was conducted in Pamekasan Regional Secretariat with total sample of 64 respondents. The purpose of this study is: 1) To know the Style of Leadership, Work Discipline and Work Commitment simultaneously have an effect on Employee Work Achievement, 2) To know the style of Leadership, Work Discipline and Work Commitment partially have an effect on Employee Work Achievement, 3) To know the Style of Leadership, Work Discipline and Work Commitment which has a dominant influence Employee Work Achievement. The results showed: 1) simultaneously Leadership Style, Work Discipline and Work Commitment have a very significant influence on the performance of members, 2) Partially, Leadership Style, Work Discipline and Work Commitment have a significant influence on Employee Work Achievement in General Section of Regional Secretariat of Regency of Pamekasan, 3) job commitment variables have a dominant influence in affecting Employee Work Achievement In General Section Pamekasan Regional Secretariat. Abstract

A tourism village is a form of integration between attractions, accommodation and supporting facilities that are presented in a structure of community life that is integrated with the prevailing procedures and traditions. Pujon Kidul is one of the villages that has successfully implemented a tourism village development program with the destination of Cafe Sawah. This research aims to examine and analyze the effect of the village budget and the development economy of Malang Regency on village income. The number of samples in this research were 70 people who were taken from visitors and business actors in the tourist destination area of ​​Cafe Sawah Pujon Kidul, using non-probability sampling techniques, with accidental sampling method. Collecting data using primary data sources through distributing questionnaires. Data analysis was carried out using statistics with the SPSS version 21 application. The research method used was a quantitative approach. Based on the hypothesis test of village funds and economic development, partially and simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on village income. So it can be concluded that the results of this research show that village funds and economic development that are managed and supervised by the village government and the Pujon Kidul community are proven to increase the income of Pujon Kidul village.

Abstract

This research was conducted in the village of Lenteng District, Sumenep Regency, with a total sample of 60 people. The objectives of this study were: 1) To determine and describe the influence of organizational culture, communication and competence on the performance of village officials, Lenteng District, Sumenep Regency; 2) To find out and test whether organizational culture, communication and competence partially have a significant influence on the performance of Village Apparatus, Lenteng District, Sumenep Regency; 3) To find out and test whether organizational culture, communication and competence simultaneously have a significant influence on the performance of the Village Apparatus, Lenteng District, Sumenep Regency. Data analysis using SPSS. This type of research is explanatory research using a quantitative research approach. The results showed that: 1) Partially, organizational culture, communication and competence have a significant influence on the performance of Village Apparatus, Lenteng District, Sumenep Regency. So that in this case the hypothesis is accepted and its validity is proven. This is evidenced by the t value of each independent variable of organizational culture (X1) of 3.567 with a significance level of 0.01, communication (X2) of 0.916 with a significance level of 0.03 and competence (X3) of 0.522 with a significance level. amounting to 0.04. All variables have a significant level less than 0.05 2). Simultaneously, organizational culture, communication and competence have a significant influence on the performance of Village Apparatus, Lenteng District, Sumenep Regency.

Abstract

Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1.) Budaya organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap peningkatan kinerja karyawan pada PT. Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Timur Tbk Cabang Pamekasan. 2.) Kompensasi berpengaruh signifikan dalam membantu meningkatkan kinerja karyawan pada PT. Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Timur Tbk Cabang Pamekasan. 3.) Abstract

This type of research is explanatory research, the research approach uses a quantitative approach, data analysis uses SPSS. The research sample was 77 employees. The objectives of this study are 1). To describe transformational leadership, reward and employee performance of the General Section of the Regional Secretariat of Manggarai Regency. 2). To test and manage transformational leadership leadership, reward simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance 3). To test and analyze whether transformational leadership has a significant influence on employee performance. 4). To test and analyze whether the reward has a significant effect on the performance of the employees of the General Section of the Regional Secretariat of Manggarai Regency. 1). Simultaneously, transformational leadership, reward and have a significant effect on employee performance at the General Section of the Regional Secretariat of Manggarai Regency. It is proven that the results of the calculated F value is 2.903 with an unknown significance level of the sig value, which is 0.003 (less than 0.05). 2). Partially, transformational leadership, reward have a significant effect on employee performance at the General Section of the Regional Secretariat of Manggarai Regency. 3). Based on the test results, it is known that transformational leadership has an effect on employee performance on employee performance at the General Section of the Regional Secretariat of Manggarai Regency; as evidenced by the t value is 1,400 with a significance level of 0.003 (less than 0.05).

Abstract

Respondents of this study were 35 DPRD employees (as population) and 35 people were taken as the research sample; the sampling method using total sampling. This type of research is explanatory research, using a quantitative approach, data analysis tools using SPSS. The research objectives are: 1) To determine the effect simultaneously on the level of work ability, motivation and level of education on the performance of the secretariat staff of DPRD Manggarai Regency. 2) To determine the effect partially simultaneously on the level of work ability, motivation and level of education on the performance of the secretariat staff of DPRD Manggarai Regency. The results showed that : 1) Simultaneously, the level of work ability, motivation and education level had a positive and significant effect on the performance of the Manggarai Regency DPRD secretariat employees, as evidenced by the calculated F value that was owned was 4.439 with a significant level of 0.02 ( less than 0.05). 2) Partially, the level of work ability, motivation and level of education have a positive and significant effect on the performance of the secretariat staff of the Manggarai Regency DPRD, as evidenced by the t value of each independent variable, namely: the level of work ability has a t value of 1.019 with the level of a significance of 0.001 (less than 0.05); work motivation has a t value of 1.069 with a significance level of 0.02 (less than 0.05); and the level of education has a t value of 2.477 with a significance level of 0.03 (less than 0.05). The level of education has a dominant effect on the performance of the Manggarai Regency DPRD secretariat staff.

Abstract

The Purpose of study are 1). To describe the Sumenep District Health Office. 2). To test and analyze whether communication and emotional intelligence partially have a significant effect on the performance of the employees of the Sumenep District Health Office. 3). To test and analyze whether communication and emotional intelligence simultaneously have a significant effect on the performance of the employees of the Sumenep District Health Office. 4). To test and analyze which variables between communication and emotional intelligence have a dominant influence on the performance of the employees of the Sumenep District Health Office. This type of research is explanatory research, the approach used is a quantitative approach with a total sample of 142 employees. The results showed that 1). Partially, communication and emotional intelligence are responded very well by respondents so that they have a significant effect on the performance of the employees of the Sumenep District Health Office, proven to be true and the hypothesis is accepted. 2). Simultaneously, communication and emotional intelligence are responded very meaningfully / very well by the respondents so that they have a significant influence on the performance of the employees of the Sumenep District Health Office, it is proven and the hypothesis is accepted. 3). Communication has a dominant influence on the performance of the employees of the Sumenep District Health Office, proven to be true and the hypothesis is accepted.
