Abstract

The purpose of this study are 1). To describe the leadership style, work environment and work performance of employees at the Office of Cooperatives and Micro Enterprises of Sumenep Regency. 2) To test and analyze the leadership style and work environment level simultaneously have a significant influence on the work performance of employees at the Office of Cooperatives and Micro Enterprises of Sumenep Regency. 3) To test and analyze the leadership style and work environment partially have a significant influence on the work performance of employees in the Office of Cooperatives and Micro Enterprises of Sumenep Regency. This research is an expalanotory research, the research approach uses a quantitative approach, and Data analysis uses SPSS. The research sample was 32 people. The results showed that: 1). simultaneously, leadership style and work environment have a significant effect on the work performance of employees at the Office of Cooperatives and Micro Enterprises of Sumenep Regency. Evidenced by the results of the calculated F value of 3.218 with a significance value of 0.01, which means less than 0.05. 2). partially, leadership style and work environment have a significant effect on the work performance of employees at the Office of Cooperatives and Micro Enterprises of Sumenep Regency.

Abstract

The Purpose of study are 1). Describe the Principal leadership, managerial abilities and the performance of teachers of SMP Negeri 6 Kaimana, Kaimana Regency. 2) Find out and test whether the principal's leadership and managerial abilities have a simultaneous and significant influence on the performance of teachers of SMP Negeri 6 Kaimana, Kaimana Regency. 3) Find out and test whether the principal's leadership and managerial abilities have a partial and significant influence on the performance of the teachers of SMP Negeri 6 Kaimana, Kaimana Regency. 4.) Find out and test which variables between the principal's leadership and managerial abilities have a dominant influence on the performance of teachers at SMP Negeri 6 Kaimana, Kaimana Regency. This type of research is expalanotory research, the research approach uses a quantitative approach, data analysis uses SPSS. The research sample was 36 employees. The results showed that: 1). The leadership of the Principal (X1) has a positive and significant effect on the improvement of the teacher performance of SMP Negeri 6 Kaimana Kaimana Regency, it is proven to be true and the hypothesis is accepted. 2). Managerial ability (X2) has a positive and significant effect on improving the performance of teachers at SMP Negeri 6 Kaimana, Kaimana Regency, it is proven and the hypothesis is accepted.

Abstract

Abstract

The purpose of study are: 1) Describe the leadership style, organizational culture, infrastructure and quality of education at SMPN 1 Omben, Sampang Regency; 2) Test and analyze the partial influence of the leadership style, organizational culture and infrastructure on the quality of education at SMPN 1 Omben, Sampang Regency; 3) Test and analyze the simultaneous influence of the leadership style, organizational culture and infrastructure on the quality of education at SMPN 1 Omben, Sampang Regency. The number of research samples as many as 34 people, the sampling methods using the census sampling method. Analysis tools Using SPSS. The results showed that: 1) Partially, leadership style, organizational culture, and infrastructure have a significant influence on the quality of education at SMPN 1 Omben, Sampang Regency. So that in this case the first hypothesis is accepted and its validity is proven; 2) Simultaneously, leadership style, organizational culture, and infrastructure have a significant influence on the quality of education at SMPN 1 Omben, Sampang Regency. Abstract

This type of research is explanatory research research, the approach used is a quantitative approach with a total sample of 150 employees. The purpose of this study is 1). To find a description of the organizational culture, work environment, work experience and employee performance of PT. BPRS Bhakti Sumekar Sumenep. 2). To prove and analyze whether organizational culture, work environment and work experience simultaneously and significantly influence the performance of employees of PT. BPRS Bhakti Sumekar Sumenep. 3). To prove and analyze whether the organizational culture, work environment and work experience partially and significantly influence the performance of the employees of PT. BPRS Bhakti Sumekar Sumenep. 4). To analyze which variables among the organizational culture, work environment and work experience have a dominant influence on the performance of the employees of PT. BPRS Bhakti Sumekar Sumenep.The results showed that 1). Simultaneously, organizational culture, work environment and work experience responded very well by respondents so that it has a significant influence on employee performance at PT. BPRS Bhakti Sumekar Sumenep, proven the truth and accepted the hypothesis. 2). Partially, organizational culture, work environment and work experience responded very meaningfully / very well by employees so that it has a significant influence on the performance of employees of PT. BPRS Bhakti Sumekar Sumenep, proven the truth and accepted the hypothesis. 3). Work experience has a dominant influence on employee performance at PT. BPRS Bhakti Sumekar Sumenep, proven the truth and accepted the hypothesis.

Abstract

This research was conducted St Bank Jatim, Sumenep Branch, with a total sample of 57 people. The purpose of this study are: 1) To find out how the description of compensation assistance, work motivation, and work performance at Bank Jatim, Sumenep branch; 2) To support and analyze participation in the provision of compensation and work motivation on employee work performance at Bank Jatim, Sumenep branch; 3) To support and analyze compensation complaints, work motivation and organizational work simultaneously on the work performance of employees at Bank Jatim, Sumenep branch. Data analysis using SPSS, this type of research is explanatory research using quantitative research. The results showed that: 1) Compensation (X1) at Bank Jatim, Sumenep Branch can be expressed according to employee expectations, namely the existence of all kinds of rewards in the form of money such as salaries, various benefits, THR, incentives, commissions and others. Motivation (X2) of employees at Bank Jatim, Sumenep Branch, have had such a strong drive, desire or interest in them to achieve organizational goals. This system of shared meaning already has a number of key characteristics that the Sumenep Branch of the Bank Jatim organization is upholding; 2) Simultaneously, Compensation and Motivation have a significant influence on Employee Performance at Bank Jatim, Sumenep Branch.

Fatima, 2025. The Influence of Work Ability on Performance Mediated by Civil Servant Motivation . Postgraduate Program, Wijaya Putra University, Surabaya . Based on its approach, this research is included in the explanatory research type . The research sample was 71 respondents. The objectives of this research are 1) To test and analyze the significant influence of work ability on the performance of the apparatus of Proppo District , Pamekasan Regency . 2) To test and analyze the significant influence of work ability on the motivation of the apparatus of Proppo District ,Pamekasan Regency. 3) To test and analyze the significant influence of the motivation of the apparatus on the performance of the apparatus of Proppo District , Pamekasan Regency. 4) To test and analyze the significant indirect influence of work ability on the performance of the apparatus of Proppo District, Pamekasan Regency mediated by the motivation of the apparatus. The research results show that : 1) work ability has a significant positive effect on the performance of the apparatus of Proppo District , Pamekasan Regency with an original sample value of 0.284 . 2) work ability has a significant positive effect on the motivation of the Proppo District apparatus in Pamekasan Regency with an original sample value of 0.481. 3) the motivation of the apparatus has a significant positive effect on the performance of the apparatus of Proppo District, Pamekasan Regency with an original sample value of 0.658 . 4) work ability has a significant positive effect on the performance of the apparatus of Proppo District , Pamekasan Regency mediated by the motivation of the apparatus with an original sample value of 0.316.

Abstract

in the long-term perspective, this study aims to improve Indonesia's competitiveness through theapplication of labor standardization. The specific objectives of this study was, first identify the areas ofcompetence that must be owned agro-industry sector workforce in Indonesia. Second, formulate a modelstrategy (grand strategy) agro-industry sector workforce development in Indonesia. Third,formulate aneffective policy alternatives to improve the competitiveness of agro-industry sector workforce inIndonesia. Fifth, to formulate indicators of competence as the basis for assessment of the labor certificationin agroindustry sector in Indonesia. The method of analysis used in this study were (a) Analysis of MappingFunctions work, EFI & EFE Matrix Analysis, SWOT Analysis, Policy Analysis, and Basic Function Analysis.Based on the analysis of the work function mapping got the result that the area of competence that mustbe owned by the agro-sector employment in Indonesia, namely 5 (five) key functions include 1) developmentprocess, 2) development of quality standards, 3) the technical development of packaging, 4) developmentof storage , and 5) development of marketing and business strategy. SWOT analysis results indicate thatthe agro-industry sector in workforce development is in quadrant III is a grand strategy to turnaroundstrategy.The alternative strategy of agro-industry sector workforce development in Indonesia includestrategies SO and WO of each there are 4 strategies, ST strategies totaling 3 and WT strategiesamounted to 2.Policy Analysis of the results obtained there are 30 alternative policies agro industrialsectorworkforce development. One is the restructuring of the Training Center by establishing a vocationaltraining center specialized agro-industry. The results of the analysis ofthe basic functions and processes inthe production of agro-industries can be generated 65 competence of workers in the agroindustrialsectorof Indonesia.

Abstract

Hasil-hasil menunjukkan bahwa : 1) Secara serempak Kemampuan Kerja, Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) dan infrastructure mempunyai pengaruh signifikan pada kinerja aparatur ; 2) secara parsial Kemampuan Kerja, Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) dan infrastructure mempunyai pengaruh signifikan pada kinerja aparatur; Nilai dari masing-masing pengaruh adalah secara parsial dibuktikan oleh nilai t dari setiap variabel bebas yang menunjukkan nilai signifikansi kurang dari 0.05; 3) secara serempak Kemampuan Kerja, Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) dan infrastructure mempunyai pengaruh signifikan pada kinerja perangkat desa, Kecamatan Lenteng, kabupaten Sumenep. Pengaruh signifikan serempak bisa dilihat dari hasil-hasil analisa F yang menunjukkan nilai signifikan kurang dari 0.05 ; 4) Kemampuan kerja mempunyai pengaruh dominan pada kinerja perangkat desa, Kecamatan Lenteng, kabupaten Sumenep.
