Abstract

Kasus-kasus yang sering terjadi dalam banyak organisasi adalah tidak diselesaikannya suatu penugasan, tidak ditepatinya waktu penyelesaian (deadline), suatu anggaran yang berlebihan, dan kegiatan-kegiatan lain yang menyimpang dari rencana. Membahas proses pengawasan manajerial, melalui manajemen berusaha memperoleh jaminan bahwa kegiatan-kegiatan yang dulakukan sesuai dengan yang direncanakan. Ada banyak sebutan bagi fungsi pengawasan (controlling) antara lain evaluating, atau correcting. Sebutan controlling lebih banyak digunakan karena lebih mangandung konotasi yang mencakup penepatan standar, pengukuran kegiatan, dan pengambilan tindakan kolektif.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the suitability of the information system purchases and cash expenditures applied to the PT. XYZ theory Information Systems Generally Accepted Accounting. Abstract

Based on data processing using SPSS 22, obtained multiple correlation coefficient (R) = 0.972, so there is a strong or positive relationship between Product Quality, Price and Location on Customer Satisfaction at Rifki Busana Store, Jakarta, Determination Coefficient (R2) = 97,2% so that 2,8% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study. To obtain multiple regression values Y = 3.828 + 0.387X1 + 0.335X2 + 0.486X3 and for the t test with a level of confidence α = 5% obtained t value of 1.692 so that there is a significant positive effect between variables X1 to Y, and that there is a significant positive Significantly between variables X2 to Y, and there is a significant positive effect between variables X3 to Y, Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means there is an influence of Product Quality, Price, and Location on the Customer. Satisfaction. As well as for the F-test with a level of confidence α = 5%, the F value is obtained from 0,000 which is smaller than the trust value which means that the variables X1, X2, X3 together have a significant effect on variables equal to Y. Therefore, it can be concluded that the model the regression used in this study is valid Keywords: Product Quality, Price, Location, Customer satisfaction

Abstract

Abstract

The use of digital information technology or commonly called the internet who already have various platforms such as social media, is wronga medium where users of the platform can search for something data or information, exchanging roles and feedback online. as seen from a variety of popular digital media at this time namely facebook, instagram, twitter, whatsapp, line, bbm, snapchat and some other social media platforms. Hermawan (2009) states that greetings the use of social media can also easily create a forum where individuals communicate and exchange ideas with each other. This will help each personal communicate and comment on various kinds of discussion discussed by people others very easily. Each personal can also build a opinions, emotions and comments through several inside viewpoints exchange ideas with others on social media platforms, that is can allow us to draw conclusions and comment on it spontaneous. In this era, cell phones have turned into smart phones in its role is not only a tool for calling or sending instant messaging, but turned into an advanced technology with additional the latest and revolutionary applications to facilitate delivery information between users. Abstract

This study aims to investigate the correlations among variables;  workload, burnout, and transformational leadership on employees’ performance, mediated by work–life balance variable. The type of research is a quantitative, with as much as 240 respondents from total of 1,956 employees. The population of this research is Aviation Industries employees. This research was analyzed by using SmartPLS 4.0 (PLS-SEM). Results of this research is tha workload, burnout, and transformational leadership have significant direct effects on employees’ performance. Whereas, work–life balance has a significant role in the correlations mediating workload and performance, burnout and performance, as well as transformational leadership and performance. The model explains indicating moderate to strong explanatory power. By demonstrating the strategic importance of work-life balance in connecting leadership practices to performance results, these findings expand the Job Demands-Resources (JD-R) paradigm. Findings from this research can help aviation companies improve worker productivity through better workload management, less burnout, and more transformational leadership within a framework that encourages a healthy work-life balance.   Keywords: workload; burnout; transformational leadership; work–life balance; employees’ performance.
