Abstract

Penelitian ini mengenai pendelegasian sebagian kewenangan Bupati yang dalam implementasinya berpengaruh pada efektivitas kinerja kecamatan di kabupaten Sidoarjo. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, penelitian ini mendiskripsikan tentang efektifitas kinerja yang dilihat dari pelaksanaan kegiatan dan kapasitas sumberdaya manusia. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kebijakan pendelegasian sebagian kewenangan Bupati kepada Camat di Kabupaten Sidoarjo masih kurang optimal. Selain dari pelaksanaan pendelegasian yang masih bersifat adminitratif dan menggunakan pola penyeragaman dimasing masing kecamatan tanpa mempertimbangkan perbedaan potensi karakter kecamatan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Leadership Style, Work Environment and Compensation on employee job satisfaction either partially or simultaneously. This research was conducted with quantitative methods. The target population in this study were all employees at SMA Muhammadiyah 2 Sidoarjo, totaling 122 employees. The data collection technique used is a questionnaire with a sample of 103 people. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression using SPSS version 22 for windows. Based on the results of data analysis, it was found that there was an influence of Leadership Style, Work Environment and Compensation on Job Satisfaction at SMA Muhammadiyah 2 Sidoarjo. The implementation of the results of this research analysis is as input for the company on the subject matter that has been adapted to the existing theory.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of salary, work motivation, and work discipline on employee performance at the Bangil Religious Court office. This research includes quantitative research with hypothesis testing. The sample used in this study were 40 employees at the Bangil Religious Court office. The analytical tool used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis, determinant coefficient (R2), multiple correlation coefficient (R), f test, t test, and classical assumption test using SPSS. The primary data in this study were obtained from questionnaires whose measurements used a Likert scale which were tested for validity and reliability. The result of this research is that there is a simultaneous influence between salary, work motivation, and work discipline on employee performance. Partially, the variables of salary, work motivation and work discipline have an influence on employee performance. And work discipline is a variable that has the most significant influence on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to describe and explain the influence of organizational culture, leadership style and motivation on employee performance at the Bangil Religious Court. This study uses a quantitative research type, which was conducted at the Bangil Religious Court using a Likert scale. The population and sample in this study were all employees at the Bangil Religious Court as many as 42 respondents and were taken using purposive sampling method. The source of data in this study is primary data obtained through observation and distributing questionnaires to all employees which is then processed using Statistical Product and Service Solution software version 22. Data analysis techniques use data quality tests, descriptive statistical analysis, classical assumption tests, regression analysis multiple linear and hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously the variables of organizational culture, leadership style and motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a significance level of 0.000 <0.05 and a value of fcount > ftable which is 38,567.

Abstract

Saat ini, suatu perusahaan harus mampu bertahan serta mengatasi segala tantangan dan ancaman untuk mencapai targetnya. Sumber daya manusia merupakan modal bagi perusahaan yang harus mendapat perhatian khusus. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengenalaisis peran Keterlibatan Karyawan dan Perilaku Kerja Inovatif terhadap Kelincahan Tenaga Kerja. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik kuantitatif. Sedangkan desain penelitian menggunakan pengujian hipotesis. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yakni seluruh karyawan pada Hotel Grand Whiz Trawas dengan jumlah 88 Orang. Karena dalam penelitian ini populasi berjumlah kurang dari 100 orang atau dapat dikatakan relative kecil, maka teknik penentuan sample menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh dengan semua anggota populasi digunakan sebagai sampel. Responden yang berasal dari karyawan di Hotel Grand Whiz Trawas didasarkan pada kemudahan pengambilan data sesuai dengan kebutuhan penelitian. Angka ini sudah dapat mewakili sampel penelitian. Pengumpulan data menggunakan skala likert. Penelitian ini akan dianalisis menggunakan SPSS 25 dan menggunakan pendekatan purposive sampling. Peran Keterlibatan Karyawan, Perilaku Kerja Inovatif memberikan kontribusi atau pengaruh terhadap variabel Kelincahan Tenaga Kerja (Y).

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menguji pengaruh kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan, untuk menguji disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan dan menganalisis pengaruh kompensasi dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawa. kausalitas digunakan untuk mendeskripsikan hubungan antara faktor-faktor melalui pengujian hipotesis, yang merupakan metode penelitian. metode utama pengumpulan data Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer dan data sekunder. Pegumpulan data menggnakan google form. Ada 58 karyawan sebagai sampel. Mengunakan metode sampel jenuh. hasil penelitian dan pembahasan pengaruh kompensasi, disiplin kerja, dan lingkungan kerja.

Abstract

The development of technology towards everything digital is currently increasingly rapid. The digital era causes humans to use it continuosly as a lifestyle and technology as the main intermediary. Hard skills are technical and academic skills that can be obtained from formal education such as school, college and training. Soft skills are skills and abilities that are born within in everyday life. Motivation for students in important. By having motivation, students will have the enthusiasm to carry out and achieve goals. Word readiness is a condition of maturity for students who want to enter the world of work after graduating from college without long training. This research aims to determine the result of the influence of soft skills, hard skill and motivation on student’s work readiness as generation Z in facing the digital era. The use of this method in research is a quantitative method with an influencing type of associative research, namely from three independent variables to one dependent variable. The source of data collection uses primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires to respondents via google form. Primary data management is carried out using soft skills, hard skills and motivation simulthaneously influence work readiness in the context that has been studied. Abstract

In the context of today's advanced economic development, companies aim to create jobs and improve the economy. This study examines the influence of organizational culture, compensation, and work motivation on employee performance at PT. Romi Violeta, a furniture company. Despite extensive research on employee performance determinants, the specific impacts of these factors within the Indonesian furniture industry remain underexplored. This study addresses this gap by utilizing a quantitative method with a sample of 133 employees selected through purposive sampling. Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression with SPSS version 22. The findings reveal that organizational culture, compensation, and work motivation each positively affect employee performance. Furthermore, when considered together, these factors significantly enhance employee performance. Among them, compensation is the most dominant factor due to the substantial impact of adequate wages on optimizing employee performance. These results suggest that fostering a strong organizational culture, providing fair compensation, and enhancing work motivation are crucial strategies for improving employee performance in similar industrial contexts. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh budaya organisasi, komunikasi, lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini merupakan pemelitian kausal dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik total sampling dimana seluruh anggota populasinya digunakan sampel semua. Sampel pada peelitian ini berjumlah 100 respoden. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini diambil dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner, perangkat lunak bernama SPSS V25 digunakan untuk proses analisis. Teknik analisis data meliputi pengujian asumsi standar dan analisis regresi linier berganda. Dalam pengujian hipotesis digunakan uji R2 dan uji t. hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya pengaruh signifikan dan positif antara budaya organisasi, komunikasi, dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. (nilai t tabel >1,661), dan secara parsial budaya organisasi mempunyai dampak yang sangat penting dan bermanfaat, komunikasi membawa manfaat yang besar bagi kinerja karyawan, dan kinerja karyawan PT Sixma Mega Utama dipengaruhi secara positif dan signifikan oleh lingkungan kerja.

Abstract

Value Keberhasilan mencapai tujuan perusahaan tergantung pada kualitas karyawannya. Jika suatu perusahaan ingin memiliki keunggulan kompetitif melalui sumber daya manusia (SDM), maka harus menciptakan konsep pelatihan SDM yang berkelanjutan. Gaya Kepemimpinan Transformasional sangat penting agar karyawan dan perusahaan bisa lebih efektif Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penyusunan artikel ini adalah penelitian eksploratif (explanatory Research), yaitu penelitian yang menyelidiki hubungan antar variabel dan menguji faktor-faktor yang dihipotesiskan yang telah dirumuskan sebelumnya. Penelitian eksplanasi ini disebut juga penelitian hipotesis. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa: Pada Gaya Kepemimpinan Transformasional nilai hitung > tabel. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa secara parsial terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara Gaya Kepemimpinan Transformasional terhadap kinerja karyawan. Dalam Iklim Organisasi hitung > tabel. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa secara parsial terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara Iklim Organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai. Dan pada Sistem Informasi Manajemen terlihat nilai t untuk variabel. Oìeh karena itu, hitung > table. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa secara parsial terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara Sistem Informasi Manajemen terhadap kinerja pegawai. Kinerja pegawai secara simultan dipengaruhi oleh Gaya Kepemimpinan Transformasional, Iklim Organisasi dan Sistem Informasi Manajemen Kinerja. Maka untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan Perusahaan, Properti memerlukan Gaya Kepemimpinan Transformasional, Iklim Organisasi dan Sistem Informasi Manajemen Kinerja. Dan yang mempunyai hubungan paling besar adalah Iklim Organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan.
