Abstract

Sektor pertanian merupakan sektor yang penting dalam membentuk Produk Domestik Bruto (PDB) dan telah memberikan kontribusi yang besar dalam perkembangan perekonomian Indonesia, sehingga perlu perhatian yang lebih terhadap perkembangan sektor pertanian dan kesejahteraan kehidupan petani tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh luas lahan, jumlah produksi, tingkat pendidikan dan kebijakan pemerintah terhadap kesejahteraan petani karet yang digambarkan oleh jumlah pendapatan petani. Jenis data dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dengan menggunakan metode Ordinary Least Square (OLS). Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa luas lahan dan jumlah produksi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kesejahteraan petani karet sedangkan tingkat pendidikan dan kebijakan pemerintah berpengaruh negatif dan tidakĀ  signifikan terhadap kesejahteraan petani karet.

Abstract

ABSTRAKIndeks Pembangunan Manusia menjelaskan tentang bagaimana penduduk dapat mengakses hasil dari pembangunan dalam memperoleh pendapatan, kesehatan, pendidikan, dan lain sebagainya. Indeks Pembangunan Manusia memiliki tiga komponen dasar yaitu umur panjang dan hidup sehat, pengetahuan dan standar hidup layak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh dari variabel-variabel jumlah penduduk miskin, pengeluaran pemerintah bidang pendidikan dan pengeluaran pemerintah bidang kesehatan terhadap Indek Pembangunan Manusia di Kota Payakumbuh. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linear berganda. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder menurut runtun waktu (time series) periode 2012-2021. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel jumlah penduduk miskin berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan, variabel pengeluaran pemerintah bidang pendidikan bepengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan dan variabel pengeluaran pemerintah bidang kesehatan berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan.Kata Kunci: Jumlah Penduduk Miskin; Pengeluaran Pemerintah; IPMABSTRACTThe Human Development Index explains how people can access the results of development in obtaining income, health, education, and so on. The Human Development Index has three basic components, namely longevity and healthy living, knowledge and a decent standard of living. This study aims to see the effect of the variables on the number of poor people, government spending on education and government spending on health on the Human Development Index in Payakumbuh City. The analytical method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The data used is secondary data according to the time series for the 2012-2021 period. The results showed that the variable number of poor people had a positive and insignificant effect, the variable government expenditure on education had a negative and insignificant effect and the variable government expenditure on health had a positive and insignificant effect.Keywords: Number of Poor Population; Government Spending; HDI

Abstract

The background of this study aims to determine the role of empathy in increasing student satisfaction as customers at Andalas University, Payakumbuh Campus. The programs at Andalas University, Payakumbuh Campus are competitive, so it is important to understand the role of empathy in increasing customer satisfaction. This study uses a qualitative approach and the population of this study consists of students who study at Andalas University, Payakumbuh Campus for at least 1 year. Empathy is considered an important factor in building relationships between service providers and customers because it provides a better understanding of customer feelings and needs. This study is a qualitative study and data analysis was conducted on informants who received services at Andalas University, Payakumbuh Campus, so that the relationship between the level of empathy received from service providers and customer satisfaction can be known. The results of the analysis show that there is a positive relationship between a high level of empathy from service providers and customer satisfaction at Andalas University, Payakumbuh Campus. Customers who feel understood by their service providers are more likely and satisfied with the overall service quality. This study also shows factors that influence the level of empathy from service providers, including the development of relationships between staff training and organizational culture that supports critical thinking. The results of this study are useful for service management in developing strategies to increase the level of empathy of service providers at Andalas University, Payakumbuh Campus. With increased empathy, customers of Andalas University, Payakumbuh Campus will feel more appreciated and have a positive impact on customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Lidah Mertua Waste Bank has been a garbage bank built by the team since last year. This activity aims to increase household waste's added value by processing it into recycled goods that have higher economic value. The methods used include extension methods, lectures and interactive discussions, training, and processing household waste into recycled economic value items and the essential provision of cost analysis. The object of activity is housewives who are customers of the Tongue-In-Law Waste Bank, Bungo Pasang Village, Tabing Padang. The community service activity was attended by 45 participants consisting of 5 waste bank managers and 40 waste bank customers, Lidah Mertua. The results of the activities obtained have been able to increase the number of customers and improve service to customers due to using some operational assistance from the previous year's service activities. This activity can also improve partners' and customers' skills in processing household waste before selling it to collectors. It is hoped that this activity can strengthen customer households' economic resilience and increase the role of women in supporting the family economy through household waste management.

Abstract

Tourism is a sector that contributes to the income of a region. Tourism activities not only have a positive impact on tourism objects, but this will be related to other sectors supporting tourism (accommodation, culinary and other service providers). One of the villages/villages that have started to develop tourism in West Sumatra is Nagari Sikabu-Kabu Tanjung Haro Padang Panjang (SITAPA), Luak District, Limapuluh Kota Regency which is famous for its natural attractions such as the natural panorama of Talang and Kayu Kolek. The development of this tourist attraction cannot be separated from the role of local tourism awareness groups (pokdarwis) and other interest groups. The purpose of this activity is to increase the capacity of tourism awareness groups in the field of tourism management in Nagari Sitapa by using the Community Based Tourism (CBT) approach and the target is given to the Tourism Awareness Group. With the implementation of CBT in tourism development, it is hoped that the community and other interested parties can continue to develop the tourism sector without changing the existing environmental conditions and ensuring that tourist objects remain natural without making many changes that will cause damage to the surrounding environment. Some strategies that can be implemented are to maximize natural potentials such as providing outbound and camping ground, as well as preparing supporting industries (MSMEs) to be able to provide edutourism to tourists.
