Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh motivasi, kepemimpinan, dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. Kusuma Satria Dinasari Wisatajaya (Divisi Kusuma Agrowisata). Sampel yang dipilih adalah 40 responden dan diperoleh dengan metode purposif sampling. Analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil signifikansi dari uji t menyebutkan bahwa variabel motivasi dan kepemimpinan mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan. Sedangkan, hasil signifikansi dari uji t menyebutkan bahwa variabel lingkungan kerja tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Signifikansi uji F menyebutkan bahwa variabel motivasi, kepemimpinan, dan lingkungan kerja secara simultan memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

Kegiatan usaha dibidang jasa saat ini sangat pesat pertumbuhannya. Keberadaan perusahaan sebagai salah satu unsur penunjang pembangunan nasional mempunyai peranan yang sangat penting terutama atas barang dan jasa. Penelitian dilakukan di PT. Kusuma Satria Disasri Wisatajaya (Divisi Kusuma Agrowisata). Tujuan penelitian ini untuk untuk menganalisis pengaruh peran pemberian insentif terhadap peningkatan motivasi kerja karyawan pada Kusuma Agrowisata. Untuk menganalisis pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan pada Kusuma Agrowisata. Untuk menganalisis Pemberian Insentif berpengaruh terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan  kusuma agrowisata. Untuk menganalisis motivasi kerja dapat memediasi pemberian insentif terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan kusuma agrowisata. Sampel yang digunakan adalah karyawan tetap Divisi Kusuma Agrowisata berjumlah 40 responden. Dengan menggunakan metode Cluster sampling. Analisis yang digunakan yaitu SPSS dengan analisis path. Motivasi kerja yang baik akan meningkatkan prestasi kerja karyawan, sehingga tujuan perusahaan akan tercapai dan kinerja karyawan akan meningkat. Pemberian insentif yang tidak sesuai dengan yang diharapkan karyawan sehingga kinerja karyawan akan menurun dan tujuan perusahaan tidak tercapai. Pemberian insentif terhadap prestasi kerja melalui motivasi kerja belum mampu memediasi, sehingga pemberian insentif perlu ditingkatkan dan prestasi kerja karyawan akan meningkat dan tujuan perusahaan tercapai.

Abstract

This study was aimed at analyzing the influence of the worker perception about theleadership behavior which had relationship-oriented from the leader or the supervisor towardsthe work through self-efficacy and organizational citizenship behavior. To gain the objectives,explanatory research was conducted in correlational research. The samples were made of 125respondents from the workers of PT. Bank Central Asia Tbk. District VII Malang who had thepositions from supervisors (SPV) till chief managers (CM) with simple sampling technique. Thedata were taken from questionnaire and interview as the instruments of the research. Then,they were analyzed by using Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) as the statistical techniquewith rate a = 0,05. The results of the research showed: 1) the tendency of the leaders of PT BCATbk. District VII Malang in applying leadership behaviour with relationship-oriented was high,and so were the self-efficacy, and extra-role (OCB) workship (either the employee or theemployer). 2) The influence of leadership behaviour with relationship-oriented towards extrarole (OCB) workship was not significant. The correlations among those variables changed afterthey were interfered by self-efficacy variable as the moderator variable. 3) The result of thisresearch showed that self-efficacy variable mediated the influence of leadership behaviourwith relationship-oriented towards extra-role workship (OCB).

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to evaluate the implementation of MBKM in the learning process using the case method and team based project implemented by the study program at Unikama. This research is a descriptive research with qualitative and quantitative approaches. The research method used is a survey method using a questionnaire. The research subjects were determined based on the research objectives, namely the entire academic community and stakeholders in the Unikama environment. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the case method and Team Based Project is one method that is in accordance with the MBKM program and is actually able to provide opportunities to improve student skills, namely Creativity Skills, Critical Thinking Skills, Communication Skills, and Collaboration Skills (4C), so that better quality of graduates. The implementation of MBKM using Case Method and Team Base Project Learning has been carried out by lecturers

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to analyze the role of information systems consisting of system quality, information quality, ease of use, and user satisfaction on information systems on the effectiveness of employees' work. The study population was 221 employees at the University of PGRI Kanjuruhan Malang, the number of samples in the study was 69 employees using the proportional random sample technique. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the system quality, information quality, ease of use and user satisfaction had an effect on employee work effectiveness. So the information system will simplify and speed up the implementation of the work if the quality of the system is considered, the quality of information, the ease of use, and ensures that users are satisfied. Research is limited to one organization, can be developed by involving broader research

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of managerial ability, commitment, and work from home system on performance. This research uses quantitative research on Bhakti Pertiwi Junior High School teachers with a total sample of 63 people. Data were collected using a questionnaire designed using a 5-point Likert Scale. Managerial ability is the ability of the principal in carrying out management functions. Commitment is measured by affective, continual, and normative commitment. The work from home system is a time flexibility that will affect the discipline, responsibility and creativity of teachers. Data analysis technique using Multiple Linear Regression. The results of the study reveal that teacher performance is influenced by the ability of the principal's manager, also influenced by the level of commitment to the profession. In addition, the implementation of work from home during the Covid-19 pandemic did not cause teacher performance to decrease, it was actually able to improve teacher performance.

Abstract

Products produced from agricultural businesses such as the cultivation of potatoes, apples, bananas and others play a very important role for the community in Poncokusumo District, Malang Regency. This potential has not been explored and empowered, especially in utilizing agricultural products, land with potential for agro-tourism, and human resources, namely by increasing the knowledge and skills of the Poncokusumo community through the transfer of skills and technology and demonstration plots. The objectives of this program are (1) To increase public awareness as owners of tourist villages; (2) Equipping the community to have skills in processing agricultural products; (3) Provide facilities for displaying processed dry food products and handicrafts; (4) Train the community to have knowledge and skills about business management; (5) Creating online promotion media in the form of Poncokusumo Profile Website and e-commerce Website. To fulfill these objectives, the implementation methods in this community service activity are in the form of; training, practice and coaching as well as guidance. The results achieved from this community service program are: the quality and quantity of processed agricultural products increases, processed products are accommodated in packaging labeled and have PIRT, There is a proper place for displaying processed products, the community has online publication facilities, and there is an increase in product diversification and improvement. community income. Based on the results of the entire series of service activities, it can be concluded that when the community has an understanding as the owner of a tourist village, the willingness to improve skills and knowledge in utilizing their potential turns out to have an impact on increasing economic welfare.

Abstract

Various research results show that everything that is expected of a leader, what a leader can and cannot do, as well as the status and influence exerted by a leader is the result of the culture in the country where the leader performs his function. Therefore, to be an effective leader one must have the capacity that is obtained through developing leadership skills in the social context in which he is located. This study aims to analyze the effect of developing leadership skills and local wisdom values in forming leadership excellence in Indonesia. The research method used quantitative. The research sample was the leaders of Javanese, Sundanese, Betawi, Minang, Bugis, Batak, Madurese, Balinese, Banjar, Menado, Mataram, Flores and Papuan ethnic groups with a total of 710 respondents. A cluster and purposive sampling technique were used because the leaders as the unit of analysis were grouped into clusters based on ethnicity and region and then the leaders who were selected based on the objectives of the study. SEM analysis was used to data analysis and hipothesis testing.  This study shows that the development of leadership abilities and local wisdom values can significantly increase the dimensions of leadership excellence. Besides, the values of local wisdom are able to moderate the influence of developing leadership abilities on leadership excellence.

Abstract

The role of the principal is crucial to optimize the implementation of the student character strengthening program. Unfortunately, the role of the principal is experiencing obstacles because he has not found the appropriate form of role and approach to make the student character strengthening program effective. This study examines the principal's transformational leadership role based on a local cultural system. A qualitative approach is used in this study, the case study design with the subjects studied were school principals. Participants in this study include three principals, three senior teachers, one parent, and one cultural figure. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, participant observation, and documentation studies to achieve the research objectives. Data analysis employed a modified analytical analysis method. Meanwhile, the validity of the data was based on the level of credibility, transferability, dependence, and confirmability. The study results prove that the principal's transformational leadership role with a local cultural approach has a positive impact on the optimization of character strengthening programs and positive changes in students' moral behavior. The study concludes that the transformational leadership role of local culture-based principals impacts optimizing student character strengthening programs.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to describe implementing local cultural moral values that have not been prioritized by the Indonesian Ministry of Education, as the standard values of the main character in schools. In addition, this study also describes the transformational leadership behavior of school principals, based on a local culture-based approach. This research uses a qualitative approach, a case study design. Data collection was carried out through in-depth interviews, participant observation, and documentation study to achieve the research objectives. Data analysis used a modified analytical analysis method. Meanwhile, the data validity measurement was based on the level of credibility, transferability, dependability, and confirmability. The results of the study explain that the moral values of local culture support the strengthening of student character, and the application of transformational leadership based on a local cultural approach is very effective in optimizing the implementation of character education strengthening programs. This research was conducted in 2020 - 2021, at State Junior High School 1, Catholic Private Junior High School, and Islamic Private Junior High School in West Flores, East Indonesia. Keywords: transformational leadership; school principals; character strengthening; local wisdom values; lonto leok culture Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan proses penerapan nilai-nilai moral budaya lokal yang belum diprioritaskan oleh Kementerian Pendidikan Indonesia, sebagai nilai-nilai standar karakter utama di sekolah. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga mendeskripsikan perilaku kepemimpinan transformasional kepala sekolah, berdasarkan pendekatan berbasis budaya lokal. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, desain studi kasus. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipan, dan studi dokumentasi untuk mencapai tujuan penelitian. Analisis data menggunakan metode analisis analitik yang dimodifikasi. Sedangkan pengukuran keabsahan data didasarkan pada taraf kredibilitas, transferabilitas, ketergantungan, dan konfirmabilitas. Hasil penelitian menjelaskan bahwa nilai-nilai moral budaya lokal mendukung penguatan karakter siswa, dan penerapan kepemimpinan transformasional berbasis pendekatan budaya lokal sangat efektif dalam mengoptimalkan pelaksanaan program penguatan pendidikan karakter. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada tahun 2018 - 2019, di SMP Negeri 1, SMP Swasta Katolik, dan SMP Swasta Islam di wilayah Flores Barat, Indonesia Timur.Kata kunci: kepemimpinan transformasional; kepala sekolah; penguatan karakter; nilai-nilai kearifan lokal; budaya lonto leok
