Abstract

The COVID-19 case has developed positively, but preventive measures must be taken to anticipate SARS-CoV-2 mutations. Anticipation can include policies, preparing health workers, and providing personal protective equipment. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) availability is a big challenge in handling pandemics, especially COVID-19. The level of need for PPE in an area depends on the number of COVID-19 cases. This research provides a solution to overcome the availability of PPE by applying the concept of cross-regional collaboration. Areas with low COVID-19 case rates can help areas with high COVID-19 case rates by sending PPE assistance. Implementing the cross-regional collaboration concept is assisted by the spatial dominance test algorithm, namely the spatial skyline query. Spatial Skyline Query works by searching for the most ideal area. The ideal area is an area with low COVID-19 case criteria. The low number of positive cases, death cases, probable cases, and close contact cases supports the low number of COVID-19 cases. Areas with the highest number of recovered cases are also priorities. The SSQ model was developed into two models for searching priority areas for PPE assistants. The first model is Sort Filter Skyline 1 (SFS1), and the second is Sort Filter Skyline 2 (SFS2). SFS1 is a form of SFS algorithm optimization that searches for the best 50% of all regions. SFS2 modifies SFS1 by selecting areas whose distance is <= the average distance of the area to the Health Crisis Centre of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia. This research involves searching for priority areas and applying a prediction algorithm to extract knowledge built from the prediction model. The algorithm used is C5.0. The data used to apply the prediction algorithm results from the application of SFS1 and SFS2. The results of testing the prediction model by the C5.0 algorithm produced an accuracy of 77.26% for SFS1 data and 92.01% for SFS2. The average rules resulting from the C5.0 algorithm are three for SFS1 and two for SFS2.

Abstract

Diseases in watermelon plants can cause significant losses for farmers. A lack of information about these diseases risks worsening the condition of the plants. To address this issue, the development of an expert system for diagnosing watermelon diseases offers an effective solution. This system uses the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method to assign weights to symptoms based on pairwise comparisons and Certainty Factor to determine the level of confidence in the diagnosis. As a web-based system, it ensures easy access and allows farmers to diagnose diseases quickly and accurately. With this system, farmers can more efficiently manage diseases in watermelon plants, reducing the negative impact on crop yields and helping to maintain the sustainability of agricultural operations. Abstract

The present information system has become a critical component or part of every human activity. This is not only for laypeople but also for companies and business applications, as well as for the hiring activities of each company. This suggests how information systems play an important part in the development of a company. The research conducted is one that concentrates on inventory data processing and computerized information presentation, which currently is inventory data processing which is currently streaming manually. A system that will be designed can/can solve problems that began from inventory data processing goods which are still undertaken by hand and processes that take a long time and lack efficiency in their operations. For that, it is particularly necessary to optimize the way information systems work through an information system design that is applied to web programming or JAVA and MySQL databases to solve problems or solutions of existing problems and be able to address corporate needs. The achievements of the stock management application include adding goods, inputting goods according to the goods that have been added according to the production date, and issuing goods release data according to the production date, WhatsApp rest API has been integrated as a notification to the supplier. Abstract

The rise of kidney disease cases in children has become a serious concern in the health sector. Lack of information related to kidney disease in children can lead to the worsening of the child's illness which can lead to more serious complications. To overcome this problem, the development of an expert system for diagnosing kidney disease in children is an important solution. This expert system is built using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method as a priority determinant (weight) with pairwise comparisons of symptoms in existing diseases and Certainty Factor to calculate the percentage of decision confidence with the knowledge of an expert in this system, which makes it possible to diagnose kidney disease in children. The system is web-based, ensuring easy access for users. In addition, the system also provides appropriate treatment suggestions on the disease, allowing users to take action faster. The end result of this expert system system displays diagnosis results and solutions that can help pediatric patients suffering from kidney disease. Therefore, the development of an expert system for the diagnosis of kidney disease in children has great potential to have a positive impact in the field of health, especially for children. Abstract

 The Cirebon City Cooperative Office organized this community service activity on MSMEs Responding to the Challenges of Digitalization in collaboration with Radio Republik Indonesia Cirebon City. The participants who attended were MSME actors in Cirebon City. The material presented in this counseling is the development of Industry 1.0 to 4.0 technology and the disruption of information technology, which requires MSME players to be digitally literate so that their businesses can develop under the demands of the times. The challenges and benefits of digital technology are delivered. The steps that need to be taken are determining the target market, preparing superior products, preparing payment models, preparing delivery models, and starting sales with digital marketing. The results of the activities organized by the Cirebon City Cooperative Office and RRI Cirebon City received support and positive responses from the participants when they saw the presence of MSMEs and so many questions asked by the participants. The existence of this collaboration is expected in the future. The digitization process of MSMEs in Cirebon City can run smoothly, and it can increase the welfare and income of MSMEs.

Abstract

Sudah banyak pelaku usaha yang meraup untung dari usaha Handphone ini namun tidak sedikit pula pelaku usaha Handphone yang gulung tikar alias bangkrut karena perencanaan bisnis yang kurang tepat kualitas pelayanan yang kurang optiMall serta kurang penerapan prinsip kewirausahaan yang dapat membantu calon pelaku usaha dalam membangun dan mejalankan bisnisnya. Bisnis jual beli Handphone sangat menguntungkan dimana kita menjadi distributor dari Produk Produk Handphone yang banyak digemari dan disukai dikalangan global ini dimana Fitur Fitur dalam berpenampilan. Penelitian dalam aspek ini dilakukan untuk menilai biaya-biaya apa saja yang akan dikeluarkan dan seberapa besar biaya-biaya yang akan dikeluarkan. Kemudian juga meneliti seberapa besar pendapatan yang akan diterima jika proyek jadi dijalankan. Metode penelitian yang akan digunakan nantinya dengan payback period (PP), Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), Profitability Indeks (PI), Break Event Point (BEP), serta rasio-rasio keungan lainya. Dari hasil analisis yang telah dilakukan pada toko Nadine Cell dari aspek finansial maupun aspek non finansial dapat dilihat segmentasi pasar yang baik dan terdapat rentang harga Handphone mulai dari Rp. 1.000.000 hingga Rp. 20.000.000 yang dipasarkan oleh toko Nadine Cell.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi telah memberikan dampak yang signifikan terhadap perubahan sistem manajemen dan operasional pada berbagai sektor, termasuk Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM). Salah satu bentuk penerapan teknologi tersebut adalah penggunaan Sistem Informasi Manajemen (SIM) yang berfungsi untuk mengintegrasikan berbagai aktivitas bisnis agar lebih efisien, efektif, dan terukur. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis secara mendalam penerapan Sistem Informasi Manajemen pada UMKM Rumah Makan Padang sebagai upaya dalam meningkatkan efisiensi operasional, akurasi data keuangan, dan kualitas pengambilan keputusan manajerial di era digital. Permasalahan utama yang dihadapi oleh UMKM tradisional seperti Rumah Makan Padang adalah keterbatasan sumber daya manusia dalam pengelolaan data penjualan, inventori bahan baku, serta pencatatan keuangan yang masih dilakukan secara manual dan tidak terintegrasi. Kondisi tersebut sering menimbulkan kesalahan pencatatan, keterlambatan laporan, serta keputusan yang kurang tepat akibat minimnya informasi yang akurat dan real-time. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus pada salah satu UMKM Rumah Makan Padang di Kota Padang. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi langsung terhadap kegiatan operasional harian, wawancara mendalam dengan pemilik dan karyawan, serta studi dokumentasi terhadap laporan keuangan dan catatan penjualan. Analisis data dilakukan melalui tiga tahapan utama: reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan sesuai dengan model analisis Miles dan Huberman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan Sistem Informasi Manajemen berbasis digital memberikan dampak positif yang signifikan terhadap proses bisnis UMKM Rumah Makan Padang. Pencatatan penjualan menjadi lebih cepat dan akurat, pengelolaan stok bahan baku dapat dipantau secara real-time, serta laporan keuangan dapat dihasilkan secara otomatis dan sistematis. Penerapan SIM juga membantu pemilik usaha dalam melakukan analisis tren penjualan, perencanaan pembelian bahan baku, serta evaluasi kinerja usaha berdasarkan data yang terukur. Selain itu, sistem yang terintegrasi memungkinkan pemilik untuk melakukan pengambilan keputusan strategis berdasarkan data historis dan prediksi permintaan pelanggan. Penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa penerapan Sistem Informasi Manajemen bukan hanya alat bantu administratif, melainkan juga instrumen strategis dalam transformasi digital UMKM. Melalui digitalisasi sistem, Rumah Makan Padang mampu meningkatkan efisiensi operasional, mengurangi pemborosan, serta memperkuat daya saing di pasar kuliner yang kompetitif. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah pentingnya peningkatan literasi digital bagi pelaku UMKM serta dukungan pemerintah dalam bentuk pelatihan, pendampingan, dan penyediaan infrastruktur teknologi. Penelitian ini juga merekomendasikan pengembangan sistem berbasis mobile dan cloud computing agar informasi dapat diakses secara fleksibel oleh pelaku usaha kapan pun dan di mana pun. Dengan demikian, hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan Sistem Informasi Manajemen pada UMKM Rumah Makan Padang memiliki kontribusi yang signifikan terhadap peningkatan efisiensi, efektivitas, dan kualitas pengambilan keputusan dalam kegiatan bisnis sehari-hari. Implementasi SIM yang terencana dan berkelanjutan menjadi kunci keberhasilan transformasi digital UMKM menuju tata kelola bisnis yang modern, adaptif, dan berdaya saing tinggi di era ekonomi digital.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi dan ilmu pengetahuan telah mengubah pandangan dari berbagai bidang, termasuk dalam bidang kesehatan mental anak. Di sekeliling kita banyak anak yang mengalami gangguan pada masa perkembangannya, salah satunya gangguan Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). ADHD adalah suatu gangguan yang mempengaruhi perkembangan dalam peningkatan aktivitas motorik anak-anak sehingga berdampak pada aktivitas yang tidak lazim dan cenderung berlebihan. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem pakar yang mampu melakukan diagnosis ADHD pada anak berdasarkan analisis tingkah laku menggunakan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process dan Teorema Bayes. Dengan mengintegrasikan kedua metode ini, diharapkan sistem pakar dapat memberikan diagnosis yang lebih akurat, dapat diandalkan, dan memudahkan para profesional di bidang kesehatan dalam memberikan pelayanan sesuai bagi anak yang diduga menderita ADHD. Pada pengujian sistem yang dilakukan oleh peneliti mendapatkan hasil diagnosis kriteria inattention sebesar 86%, kriteria hyperactive sebesar 67%, dan kriteria impulsive sebesar 60%. Sistem juga memberikan solusi akurat dari pandangan pakar sesuai dengan kategori dan kriteria ADHD. Dibuktikan juga dengan perhitungan sistem dan manual mencapai kesamaan 100%, sehingga mengindikasikan tingkat akurasi tinggi dan konsisten

Abstract

It is important for companies engaged in the food processing industry to determine the right amount and time of ordering so that raw materials are available optimally. The purpose of this research is to measure lot sizing optimization in determining the best supplier of local and imported beef supplies using Simple Additive Weighting (SAW). The data used is local and imported beef raw material data at PT Uutbeef Indonesia Storage (Warehouse Storage) Cirebon Regency Jawabarat. The results of the study for Johndee and Amroon meat type products using the Lot For Lot (LOL) lot sizing technique obtained the lowest cost with the total cost generated was IDR 35,832,654,000 compared to using lot sizing Economic Order Quantity (EOQ), or Period Order Quantity (POQ). The results of the weighting of supplier criteria, the preference value of the maroon supplier obtained the best results for PT Sarana Inti with a value of 0.92 and for the preference of the johndee supplier obtained the best results, namely PT Sinar with the final result of 0.93. Therefore, Lot Sizing optimization can be used by companies to overcome problems regarding the quantity, time and cost of inventory, so as to reduce the excess raw materials that occur, ensure smooth production and increase the productivity and profitability of the company

Abstract

Toko Sepatu Rizki sebagai salah satu pelaku UMKM di bidang ritel sepatu menghadapi tantangan dalam memberikan pelayanan terbaik kepada pelanggan. Salah satu aspek penting adalah proses pengembalian barang (retur) yang sering dilakukan ketika produk mengalami kerusakan atau cacat. Namun, sistem retur yang masih mengandalkan nota manual menimbulkan berbagai kendala, seperti lambatnya pelayanan, kesalahan pencatatan, hingga munculnya tindakan kecurangan dari pembeli yang tidak bertanggung jawab. Kondisi ini mengurangi efisiensi operasional sekaligus menurunkan kepercayaan konsumen terhadap toko. Sebagai solusi, penelitian ini merancang aplikasi berbasis Mobile dengan database SQLite yang dilengkapi sistem QR Code. QR Code dicetak pada nota transaksi dan berfungsi sebagai alat otentifikasi retur barang. Dengan memindai QR Code, detail transaksi dapat diverifikasi secara otomatis, sehingga retur menjadi lebih cepat, aman, dan akurat. Hasil implementasi menunjukkan aplikasi ini mampu meminimalisir kecurangan, meningkatkan efisiensi, serta mendukung perkembangan UMKM di era digital.
