Abstract

The development of Islamic Cooperatives is inseparable from the process of cooperative education as a means to increase the understanding of managers in order to be able to manage Islamic cooperatives that really lead to the general goal of establishing cooperatives, namely to realize prosperity for members and the community and to be able to carry out Islamic cooperative operations in accordance with Islamic principles. The aim of this sharia cooperative education is to understand managers so that they can run sharia cooperative operations in accordance with sharia principles and increase member participation in utilizing Sharia Cooperative products. The method used in cooperative education is the lecture method, assisted by visual displays of the material presented in order to provide a clear and complete understanding of the principles, contracts, and products of sharia cooperatives. Then it is followed by questions and answers and discussion regarding the application of sharia cooperative principles, contracts, and products as well as problems and solutions that can be implemented in order to solve problems that arise. Through the implementationof this cooperative education, managers and members of the Al-Muhajir Sharia Cooperative have been able to understand what principles must be built in running sharia cooperatives. As well as managers and members of the Al-Muhajir Sharia Cooperative are also able to understand Sharia Cooperative contracts and products such as contracts and Savings products Wadhi'ah, Savings Mudharabah, business financing, financing of the purchase of goods, and rental contracts.

Abstract

The Baitul Maal Wattamwil (BMT) Al-Amanah Situraja Sumedang Savings and Loans and Sharia Financing Cooperative (KSPPS) is a Sharia Cooperative that has the authority to collect zakat, infaq, shadaqah and waqf funds, including cash waqf. In order to finance and carry out empowerment through cash waqf, KSPPS BMT Al-Amanah Situraja Sumedang is actively engaged in collecting cash waqf so that the cash waqf empowerment program is in order to achieve prosperity for members and the community. The purpose of this study is to find out the mechanism for collecting cash waqf KSPPS BMT Al-Amanah Situraja Sumedang. The research method used is descriptive analysis with a qualitative approach through observation of the object studied, as well as interviews with informants to be able to describe the collection of cash waqf at KSPPS BMT Al-Amanah Situraja Sumedang. Based on the results of an analysis of the mechanism for collecting cash waqf funds at KSPPS BMT Al-Amanah Situraja Sumedang, this was carried out by conducting intensive outreach to members and the public, both directly and through social media. Through this program, waqif candidates are interested in making cash waqf at KSPPS BMT Al-Amanah Situraja Sumedang with a cash waqf payment system or by installments through various installments.

Abstract

Changes in cooperatives from conventional systems to cooperatives based on Sharia principles are important in cooperative business activities because they have an impact on the principles and use of contracts in collecting and distributing financing to members. Systematic education improvement regarding the migration of conventional cooperatives to sharia cooperatives in the form of training is an effort to bind understanding for supervisors, administrators, and managers of the Bandung Branch of Bank BTN Retired Cooperative who have the desire to migrate from conventional cooperatives to cooperatives based on sharia principles. Abstract

This study was conducted with the aim of analyzing the active role of the Baitul Muttaqin sharia cooperative in improving the quality of member micro-enterprises and to find out the various types of active roles of the Baitul Muttaqin sharia cooperative in improving the quality of member micro-enterprises. The research method used is through a qualitative approach by collecting data through structured interviews, observation and documentation. The results of the study show that the active Baitul Muttaqin sharia cooperative has carried out its role as a sharia cooperative that is able to make the business and economic activities of its members better, while the type of active role that has been carried out by the active Baitul Muttaqin sharia cooperative in improving the quality of micro-enterprises for its members is only in aspects of product marketing and have not touched on aspects of quality service management, product and service product management, financial management and sharia business ethics management.

Abstract

The monetary management of conventional economy which revolves around bank interest uses multiplier money rather than high powered money. Consequently, its instrument of monetary policies tends to the utility of open market operation and change of discount rate. Both instruments cannot be applied in an Islamic monetary system which is free from interest whose monetary management relies on controlling high powered money by applying profit and loss sharing and financial intermediation. Therefore, Islamic monetary system can employ alternative instruments of monetary policy such as quantitative control of credit allocation and realization of socio-economic objectives. The first instrument is backed up with monetary instruments such as statutory reserve requirement, credit ceiling, government deposits, common pool, moral suasion, equity-base instrument. Whereas the second instruments include some monetary instruments such as treating the created money as fai’ and goal oriented allocation of credit.

Abstract

Seiring dengan semakin berkembangnya perekonomian di Indonesia saat ini, dapat dilihat dari semakin banyaknya Lembaga keuangan. salah satu faktor yang penting dalam sebuah perekonomian adalah pemasaran. Dalam persaingan untuk merebutkan pangsa pasar yang ketat dibutuhkan penyusunan strategi yang tepat dan juga menganalisis pasar yang jitu agar dapat memiliki kekuatan dalam persaingan. Begitipun dengan KSPPS Al- Uswah Cabang Banjar agar dapat bersaing dipasaran dibutuhkan strategi pemasaran bukan hanya dengan mengandalkan produk yang berkualitas tetapi juga didukung oleh upaya untuk mempromosikan produk atau jasa yang dimiliki. Dalam rangka memperkenalkan produk serta memperluas pangsa pasar, KSPPS Al-Uswah perlu adanya strategi pemasaran yang tepat unutk meningkatkan anggota, karena strategi pemasaran ini merupakan kunci dari semua proses operasional dari suatu perusahaan. Dengan begitu, adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu: untuk mengetahui gambaran dari strategi pemasaran dan implementasi dari startegi pemsaran produk pembiayaan dalam meningkatkan jumlah anggota di KSPPS Al-Uswah Indonesia. Metode yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini adalah studi kasus dengan analisis data secara deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitaif dimana dapat diperoleh dari informan dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, serta studi pustaka unutk dapat mendeskripsikan strategi pemasaran dan implementasi dari startegi pemasaran produk pembiayaan dalam meningkatkan jumlah anggota. Hasil penelitian mengenai analisis pemasaran produk pembiayaan dalam meningkatkan jumlah anggota yang dilakukan yaitu dengan melakukan strategi pemasaran seperti meningkatkan kegiatan promosi, meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya insani yang ada dan menjalin komunikasi yan baik dengan anggota. Dan dalam penerapannya pun sudah bagus dan pembiayaan yang diterapkanya pun sudah sesuai dengan akad (kerjasama) antara anggota dengan KSPPS Al-Uswah Indonesia cabang Banjar. Dan dalam kegiatan pemasarannya, KSPPS Al Uswah Indonesia Cabang Banjar dalam memasarkan produknya sudah menerapkan bauran pemasaran (marketing mix), yaitu: produk (product), harga (price), tempat (place), promosi (promotion), orang (people), bukti fisik (physical evidence) dan proses (process).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui prosedur pembiayaan murabahah pada Koperasi Al-Amanah Masjid Besar Tanjungsari Kabupaten Sumedang. Pendekatan yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah melalui pendekatan kualitatif. Dengan metode perolehan data melalui teknik wawancara dan observasi sebagai sarana untuk memperoleh informasi yang di butuhkan. Dari penelitian ini dapat diketahui bahwa mekanisme pembiayaan murabahah pada Koperasi Al-Amanah Tanjungsari Kabupaten Sumedang dimulai dengan permohonan anggota untuk mengajukan pembiayaan murabahah dengan memenuhi persyaratan yang telah ditentukan, kemudian pihak koperasi akan melakukan analisis kelayakan, jika disetujui maka pihak koperasi meyiapkan barang yang akan dibeli oleh anggota. Setelah barang sudah ada barulah dilakukan akad jual beli murabahah antara koperasi dengan anggota dimana pihak koperasi sebagai penjual menyampaikan terlebih dahulu harga pokok perolehan barang serta margin keuntungan yang diharapkan oleh koperasi kepada anggota. Mekanisme pembiayaan murabahah yang dilakukan oleh Koperasi Al-Amanah Masjid Besar Tanjungsari Kabupaten Sumedang telah sesuai dengan prinsip syariah karena telah memenuhi rukun dan syarat dalam jual beli murabahah.

Abstract

The progression of time is inevitable, including all manifestations of dispute, particularly in economics, which encompasses a diverse range of transactions, including pawn transactions. To ensure that pawning aligns with Islamic teachings, examining the pawn procedure's legal aspects through the principles of fiqh is imperative. This paper discusses the four principles of fiqh: asasiyah (fundamental), furu'iyah (branch), kulliyah (general), and khasasi (specific). These principles can be employed in sharia pawn (rahn) practice. Fiqh asasiyah, similar to the principles of maslahat, prioritizes the promotion of benefit and justice in rahn. The comprehensive regulations of furu'iyah can facilitate the implementation of Islamic law in rahn. The regulations governing the terms and conditions of rahn are addressed in the kulliyah rules. At the same time, the khasasi law focuses on specific provisions concerning rahn, such as the types of products that can be used as collateral. The topic encompasses fifteen fiqh laws of rahn, which regulate the pillars, conditions, and regulations of rahn. The principles of fiqh are crucial in ensuring that the implementation of rahn aligns with Islamic sharia and effectively addresses the contemporary challenges associated with rahn due to societal advancements. This text employs descriptive analysis, incorporating prior studies' literary evaluations and data from reference works that delve into sunnah, hadith, pawn, and fiqh rules. By understanding the rules of fiqh, pawning practices can be in accordance with sharia and implemented by companies and individuals in the contemporary era without worrying about usury contamination.
