Abstract

This research focuses on knowing traffic performance on Raja Don Thomas street as well traffic generation and attraction caused by existence of the Roxy maumere shopping centre on the performance of Raja Don Thomas road. the method used this research was qualitative methods using research techniques in the form observation, experimentation,and open interviews. Data presented in the form of numbers/scale, and in the form of opinions or the results of field record. In conducting data analyisis, the writer used a method namely the multiple linear regression equation method. The equation formula as Y= a-b1X1+B2X2 then, the result multiple regression quation double was Y=10,196- 18,92X1+135,9X2. The results obtained based on data analysis was the Fcount value was 0,008 <Ftable 199 with a sicnificant value of 0,008 <0,05, then how was accepted. Thus, the decision was accepted, and the hypothesis that could be drawn was there was no sicnificant effect between the number of goods (X1) and number of empeloyes (X2) on incoming and outgoing vehicels (Y). Based on the previous data analysis results, the conclision was the analysis performance of the Raja Don Thomas road section was 0,32 with a stable follow B level of service, but the operating speed was beginning to be limited by traffic conditions. The number of vhichels leaving and entering the Roxy Maumere supermarket was unaffected by the number of goods or empeloyes.

Abstract

Pada pelaksanaan perkerasan jalan, suhu pemadatan campuran aspal sangat berpengaruh terhadap karakteristik lapisan aspal yang direncanakan. Campuran aspal panas untuk perkerasan lentur di dalam pembuatan benda uji penelitian di rancang dengan menggunakan metode Marshall. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh suhu pada proses pemadatan aspal panas (asphalt hotmix) AC WC gradasi halus terhadap parameter Marshall dengan acuan Spesifikasi Bina Marga 2010. Pengambilan data Marshall dilakukan sebanyak dua sampel per variasi suhu tmbukan, suhu tumbukan yang di tinjau yaitu 120 oC, 125 oC, 130 oC, 135 oC, 140 oC, 145 oC, 150 oC, dan 155 oC dengan menggunakan kadar aspal 6%. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa pada suhu 120 oC sampai suhu 140 oC, memenuhi spesifikasi Bina Marga 2010, sedangkan pada suhu 145 oC sampai suhu 155 oC tidak memenuhi spesifikasi Bina Marga 2010, hal ini terjadi karena semakin bertambahnya suhu tumbukan maka ikatan antara aspal dengan agregat tidak maksimal sehingga nilai VMA, VIM, VFA, Fllow dan MQ akan semakin meningkat.

Abstract

The number of accidents that occurred on Jalan Ahmad Yani Maumere, Sikka Regency during the last 4 (four) years has often decreased and increased, causing the number of fatalities to increase every year. The condition of traffic flow and speed on the Ahmad Yani road section is quite high due to its function as a secondary collector road and the land use around the road section includes offices, schools, shopping centers causing frequent conflicts and traffic problems, especially in the field of road safety. This research aims to to improve safety in road traffic as well as road users' perceptions of improving road safety. The research was carried out by observing and inventorying the condition of equipment facilities along Jalan Ahmad Yani and the perceptions of road users who filled out questionnaires totaling 30 respondents in order to obtain treatment suggestions based on the results of the analysis. The results of the research show that the high number of accidents on the Ahmad Yani road is largely caused by a lack of awareness of road users and suboptimal road facilities and infrastructure. Therefore, it is necessary to evaluate road safety by conducting routine and periodic inspections.

Abstract

Public transportation that plays an important role in supporting the mobility of rural residents is rural public transportation. The function of rural public transportation is to serve rural communities in the fields of education, economy and trade. The ideal village transportation tariff cost factor is the cost that is most affordable for use and can still provide large profits for the operator as a service provider and can maintain the continuity of the village transportation business. The aim of the research is to find out how much the vehicle operating costs (BOK) for village public transport on the Kloangpopot-Terminal Lokaria route, find out how much the tariff is based on the vehicle operating costs (BOK) on the Kloangpopot-Terminal Lokaria route and find out the suitability between the rates in the field and the rates based on operational costs. Vehicles and rates set by the government. To determine the Vehicle Operational Costs (BOK) for village transportation on the Kloangppopot-Lokaria Terminal route, using the method from the decree of the Directorate General of Land Transportation of the Republic of Indonesia whose components include direct costs and indirect costs. The results of this research are that the tariff based on BOK (vehicle operating costs) per year is IDR 4,057,063 /passenger/year, the BOK (vehicle operating costs) tariff per day is IDR 15,500 /passenger, and the tariff for students is IDR 10,500/ passenger. Meanwhile, the rates are according to Sikka Regent's Decree Number 1 of 2022 concerning temporary rates for public passenger transportation within the Sikka Regency area. For the Lokaria-Kloangpopot Terminal route, it is set at IDR 13,000,000 / passenger for the public and students at IDR 7,800

Abstract

In terms of traffic characteristics and level of service, volume (Q), speed (Vs) and density (D) are interconnected. Jalan Gajah Mada in the city of Maumere is included in the collector road class with a road length of 450m, a road width of 11m which is divided into 2/2 TT. To overcome traffic problems due to the presence of several shopping centers which reduce road performance, knowledge is needed about traffic characteristics and models of the relationship between these characteristics. This research aims to analyze the relationship between traffic parameters that occur. Survey data includes volume (Q) and velocity (Vs) using the manual count method, while model analysis uses Greenshield and Underwood. Volume (Q), speed (Vs) and density (D) of traffic were analyzed based on the 2023 Indonesian Road Capacity Guidelines (PKJI 2023) for Urban Roads. The analysis results show that the highest volume (Q) is 917.70 pcu/hour, the highest speed (Vs) is 41.13 km/hour, and the highest density (D) is 46.29 pcu/hour. From the results of the analysis using the Greenshield and Underwood models, it can be seen that the traffic characteristics that are in accordance with the existing conditions that occur on Jalan Gajah Mada are the Greenshield model with a value of r² = 0.616, with the model equation Vs = 36.091 – (36.091/77.766). Abstract

Based on Minister of Public Works Regulation Number 14/PRT/M/2015 dated April 21, 2015, Sikka Regency has 35 irrigation areas under the authority of the Regency where the irrigation network channels water to an area of 3,106 hectares of rice fields; In 2024, the Sikka Regency Government will handle 3 irrigation networks, 2 of which are the Koro irrigation network and the Kojablo Irrigation Network. The quality of the infrastructure facilities handled by the Government needs to be analyzed and maintenance and repairs need to be carried out if they are damaged so that the irrigation network infrastructure facilities can function optimally in channeling flow to the rice fields. This research is urgent to provide information to readers regarding the quality index of irrigation network infrastructure in the 2 longest irrigation networks in Sikka Regency, namely the Koro irrigation network and the Kojablo irrigation network. The research method used is a case study/field study method, then the data is processed and analyzed using Microsoft Office Excel version 19 and conclusions are drawn. The research results show that the infrastructure quality index for the Koro irrigation network is 31%, and the Kojablo irrigation network is 86%. The percentage index for the condition of the irrigation network from both locations is 58,50%, based on Ministerial Regulation Number 12/PRT/M/2015, the percentage value for the condition of the irrigation network is in the moderately damaged category.

Abstract

Asphalt is a road-supporting component that is commonly found on every road. In pratice, the temperature of the hotmix asphalt is critical to pay attention to when spreading. Therefore, asphalt will melt if heated to a certain temperature and then freeze again at lower one. Distance and temperature are always inversely related; the separation between the Asphalt Mixing Plant (AMP) and the place of the spreading is what determines how much the temperature drops. This research aimed to determine the effect of distance and time on reducing the temperature of hotmixasphalt. The research method used the experimental method (direct measurement). Temperature measurements were taken when the asphalt had just been poured into the truck and when the asphalt arrived at the spreading location. The research result of the temperature reduction on hotmix asphalt at the Route 1 laying location were 130 c over a distance of 66 km and the results of temperature reduction on Route 2 were 100 c over a distance of 26 km. This density test aimed to determine and take samples of pavement in the field so that the thickness and characteristics of the pavement mixture can be identified. The density result for test object one was 98.46%, test object two was 100.26%, and object test three was 98.06% density.

Abstract

Penilaian kondisi kerusakan jalan berdasarkan pengaruh beban lalu lintas kendaraan sangat perlu dilakukan untuk monitoring seberapa tingkat kerusakan yang terjadi pada suatu ruas jalan. Hasil yang akan didapat akan sangat membantu dalam penyusunan program rehabilitasi dan penganggaran penanganan jalan. Dua metode yang bisa dipakai dalam rangka penilaian kondisi kerusakan perkerasan jalan yaitu metode Bina Marga dan metode PCI ( pavement condition index). Penelitian ini mempunyai tujuan yaitu mengetahui jenis-jenis kerusakan, membandingkan nilai kondisi perkerasan jalan menggunakan kedua metode diatas dan memberikan alternatif penanganan sesuai kerusakan yang ada pada ruas jalan Jalan.Kureng, Jalan.Moang Siku Koru, Jalan.Asam. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan cara melakukan survei visual, pengukuran kerusakan permukaan perkerasan dan survei LHR ( lalulintas harian rata-rata ) selama tiga hari pada ruas jalan tersebut. Setelah didapat data-data dari lapangan maka selanjutnya, hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini adalah Metode Bina Marga didapat nilai Urutan prioritas (UP) untuk jalan Kureng adalah 10, Jalan Asam 9, dan Jalan Moang Siku Koru 13 (dimasukan dalam program pemeliharaan rutin), sedangkan berdasarkan metode PCI diperoleh nilai tingkatan kerusakan sebesar untuk jalan Kureng adalah 45 masuk dalam kualitas perkerasan sedang (fair), sedangkan jalan Asam dan jalan Moang Siku Koru dengan nilai 93 dan 92 masuk dalam kualitas perkerasan sempurna (excellent). Hasil dari kedua metode ini mempunyai rekomendasi penanganan yaitu Composite pavement ( Lapisan Plat Beton dibawah dan Lapisan Aspal diatasnya) sehingga jika dilalui oleh kendaraan berat dengan beban berlebih, jalan bisa menahan beban kendaraan.

Abstract

Transportation represents a derived demand resulting from various economic, social, and cultural activities. Among the urban activities that significantly influence transportation is trade and service activities. The Alok Market in Maumere has designated parking areas; however, these spaces have not been utilized optimally, as some vendors and customers continue to park their vehicles improperly. This situation leads to disorder for both drivers and pedestrians. The objective of this research was to analyze traffic flow and propose solutions to improve traffic movement within the Alok Market area. The necessary data for this study included primary data on traffic volume, side obstructions, and road geometry. This research employed a quantitative descriptive method. The analysis indicated that traffic engineering interventions are essential for regulating movement within the Alok Market. Proposed traffic management solutions includes the addition of traffic signs and direct supervision by authorized personnel to ensure the successful implementation of the traffic engineering measures designed

Abstract

Jalan Soekarno-Hatta merupakan salah satu jalan raya utama di kota Maumere. Selain sebagai jalur utama, ruas jalan ini juga dipenuhi dengan beberapa bangunan penting, antara lain sekolah, tempat ibadah, dan gedung perkantoran, sehingga sering menyebabkan lalu lintas padat. Ruas jalan di depan Kantor Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil khususnya bermasalah karena tingginya volume kendaraan pada jam sibuk. Hal ini semakin diperparah dengan adanya faktor gesekan samping seperti kendaraan masuk dan keluar, berhenti, atau parkir di badan jalan sehingga mengurangi kapasitas jalan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi kinerja ruas Jalan Soekarno-Hatta khususnya di depan Kantor Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil. Analisis kinerja jalan dilakukan dengan menggunakan Pedoman Kapasitas Jalan Indonesia 2023 (PKJI 2023), khususnya ruas yang berlaku untuk jalan perkotaan. Survei dilakukan selama tiga hari dalam seminggu, Senin, Rabu, dan Jumat. Berdasarkan analisis, volume lalu lintas tertinggi yang tercatat sebesar 855 smp/jam (satuan mobil penumpang per jam), dengan kecepatan rata-rata maksimum 29,48 km/jam dan nilai derajat kejenuhan sebesar 0,452. Dengan demikian, tingkat pelayanan ruas Jalan Soekarno-Hatta tergolong Level C
