Abstract

Abstract: Basically, this region experiences growth every year. The negative impact of uncontrolled population growth will cause social inequality and poverty and affect the progress and prosperity of the region. Judging from the number of residents registered with the Population and Civil Registration Service, Siantar Martoba District has a fairly high population growth rate, so it is necessary to predict the future population. In making a prediction, a good method is needed to solve a problem. In this research, a backpropagation algorithm was used using five architectures, namely architecture 4-71-1, 4-31-1, 4-16-1, 4-72-1, 4-83-1. From the results of tests carried out using data on the population of Siantar Martoba, the best architecture was obtained, namely architecture 4-31-1 with a mean squared error for training of 0.00009960 and a mean squared error for testing of 0.000099957 and obtained an epoch of 14012 iterations with a time of 01 minutes 40 seconds. It was concluded that this method can predict the population of Siantar Martoba in the future using Matlab R2011a, thus obtaining a population of Siantar Martoba of 36470 people.            Keywords: architecture; backpropagation; pematangsiantar; population; welfare  Abstrak: Pada dasarnya, wilayah ini mengalami pertumbuhan setiap tahunnya. Dampak negatif pertumbuhan penduduk yang tidak terkendali akan menyebabkan kesenjangan sosial dan kemiskinan dan mempengaruhi kemajuan, kesejahteraan daerah tersebut. Dilihat dari jumlah penduduk yang terdaftar pada Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kecamatan siantar martoba mempunyai laju pertumbuhan penduduk yang cukup tinggi, sehingga perlu dilakukan prediksi jumlah penduduk masa depan. Dalam melakukan sebuah prediksi dibutuhkan sebuah metode yang baik dalam menyelesaikan sebuah permasalahan, dalam penelitian ini digunakan algoritma backpropagation dengan menggunakan lima arsitektur yaitu arsitektur 4-71-1, 4-31-1, 4-16-1, 4-72-1, 4-83-1. Dari hasil pengujian yang telah dilakukan dengan menggunakan data jumlah penduduk siantar martoba diperoleh arsitektur terbaik yaitu arsitektur 4-31-1 dengan nilai mean squared error pelatihan 0.00009960 dan mean squared error pengujian 0.000099957 dan memperoleh epoch 14012 iterations dengan waktu 01 menit 40 detik. Disimpulkan bahwa metode ini dapat memprediksi jumlah penduduk Siantar Martoba di masa depan dengan menggunakan Matlab R2011a, sehingga memperoleh jumlah penduduk siantar martoba sebanyak 36470 Jiwa. Kata kunci: arsitektur; backpropagation; pematangsiantar; kependudukan; kesejahteraan

Abstract

Desa Lenek Ramban Biak has transformed into an ecotourism village due to its various tourism potentials, including natural, cultural, and religious attractions. However, both the government and local communities lack awareness of the importance of managing village tourism. Through the Community Service Program (Kuliah Kerja Nyata) conducted by PMD UNRAM, efforts have been made to enhance cleanliness and attract more visitors. Activities include creating photo spots, producing promotional videos, and establishing waste disposal facilities through collective clean-up efforts. The implementation methods involve crafting waste bins from recycled bamboo, conducting clean-up drives at tourist spots, producing promotional videos, and creating photo spots using wood and bamboo. The addition of photo spots aims to make the tourist destination more appealing. The use of bamboo waste bins is intended to raise awareness among the community about waste management and promote a cleaner and healthier environment. Additionally, leveraging technological advancements for promotional video production facilitates wider outreach through social media platforms, thereby increasing awareness among the public. Social media serves as a convenient channel for disseminating information about the tourist destination.

Abstract

Abstract: Sei Dadap Community Health Center has a central role in providing health services in its area. Focusing on employee performance as the main determinant of service effectiveness and quality is important. This research aims to develop a decision support system to support Community Health Center leaders in selecting employees who excel. Research methods include identifying assessment criteria with the leadership of the Community Health Center, collecting employee performance data, and implementing a decision support system using the SMART Method for data analysis. Evaluation of system results is carried out to ensure consistency and accuracy. The implementation of the research results is directed at the HR management of the Community Health Center, with recognition and promotion for outstanding employees, as well as guidance for those who need it. This research provides a basis for Sei Dadap Community Health Center leaders in making decisions regarding employees, while increasing the transparency and efficiency of HR management. In this system, users can enter employee data as well as employee assessment results for each relevant criterion.The system will display the decision results in the form of employee rankings based on ranking.           Keywords: Decision Support System; Employee Achievement; SMART.Abstrak: Puskesmas Sei Dadap memiliki peran sentral dalam memberikan layanan kesehatan di wilayahnya. Fokus pada kinerja pegawai sebagai penentu utama efektivitas dan kualitas layanan menjadi penting. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan sistem pendukung keputusan untuk mendukung pemimpin Puskesmas dalam memilih pegawai yang berprestasi. Metode penelitian meliputi identifikasi kriteria penilaian dengan pimpinan Puskesmas, pengumpulan data kinerja pegawai, dan penerapan sistem pendukung keputusan dengan Metode SMART untuk analisis data. Evaluasi hasil sistem dilakukan untuk memastikan konsistensi dan akurasi. Implementasi hasil penelitian diarahkan pada manajemen SDM Puskesmas, dengan pengakuan dan peningkatan bagi pegawai berprestasi, serta pembimbingan bagi yang membutuhkan. Penelitian ini memberikan landasan bagi pemimpin Puskesmas Sei Dadap dalam pengambilan keputusan terkait pegawai, sambil meningkatkan transparansi dan efisiensi manajemen SDM.Dalam sistem akan menampilkan hasil keputusan berupa peringkat pegawai berdasarkan ranking.Kata kunci: Sistem Pendukung Keputusan;Pegawai Berprestasi; SMART

Abstract

The use of Internet of Things (IoT) technology in agriculture is growing rapidly. One of the IoT technologies that can be utilized in agriculture is smart farming. Smart farming is an agricultural method that uses information and communication technology to increase productivity and efficiency in the agricultural sector, one of which is hydroponics. Hydroponics is a farming technique without using soil media, which uses water as a medium for plant growth. However, in the application of smart farming Hydroponics, some obstacles still need to be overcome. One of these obstacles is plant monitoring which is still done manually, requiring a lot of time and effort. In addition, energy use is also a problem in smart farming Hydroponics applications. One solution to these obstacles is using a solar tracker to monitor smart farming hydroponics. A solar tracker is a technology used to follow the movement of the sun to increase energy efficiency. By using a solar tracker, maximum energy can be generated, so that it can be used for monitoring smart farming hydroponics.
