Abstract

The purpose of the study was to analyze the income of coconut farmers in Talawaan Village, Talawaan District, North Minahasa Regency. The research was conducted for 2 months, namely October to November 2022, starting from preparation to preparation of research reports. The research was conducted in Talawaan Village, Talawaan District, North Minahasa Regency. The data used in this study consisted of primary data and secondary data. Primary data is the result of direct interviews with respondent farmers using a questionnaire. Secondary data is complementary raw data obtained from agencies or offices related to the research site. Respondents in this study were coconut farmers in Talawaan Village, Talawaan District, North Minahasa Regency. Sampling in this study used a purposive method from 195 coconut farmers who were taken 30 coconut farmer respondents in Talawaan Village who were taken laterally. Data were analyzed using the calculation of farm income. The results showed that the income of coconut farmers in Talawaan Village, Talawaan Subdistrict, North Minahasa Regency for one copra production process was IDR 766,588 per farmer or IDR 403,467.77 per hectare.

Abstract

The study aims to determine and analyze the amount of coconut farming income in Makasili Village, Kumelembuai District, South Minahasa Regency. This research was conducted from January to March 2023. The research was conducted in Makasili Village, Kumelembuai District, South Minahasa Regency. Sampling was done intentionally (porposive sampling), which became the sample in this study as many as 18 people. The data analysis method that will be used in this study is to use quantitative analysis, namely analyzing, describing and summarizing various situational conditions from various data collected. The results showed that the average income of coconut farmers was IDR 6,426,844 for each harvest season from the average sale of 1,025 kg of copra at a price of IDR 6,000 to IDR 8,000 for each kilogram with a 10% to 12% discount. The total income earned by coconut farmers in Makasili Village, Kumelembuai District, South Minahasa Regency amounted to IDR 84,681,233. The average income of farmers obtained from coconut farming for one harvest season is IDR 4,704,513. The income generated from copra production for each hectare of farmer's land area is IDR 3,650,053/Ha and for each tree is IDR 41,368/tree.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the profit of Warung Puput business in Bahu Village, Malalayang District, Manado City. The research was conducted for 2 months starting from January to February 2023. The research was conducted at Warung Puput business in Bahu Village, Malalayang District, Manado City. The research method used is a case study. The data used are primary data and secondary data, primary data obtained from direct interviews with the owner of Puput's warung business using a questionnaire as a tool in data collection. While secondary data comes from supporting data through books, journals, and scientific writings that can support research. This research uses descriptive analysis, the data obtained is then presented in tabulation to facilitate the delivery of research results. This research uses mathematical calculation analysis of total costs, revenue analysis, profit analysis. The results showed that the amount of profit of Warung Puput business in Bahu Village, Malalayang Subdistrict, Manado City can be categorized as a profitable business with a total income of IDR10.005.000 per week and a total cost of IDR6.872.489 per week, then an income of IDR3.132.511 per week is obtained.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the characteristics and preferences of Fellow Coffee Manado and Fellow Coffee Bitung consumers with 4 attributes, namely price, variants, facilities and service. The research was carried out from June to August 2023. The data collection method used was primary and secondary data. The data collection method used was primary and secondary data. Respondents in this study consisted of 84 samples taken totaling 42 respondents for each location. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Data measured using a Likert scale were analyzed using conjoint analysis. In the data processing process, using the SPSS version 27 program as a tool, the data is presented in table format and explained descriptively. The research results show that the order of attributes that have the highest utility for Fellow Coffee Manado is the price attribute of IDR 20.000-IDR 25.000 and the second utility is IDR 25.000-IDR 30.000. Attributes of fellow iced milk coffee variants and the second utility of Cafe Latte. The facility attributes free wifi and utility of both table and chair layouts. The service attributes are fast and the second utility is friendly. Meanwhile, the attribute that has the highest utility for Fellow Coffee Bitung is the price attribute of IDR 20.000-IDR 25.000 and the second utility is IDR 25.000-IDR 30.000. Attributes of the fellow's iced coffee milk variant and the second utility of salted caramel macchiatto. The facility attribute is the availability of electrical plugs and utilities, both the layout of tables and chairs. Friendly service attributes and fast second utility.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the social and economic conditions of cayenne pepper farmers in Tombasian Atas Satu Village, West Kawangkoan District, Minahasa Regency. This research was conducted for three months from July to September 2023, located in Tombasian Atas Satu Village, West Kawangkoan District, Minahasa Regency, North Sulawesi. The data collection method used in this research is primary data obtained directly through observations and interviews with cayenne pepper farmers in Tombasian Atas Village. Secondary data were obtained from literature related to the socio-economic conditions of cayenne pepper farmers or books, research journals, articles or data from local governments. The population in this study were all heads of families of cayenne pepper farmers in Tombasian Atas Satu Village, totaling 25 families. The data analysis method used in the research is descriptive analysis by processing data from the field into quantitative data in tabular form and then described so as to explain the social and economic conditions of farmers. The results showed that the social and economic conditions of cayenne pepper farmers in Tombasian Atas Satu Village were classified as good. The majority of farmers have higher education, farming knowledge gained from experience, and relatively few family dependents. The majority of farmers choose to seek treatment at the health center or doctor. The majority of farming experience is in the range of 0-5 years, the main source of capital comes from farmers themselves, the majority of farmers own their own land, and livelihood diversification helps reduce economic risk. Farmers' production and income ranged from 50-90 kg of cayenne pepper per month, with an income of IDR1.500.000 to IDR3.000.000.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the exchange rate of farmers in Passi Timur Sub-district, Bolaang Mongondow Regency. The research took place from August to October 2023. The research was conducted in Passi Timur Subdistrict, Bolaang Mongondow Regency. The data used in this study consisted of primary data and secondary data. Primary data is data obtained through direct interviews with respondents with a list of questions that have been prepared. Secondary data is data obtained through institutions, agencies, or offices related to this research such as data from the village head office, sub-district office, central statistics agency and so on. Sampling in the study using purporsive sampling method and the sample was 15 respondents of paddy rice farmers in Manembo Village, Poopo Village, and Pangian Village in Passi Timur Sub-district. The data analysis method used in this study uses the analysis of the exchange rate of wet-rice farmers by calculating the exchange rate of farmers (NTP) using the income concept formula. The results showed that the exchange rate of wet-rice farmers in Passi Timur Subdistrict, Bolaang Mongondow Regency obtained through the calculation of farmers' income and expenses amounted to 111.14, which means that wet-rice farmers in Passi Timur Subdistrict are able to meet the daily needs of their families from the results of wet-rice farming.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the trend of Farmer Exchange Rate between five agricultural subsectors in North Sulawesi Province in 2013-2022. The data collection method in this research is the secondary data survey method. This research uses time series data in 2013-2022 obtained from the North Sulawesi Central Bureau of Statistics. Data analysis in this study used trend analysis with the least square method. The results showed an increasing trend in the five subsectors in the future. The trend analysis formula formed in the food crop subsector is 98.10 + 0.38x, in the horticulture subsector is 101.55 + 0.41x, in the plantation subsector 96.85 + 0.46x, in the livestock subsector is 102.21 + 0.28x, and in the fisheries subsector is 104.049 + 0.34x. The subsector that showed the highest increase was the plantation subsector. The subsector that experienced the lowest increase was the livestock subsector.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the income of corn farmers in Sangkub III Village based on land ownership. This research was carried out from November to January 2022. The data used in this study were primary data and secondary data. Primary data was obtained through direct interviews with 20 respondents (10 respondents from owner farmers and 10 respondents from rented farmers) using a questionnaire. Secondary data were obtained from the government of Sangkub III Village and other institutions related to this research. Sampling method using simple random sampling method or simple random technique. The variables measured were the respondent's characteristics, land tenure status, expenditure, income and revenue. The data analysis method used is farm income analysis. The results showed that, the average income of corn farming in Sangkub III Village, Sangkub District, North Bolaang Mongondow Regency in one planting season was obtained by the owner farmer of Rp. 3,756,551/ha, while the average income obtained by rented farmers is Rp. 3,674,520/ha.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the level of satisfaction of visitors to the Batu Angus Nature Tourism Park, Bitung City. This research was carried out from March to May 2024. The data collection method used a sample survey method. Data collection techniques involve conducting direct interviews with visitors, and managers use questionnaires as a tool in data collection. The questionnaire contains several questions related to relevant research. The sampling method was by chance (accidental sampling) on ​​91 visitors to the Batu Angus Nature Tourism Park. The analytical method used was Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) and Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI). The results of the research show that the satisfaction level of visitors to the Batu Angus Nature Tourism Park, Bitung City, is 84.01 percent, which is included in the very satisfied category. There are several indicators that need to be improved, namely: environmental cleanliness, roads to tourist locations, suitability of food prices, availability of public toilets, availability of public transportation to tourist locations and distance to tourist locations from the city center.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the added value of ginger in herbal drinks Eufraino UD Makaaruien in Manado City. This research was conducted from September to October 2023. The data used were primary data and secondary data. Primary data was obtained by direct inter-view with the owner of UD Makaaruien and employees (labor) as well as direct observation at the research site. Secondary data is obtained from various literature related to this research. The data taken in this study is data in August 2023. The results showed that the added value of ginger in Eufraino herbal drinks UD Makaaruien in August 2023 for red ginger instant juice prod-ucts with 15 kg of ginger amounted to Rp 928,477 or Rp 61,898.5 per kg or 618.985%. Then for mangosteen 3 in 1 products with (2 kg of ginger, 3 kg of mangosteen and 2 kg of temulawak) amounting to IDR 483,727 or for 1 kg of ginger can provide added value of IDR 59,467.5 or 594.675%.
