HIV and AIDS are dangerous diseases which cannot be cured. Based on data from the Riau Province Health Office from January to September 2012, it shows that the number of HIV and AIDS cases in Riau reached 946 people and 580 were tested positive for HIV. This makes the author interested in conducting counseling about HIV and AIDS in the working area of the Beringin Jaya Community Health Center, Kuantan Singingi Regency. This inquiry aims to find out whether the public knows about HIV and AIDS, then to find out whether the public already knows about the transmission of HIV and AIDS and to find out whether the public knows about the prevention of HIV and AIDS. The method used is counseling with the delivery of information through lectures as well as sharing and conducting questions and answers to the public to increase understanding and awareness of HIV and AIDS. This counseling was held on August 6, 2019 at 08.00 WIB to 16.00 WIB in the working area of the Beringin Jaya Health Center, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The result of this counseling was the implementation of counseling about HIV and AIDS in the community in the working area of the Beringin Jaya Community Health Center, Kuantan Singingi Regency by providing information and understanding to the community about the importance of a healthy lifestyle to prevent people from contracting HIV and AIDS.

In 2020 WHO gave the status that Corona Virus Disease -19 (COVID-19) became a Global Pandemic. Health workers who handle cases of COVID-19 are responsible for protecting themselves and others to break the chain of spread of COVID-19. One of the medical personnel involved in handling COVID-19 is a radiographer. The role of radiographers in handling COVID-19 in hospitals needs to be socialized more, considering its very important role in evaluating patient health and requiring radiographers to have direct contact with positive patients. For radiographers, the source of danger at work is not only COVID-19, but ionizing radiation is also a source of danger that must also be taken into account. The public must also be aware of the risks and challenges faced by radiographers in their work during this pandemic. The method used in this community service is by presentation or extension or education. This Community Service is carried out to introduce the role of radiographers in hospitals when there are patients with COVID-19 cases, so that these health workers can be more recognized by the general public. The target audience for this community service is SMA (High School) students with the aim of cultivating an interest in the younger generation to become radiographic health workers. As a result of this community service, participants were given knowledge about radiology, starting from workers (radiographers), the tools used to their role in the health world. The results of participants' understanding of Community Service activities, all participants understood the role of radiographers in treating COVID-19 patients in hospitals and 91% of participants understood what a radiographer was, and as many as 64% of participants were interested in becoming radiographers, and the remaining 36% of participants were not interested. be a radiographer. Community service activities regarding the role of radiographers in hospitals have been carried out well. Participants become more familiar with the duties of workers in the radiation field.

The integrated service post for the elderly is a forum for communication and health services by the community for the community that has strategic value for the development of human resources, especially the elderly. Posyandu activities are a manifestation of community participation in maintaining and improving their health status. In this article the author describes community service activities that have been carried out to increase understanding of the flow of integrated service post services for the elderly. Community service activities carried out at the Mekar Sehati Integrated Service Post, Kulim Village, used the method of installing banners and socializing about the flow of services for the Integrated Service Post for the Elderly. The results of this community service activity are to provide the community with understanding and sharing information about the flow in the integrated service post for the elderly so that the process from beginning to end runs in an orderly manner. And there is an innovation, namely the creation of a queue number that will be given to the elderly who want to visit the integrated service post.

The PARI Pengda Riau organization as one of the health professions in Riau Province, never stops trying to improve the professional skills of Radiographers through Workshop or Seminar activities, both local, regional, national and international. This activity is very important so that Radiographers in Riau Province can find out various information about technological developments in the field of Radiology and applicable laws so that they can work with high professionalism and responsibility. For this reason, we intend to hold community service in the form of a local workshop in collaboration with radiology professional organizations with the title "Procedure for HSG Examinations in Infertility Cases and Socialization of Filling in Siporlin and Organizational Management". Hopefully this workshop will have a positive impact on radiographers and make a meaningful contribution to the world of health. The method used in this service activity is presentation of material from several resource persons and event sponsors as well as a demonstration of how to update STR on the SIPORLIN application and questions and answers. The target of this training is Radiographers and Students. The result of this training is that the workshop activities ran well and smoothly and were able to improve their abilities in updating knowledge in the field of radiology, especially and regulations related to updating information related to the Health Law.

The problem of occupational safety and health in schools that continues to occur is the lack of guidance regarding steps that must be taken in the school environment to prevent work accidents and work-related diseases and increase the sharpness of elementary school students in recognizing dangers that may occur. Just as accidents and illnesses caused by certain activities can be reduced or prevented as soon as possible, disasters that occur in environments such as homes, schools and roads can be prevented as soon as possible. Potential danger of accidents at home, school and on the road. The objectives of holding related to K3 are 1) getting used to behaving commendably and acting in accordance with what is right, with correct environmental management 2) increasing the ability to avoid characteristics that can endanger the environment 3) Developing sensitivity of students and the community towards environmental conditions so that Things that can harm the environment can be avoided. 4) Instill a spirit of compassion and responsibility for environmental sustainability.

Drug abuse among adolescents is one of the serious problems faced by modern society today. Adolescents as the next generation of the nation are very vulnerable to the negative effects of drugs that can damage their future. This article aims to identify the factors that cause drug abuse among adolescents, the negative impacts it causes, and effective strategies for prevention and control. Through a participatory approach in community service activities, we involve various parties including parents, educators, and local communities to raise awareness of the dangers of drugs. The results of this activity show that intensive education, strict supervision, and moral and emotional support from family and community are very important in preventing drug abuse among adolescents. In addition, rehabilitation and social reintegration programs for adolescents who have become drug users must also be strengthened.

Clean and Healthy Living Behavior (PHBS) is a fundamental habit that should be instilled from an early age, especially among school-aged children. This educational activity aims to improve students' knowledge and attitudes toward the importance of CHLB both at school and at home. The methods used include lectures, discussions, hands-on practice, as well as pre-tests and post-tests for evaluation. The results showed that most students experienced an increase in awareness and had begun to implement most CHLB indicators effectively. This activity demonstrates that a participatory educational approach can successfully foster sustainable healthy living behaviors
