Abstract

The objective of this article is to offer a general overview of how face-to-face learning can be utilized in the context of the new normal era and to identify potential learning models that teachers can employ in addressing educational challenges within this era. In the process of developing this article, a literature review method was employed. The data collection process included a comprehensive review of various references from national and international journals that are pertinent to the subject matter under discussion. Upon conducting thorough research, the author will then select, analyze, and present results in a systematic manner. The learning model represents a significant element within the context of learning. As an individual occupying a pivotal role in the learning process, the teacher is responsible for applying an optimal learning model to ensure the successful attainment of learning objectives. A selection of models that can be utilized for learning within the new normal era includes: Three learning models are worthy of mention: Blended Learning, Flipped Classroom, and Hybrid Learning. In applying any of the aforementioned models to the learning process, it is important to consider the specific characteristics of each learner and the abilities of the instructor.

Abstract

Android is an operating system that is open source, so that it can be developed by users. The development of android applications on smartphones encourages the creation of a smart house system that is used to control and monitor household appliances such as water tanks. Water tanks necessity that must be met today, the difficulty in controlling water in a water tank obstacle that is currently felt in the community. With the help of current technological advances, IoT can reduce the problems that exist today, only using an Android smartphone and microcontroller. Android smartphone functions to send and receive information signals to and from the microcontroller via the internet network. Information is obtained from the microcontroller in form of a Mini D1 Wemos placed in a water tank. Then the LDR provides the cleanliness of the water level based on the incoming light and the LED signals when the water a high degree of saturation. This application uses Bylink which can monitor the water tank by obtaining notifications from the microcontroller that has been implanted in the water tank. With this, the community can enjoy a healthier life because it can control the cleanliness of the water tank easily and practically.

Abstract

This study investigates the impact of teacher training, school leadership, and curriculum innovation on student performance and teacher job satisfaction in secondary schools. Using a quantitative research design, data were collected from 200 secondary school teachers through a structured questionnaire, and analysis was conducted using Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS 3). The findings indicate that teacher training, school leadership, and curriculum innovation each have significant positive effects on both student performance and teacher job satisfaction, with school leadership demonstrating the strongest influence. These results highlight the importance of comprehensive professional development, supportive leadership, and relevant curriculum updates in enhancing educational outcomes. The study offers valuable insights for policymakers, school administrators, and educators, emphasizing the need for integrated strategies that foster a productive and engaging learning environment.

Abstract

Background. In the digital age, emojis have evolved from simple pictographs into a global communication tool, transcending language barriers. As the world seeks to scale access to quality education, particularly in low-resource regions, artificial intelligence (AI) has emerged as a key enabler in overcoming these barriers. The role of emojis in enhancing digital literacy and educational communication in these regions remains underexplored. Purpose. This study investigates the potential of emojis, supported by AI-driven systems, to improve educational accessibility and engagement in low-resource areas. Method. The research aims to explore how AI can leverage emojis as a universal language tool to enhance learning experiences and bridge communication gaps in diverse linguistic and cultural contexts. A mixed-method approach was employed, combining qualitative interviews with educators and students, and quantitative analysis of educational platforms utilizing emoji-based learning interfaces. The study focused on low-resource regions where traditional educational tools are less accessible. Results. Results indicated that emoji-based communication, when integrated with AI-driven educational tools, significantly improved engagement and comprehension among learners, particularly in multilingual environments. Students reported a deeper connection to content and higher motivation to learn, while educators found it easier to communicate complex concepts using visual aids like emojis. The study suggests that AI-supported emoji language can be a scalable solution for improving educational access in underserved regions. Conclusion. In conclusion, the study suggests that adaptive learning algorithms In conclusion, the findings highlight the potential of AI and emojis to revolutionize educational communication in low-resource areas. By leveraging emojis as a universal language, AI can contribute to narrowing the global education gap and fostering inclusive learning.

Abstract

The rapid development of technology causes the need for information systems to increase to encourage people to carry out an activity so that it can be carried out quickly and precisely, and are required to be able to make decisions using the right method. so as to obtain benefits for the progress of information systems. The information system needed in handling the payment process must be precise and fast, errors in the payment entry process and payment calculation and the process of recording payment results. Currently the handling of tuition payments is still done semi-computerized using Microsoft Excel. then a system is needed that can equalize or convert courses. The method used in this information system is the SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) method of the waterfall type model, which is expected to be able to easily determine the achievement of a system, where a website system that has been designed uses PHP with the Laravel Framework as its programming language and MySQL as a container. database storage, and UML (Unified Modeling Language) as a system model to describe the flow of procedures in the form of objects consisting of Use Case Diagrams, Activity Diagrams, and Sequence Diagrams, The results of this test are in the form of data or information about payments. From the test results, it can be concluded that this system can perform the expected functions. Hopefully with this system, it can help the finance department to check the results of student payments in order to know whether the payment results are correct or not, so as to minimize recalculation in the management of financial statements.

Abstract

Kajian meta-analisis ini menyelidiki dampak kepemimpinan strategis terhadap kinerja organisasi berdasarkan hasil penelitian dari lima artikel terkait. Artikel-artikel tersebut melibatkan konsep kepemimpinan strategis, perencanaan strategik, dan faktor-faktor internal seperti kepuasan kerja dan gaya kepemimpinan. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan strategis memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap kinerja organisasi, baik dalam konteks pemerintahan, organisasi publik, maupun bisnis. Perencanaan strategik, sebagai panduan komprehensif, juga diakui sebagai elemen penting dalam mencapai tujuan organisasi. Faktor internal seperti kepuasan kerja dan gaya kepemimpinan juga berkontribusi positif terhadap kinerja. Kesimpulan ini menyoroti kompleksitas dan keberagaman konteks organisasi, serta menggarisbawahi pentingnya pengelolaan aspek-aspek ini untuk mencapai kinerja organisasi yang optimal.
