Abstract

Kehadiran bisnis ritel modern dalam format mini market menjadi pilihan baagi masyarakat untuk melakukan aktivitas belanja sekaligus menjadi pesaing bagi bisnis ritel tradisional. Adapun faktor-faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi persaingan diantara bisnis ritel baik modern maupun tradisional adalah dari segi permodalan, kegiatan promosi, pelayanan gerai, ancaman pesaing baru, kekuatan tawar menawar baik pemasok maupun pembeli serta rivalitas diantara sesama pelaku bisnis ritel. Pentingnya kinerja pelayanan dalam bisnis ritel diasumsikan dapat menjadi daya tarik minat beli pelanggan, namun yang masih menjadi topik perdebatan adalah persepsi yang berbeda dapat muncul dari sisi pelanggan dan karyawan gerai, bahkan dari pelanggan yang sama. Munculnya perbedaan persepsi mengenai kinerja pelayanan tentunya akan memicu terjadinya perbedaan persepsi nilai pada masing-masing pelanggan. Jika pelanggan mempersepsikan bahwa nilai yang mereka rasakan selama berbelanja memuaskan maka dapat memicu terjadinya minat beli di masa yang akan datang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kausalitas dengan tujuan meneliti hubungan antara kinerja pelayanan terhadap minat beli melalui mediasi nilai pelanggan. Populasi merupakan masyarakat kota Pontianak yang berbelanja di gerai minimarket dan sampel ditentukan menggunakan metode accidental sampling. Dari hasil tabulasi, uji validitas, dan uji reliabilitas ditentukan jumlah sampel yang lolos sebanyak 172 responden dimana selanjutnya diolah menggunakan AMOS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel kinerja pelayanan tidak berpengaruh terhadap minat beli, akan tetapi berpengaruh terhadap nilai pelanggan, sedangkan nilai pelanggan berpengaruh terhadap minat beli. Sehingga dapat dikatakan kinerja pelayanan yang diberikan karyawan gerai minimarket harus memiliki nilai yang berarti bagi pelanggan jika ingin meningkatkan minat beli pelanggan di masa yang akan datang. Pelaku bisnis minimarket harus berupaya menciptakan nilai bagi pelanggan seperti memperhatikan kualitas produk, kesesuian harga, dan memberikan perhatian yang tulus dalam melayani pelanggan.

Abstract

Crowdsourcing has emerged as an innovative strategy that utilizes mass collaboration to solve problems, gather ideas, and generate solutions in various fields. This research aims to identify articles that examine the role of crowdsourcing in the new 5.0 era and provide an understanding of crowdsourcing as an innovative approach to marketing. In addition, this research aims to show and explain the mapping of research relevant to the theme. In Industry 5.0, crowdsourcing has entered the marketing world and is starting to be used by some companies. This research uses qualitative methods with bibliometric techniques by utilizing Similarity Visualization (Vosviewers) as an application by entering keywords such as External Stimulus, Cognitive Response, External Stimulus, Opportunity, Barriers, SME, Innovation, Innovator, Knowledge, Digital Sharing to search for articles through Publish or Perish with a total of 346 articles which were then processed using VosViewers. The analysis results found that scientific mapping and the possibility of future research on crowdsourcing can be used as a recommendation variable for future researchers and as a reference for future articles.

Abstract

The Magic Box is a tool designed for playing which has educational value and a variety of games that can be used to develop early childhood’s cognitive aspect. This study aims to determine the implementation of using Magic Box and the teacher’s success to improve the early childhoods’ cognitive ability through the use of Magic Box at Kober Lil Aulad. In this study, the researchers use a classroom action research (CAR) as a research method. The results of this study show that the implementation of using Magic Box in developing the early childhoods’ cognitive ability in Kober Lil Aulad is categorized very well. This is based on the average score of 75% in the cycle I, then increased to 86.25% in the cycle II. Furthermore, the teacher has succeeded to improve the early childhoods’ cognitive ability at Kober Lil Aulad, which achieve a score of 70% with good criteria. In conclusion, the use of Magic Box has a positive impact on improving the early childhoods’ cognitive ability at Kober Lil Aulad.

Abstract

Kriptologi adalah ilmu penulisan rahasia yang memiliki dua bagian. Kriptografi merupakan teknik penulisan rahasia dan kriptanalisis merupakan teknik menguraikan kriptografi. Penelitian ini bertujuan menginvestigasi keamanan dan kelemahan dari Caesar Cipher, sebuah metode enkripsi klasik yang telah lama dikenal dalam kriptografi. Mengevaluasi efektivitas dan efisiensi dalam memecahkan enkripsi Caesar Cipher dilakukan dengan menerapkan berbagai teknik kriptanalisis, termasuk known plain attack, analisis frekuensi, dan Brute force Search. Hasil dari temuan ini menghasilkan bahwa bahwa Caesar Cipher rentan terhadap serangan kriptanalisis, seperti yang terungkap melalui analisis yang telah dilakukan. Implikasi keamanan dari hasil penelitian ini menyoroti pentingnya menghindari penggunaan algoritma enkripsi yang lemah dalam keamanan informasi modern. Untuk menjadi lebih kuat dan tangguh terhadap serangan kriptanalisis, direkomendasikan beralih menggunakan algoritma enkripsi seperti AES atau RSA.

Abstract

This study evaluates the feasibility of building a nickel Mixed Hydroxide Precipitate (MHP) plant of PT. X with a capacity of 12,000 tons per year. The analysis shows that the potential demand for MHPs in the national and global markets continues to increase, driven by the growth of the nickel battery-based electric vehicle industry. The planned production capacity is projected to be optimally absorbed. The plant is designed using High Pressure Acid Leaching (HPAL) technology that utilizes low-grade nickel ore from multiple locations to reduce dependence on a single mine. Other supporting factors include adequate infrastructure, manpower, regulatory support, and market potential. Raw material requirements per year include 414,000 tons of laterite ore, 148,100 tons of H₂SO₄, 41,700 tons of CaO, and 2,870 tons of MgO. Initial investment (CAPEX) is estimated at $108.8 million with an annual operating expense (OPEX) of $93.5 million. The main equipment includes an autoclave, thickener, filter press, and rotary dryer. Financial analysis shows the project is feasible with a Payback Period of 4.85 years, an IRR of 19% above the MARR of 15%, and a positive NPV of $14.03 million at a discount of 19%. The sensitivity test showed that the project remained viable despite increased operational costs, so it was considered technically and financially prospective to support Indonesia's nickel downstreaming.

Abstract

The phenomenon of Online Gender-Based Violence (OGBV) has now become a global issue, along with the development of internet-based communication technology that provides easy access for many people. This condition often causes women to frequently become targets, resulting in losses in the form of physical, sexual, and psychological violence. These threats include acts of arbitrary deprivation of liberty in the public and private spheres. This study explores online gender-based violence and the impact of digital communication using Roland Barthes' semiotic model and qualitative visual ethnography. Key findings include: First, the video highlights direct messages received by the celebrity, including harassment and inappropriate content. Second, it reveals behaviours such as stereotypes, objectification of women, unwanted sexual advances, and the sharing of indecent images. Third, the underlying patriarchal culture reinforces the sexual objectification of women. This study aims to enhance understanding of online gender-based violence and contribute to semiotics and visual ethnography in this area.
