Abstract

The distribution of rice subsidies for low-income communities has experienced many problems, so this research attempts to examine the implementation of rice subsidies for low-income communities in Kulon Progo Regency, the obstacles and efforts to overcome them. The methods used include types of sociological juridical research and analytical descriptive research specifications. The results of the study show that the implementation of rice subsidies for people's income still faces many obstacles. includes 5 namely: First, the difficulty of determining the criteria for the level of poverty, in this case, can be attempted by conducting periodic data collection, secondly, the amount of rice and beneficiaries is not the same, this can be attempted by forming special officers in receiving the distribution and weighing of raskin, thirdly the price of rice is expensive, this can be attempted by in accordance with the provisions of the law, the fourth is the delay in distribution, this can be attempted with simultaneous coordination by officials giving, distributing and receiving, fifth the quality of rice is low, this can be attempted by mixing subsidized rice with rice on the market.

Abstract

There is the phenomenon of juvenile delinquency which is increasingly prevalent in the city of Yogyakarta, various forms of juvenile delinquency ranging from mild delinquency such as truancy to delinquency that causes victims from other parties such as fighting, brawls and extortion. Juvenile delinquency behavior has various causative factors such as internal factors such as the child's weak self-defense from negative things and external factors such as from a less harmonious family, peers who have a negative influence on children. This is the basis for the purpose of this study, namely to find out the causes of the rise of juvenile delinquency that occurred in the city of Yogyakarta. Law enforcement officials and the government's role have made efforts, but there are often rampant acts of juvenile delinquency that occur in the city of Yogyakarta. The author identifies various sources to find out the causes of the rampant acts of juvenile delinquency.

Abstract

Muffler that has a louder sound or racing exhaust. Replacing the muffler is a violation committed by the perpetrators, how is law enforcement against motorists using racing exhausts in the perspective of Law No. 22 of 2009 concerning Road Traffic and Transportation in the city of Yogyakarta and what obstacles are experienced. This research is a type of observational research (sociological juridical) by means of a field survey. The results of this research and discussion are that it is known that the process of law enforcement against vehicles that use racing exhausts through educational efforts on legal knowledge to the public, preventive efforts, namely prevention of violations of the law as well as obstacles and obstacles experienced by law enforcement officials is that there are officers not every time and every way who stand guard because of the limited number of members, the absence of special banners and signs regarding prohibitions and the low knowledge and awareness of the law by the community.

Abstract

Eksistensi hukum yang kuat dalam memberikan jaminan kesejahteraan dan menjaga keutuhan lingkungan hidup melahirkan regulasi yang memberikan tanggung jawab pada korporasi guna memberikan kontribusi nyata, kepada masyarakat di daerah lingkungan sekitarnya berdirinya korporasi. Jika berkaitan dengan lingkungan regulasi ini mungkin akan dianggap relevan di jika penerapaanya kepda korporasi yang bergerak dalam pengelolaan sumber daya alam karena korporasi memiliki objek yang jelas serta dampak yang di timbulkan, akan tetapi jika di berlakukan kepada setiap perseroan terbatas maka ini tidak relevan dan tidak sejalan dengan prinsip tanggung jawab itu sendiri. Untuk itu ratio legis lahirnya regulasi ini lebih menitik beratkan pada tanggung jawab korporasi yang bergerak dalam bidang pengelolaan sumber daya alam atau kegiatan yang berpotensi merusak sumber daya alam. Polemic Tanggung Jawab Sosial dan Lingkungan terhadap Perseroan Terbatas Non Sumber Daya Alam adalah adanya penerapan regulasi yang sama terhadap setiap korporasi baik itu korporasi yang bergerak dalam bidang pengelolaan sumber daya alam maupun korporasi non sumber daya alam yang mengatur mengenai Corporate Social Responsbility dan dan tanggung jawab lingkungan Terbatas dimana dalam penguraiannya menimbulkan ketidakpastian, diskriminatif serta menyebabkan iklim usaha tidak efisiein dan tidak berkeadilan, padahal jika di gali lebih dalam Konsekuensi Tanggung Jawab Lingkungan dan sosial akan bermakna sebatas upaya pencegahan dari dampak negatif atas keberadaan perusahaan di lingkungan sekitarnya sebab tidak akan berdampak apapun terhadap lingkungan kegiatan usaha perseroan terbatas non sumber daya alam. Kata Kunci: Eksistensi, Tanggung Jawab, SDA.

Abstract

The problems examined in this study are based on problems that occur in the storage, distribution, and sale of alcoholic beverages and the prohibition of unlicensed mixed drinks in the Sleman Regency area. Even though the Sleman Regency Government has just Regulated the Regional Regulation of Sleman Regency Number 8 Year 2019 regarding Control and Supervision of Alcoholic Beverages and Prohibition of Mixed Beverages. This study is to determine the role and constraints of Civil Servants' Discipline in law enforcement against violations of the law reaching the Court. The study was conducted with empirical juridical research methods. The results showed that the only regional apparatus that was authorized to enforce the Regional Regulation was the Sleman District Civil Service Police Unit, whereas for law enforcement against criminal offenses the authorities other than the National Police Investigators were the Civil Servant Investigators (PPNS). PPNS actions in handling this case refer to the Criminal Procedure Code and in its filing use the Quick Examination Program which is intended for Light Criminal Acts (Tipiring) Keywords: Violation, Regional Regulation, Beverage, Alcoholic

Abstract

Results that obtained in study this concluded that street crime is a rife that is committed by teenagers in the city of Yogyakarta. Acts of crime with sharp weapons, and bullying. In the last 3 months, crime cases have increased. Efforts have been made by Big City Resort Police ( Polrestabes)  Yogyakarta to minimize and prevent crime This street is carried out by (a) Preentif namely conducting outreach or counselling to society including to school, (b) preventive ie do prevention with optimizing function Babinkamtibmas (NCO coach security And Order public) in wards, And (c) Repressive ie do prosecution direct if crime street happen.

Abstract

The background of this research is community participation in efforts to build village potential starting from the hamlet. The problem formulation in this research is 1) What is the planning strategy for building the potential of Bendungan village starting from the hamlet? 2) What are the obstacles faced in the village development planning strategy from the Dusun Kuncen Wates District, Kulon Progo Regency? 3) What are the efforts to overcome obstacles in the planning strategy for developing Villages from Dusun? The research design that the authors use is a descriptive analysis research design. The primary data source is that there are 15 people who were interviewed. Data collection techniques in this study were library research, and field studies (observations and interviews). Data analysis techniques in this study were collecting observation and interview data, interpreting observation and interview data, describing observation and interview data to answer the research problem formulation and drawing conclusions from observation and interview data to answer the research problem formulation. Based on the results of the study that 1) The village development planning strategy starting from Kuncen Hamlet, Wates District, Kulon Progo Regency, in general, can be implemented, but there are still several indicators of implementation that are still not optimal, 2) lack of awareness that village potential can be explored can be more beneficial for welfare 3) The efforts made, namely inviting the community to be more active, providing understanding to the community, are still not being implemented by the Village Government.

This study focuses on the potential of the Wates Market to support the local economy. The main objective is to evaluate the impact of market potential management on improving the local community's economy. This study aims to identify the potential to support the local economy in Wates Market and determine its impact on economic growth. The research results show that Wates Market has the potential to support the local economy through lower prices, diverse product offerings, and strategic location. Effective management of market potential has a significant impact on community economic growth, because market managers tend to favor superior products

Abstract

Strategies for the Dikulon Progo Post-Pandemic Election in 2024. This research uses a qualitative method approach. Sources of research data include primary and secondary data sources. Data collection tools and techniques use interviews and documentation. Test the validity of the data in this study using the source triangulation technique. The research data that has been collected is then analyzed including data collection; presentation of data; and conclusion or verification. The results showed that the strategy for winning elections was by formulating work programs, mass mapping, branding and positioning , political marketing strategies , political communications, political campaigns using SWOT analysis (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats), as well as approaches to farmers, community leaders and religious leaders.
