Abstract

Kawasan Wisata Mandeh memiliki kekayaan alam dan keindahan alam yang luar biasa. Setiap tahunnya selalu terjadi kecenderungan peningkatan kunjungan wisatawan ke Mandeh, apalagi beberapa tahun belakangan. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisa nilai ekonomi kawasan wisata Mandeh dari sisi permintaan atau dengan kata lain dari sisi wisatawan yang berkunjung ke kawasan Mandeh. Penelitian ini menganalisis data dan informasi yang diperoleh dari responden secara statistik deskriptif sesuai dengan variable–variable yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Data utama yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dari 100 responden dengan menggunakan random sampling method. Dari sisi permintaan, dapat diduga berapa surplus konsumen individu wisatawan yang berkunjung ke kawasan wisata Mandeh. Selain itu juga dapat diduga bagaimana variabel tingkat pendapatan, tingkat pendidikan, biaya perjalanan, persepsi pengunjung terhadap kunjungan yang meliputi tingkat kepuasan dan keinginan untuk kembali berkunjung. Penelitian ini menggunakan Travel Cost Methode, dengan regresi Poisson. Hasil penelitian dengan menggunakan regresi Poisson menyatakan bahwa surplus konsumen individu atau pengunjung Kawasan wisata Mandeh adalah sebesar Rp. 4.179.116.953, sehingga nilai ekonomi dari sisi permintaan menjadi sebesar 982.802.933.837. Sebagian besar pengunjung atau sekitar 78.78% menginginkan adanya perbaikan fasilitas menuju dan di Kawasan wisata Mandeh. Berdasarkan temuan studi tersebut sangat disarankan kepada pemerintah dan pihak terkait lainnya untuk meningkatkan fasilitas dan pelayanan terkait dengan kawasan wisata Mandeh ini.

Abstract

Environmental, economic and social aspects are three important pillars in sustainable development. However, the 2017 West Sumatra Environmental Management Regional Performance Document (DIKPLHD) stated that the waste generation in West Sumatra reached 2,452,213 kg / day and only 34.54% of districts / cities had managed the waste properly. So far, the handling of waste is usually conducted by stacking, collecting, and transporting to the Final Processing Site (TPA). Therefore, it is important to start a systematic program to reduce waste. One possible method that can be implemented is the empowerment of the waste bank. Campus 2 UNAND Payakumbuh has conducted community service through socialization and training programs with the theme "Turning Waste Into Rupiah". The objective of this program is to educate the public to be able to reduce waste in order to reach sustainable business development. In this training, the participants were provided with knowledge about waste management and the added value of recycling unused newspapers into useful items such as flower vases.

Abstract

Payakumbuh is one of City on Sumatera Barat where having many street foods at night around 254 retailers. These food night retailers always move from another place to another place and lack of promotion. The purpose of our community service program is to enhance knowledge of street vendorts/retailers in Payakumbuh regarding technology especially e-commerce. The method of this is sharing and transferring knowledge and exercise. It was expected that participants will have a greater understanding in how to make the most of social media for business. The result of this public free service activity is kulinerpayakumbuh.com for helping promotion of the street food retailers in Payakumbuh. Based on our survey after this activity, the merchants were able to promote their products through the website, thus 41% participant could elevate their knowledge, and 13% participant could implement e-commerce to their business.

Abstract

Narrow land is a problem for conventional agriculture to grow crops Management of small area can be overcome with a hydroponic system that utilizes technology in farming. Small area owned by households can be maximized for agriculture. However, household stigma is still fixed on conventional agriculture by managing large tracts of land. This stigma must then be changed by giving literacy to households about farming using the hydroponic method. Based on this understanding, Department of Management Campus II Universitas Andalas held socialization and training with the theme "Utilizing Small Area to Increase Household Incomes, Through Cultivation Using the Hydroponic System". The primary purpose of this activity is to provide knowledge through training to residents of the Nagari Sungai Kamuyang on the use of hydroponic systems. Another goal is to provide interest in business opportunities that can be generated from farming using the hydroponic system, exploring the creativity of citizens in the use of narrow land, and producing clean and healthy plants. The dedication method uses lectures, hands-on practice, and discussion with speakers. Community service activities are carried out at the Kamuyang Nagari guardian's office. In organizing this training, the participants are equipped with necessary knowledge related to hydroponics, and then directly practice farming with the hydroponic wick system. The community expects activities like this to continue to be carried out in the framework of better community empowerment.

Abstract

Since 17 August 2019, the Padang City Transportation Agency has implemented a full non-cash payment system for the Trans Padang bus public transportation service. Since the implementation of this policy, Trans Padang Buses no longer accept cash payments. Implementation of non-cash payments in collaboration with BRI using the Brizzi card. The policy of reaping the pros and cons due to the lack of public understanding of the importance of using non-cash payments is one cause of problems in implementing the non-cash payment system. This activity aims to provide education and outreach to the community through student groups regarding the importance of implementing a non-cash payment system in the digital economy era and the transition period towards a cashless society. This activity was carried out at SMK Teknologi Plus, located at Jalan Belanti, Lolong, Padang, which was attended by 125 students. The method used is in the form of socialization. Resource persons for this activity came from three agencies relevant to the activity's objectives, namely from Bank Indonesia, Trans Padang, and representatives from BRI as the issuer of the Brizzi card, which is used as a means of payment for Trans Padang bus services. The socialization activities were warm and full of kinship; even the participants participated enthusiastically. This activity shows an increase in public understanding of the importance of using non-cash payments. At the end of the activity 20 lucky participants were given a souvenir in the form of a Brizzi card with a balance of @ IDR 50,000 as a non-cash payment.

Abstract

Lidah Mertua Waste Bank has been a garbage bank built by the team since last year. This activity aims to increase household waste's added value by processing it into recycled goods that have higher economic value. The methods used include extension methods, lectures and interactive discussions, training, and processing household waste into recycled economic value items and the essential provision of cost analysis. The object of activity is housewives who are customers of the Tongue-In-Law Waste Bank, Bungo Pasang Village, Tabing Padang. The community service activity was attended by 45 participants consisting of 5 waste bank managers and 40 waste bank customers, Lidah Mertua. The results of the activities obtained have been able to increase the number of customers and improve service to customers due to using some operational assistance from the previous year's service activities. This activity can also improve partners' and customers' skills in processing household waste before selling it to collectors. It is hoped that this activity can strengthen customer households' economic resilience and increase the role of women in supporting the family economy through household waste management.

Abstract

Nagari Sikabu-kabu Tanjung Haro Padang Panjang is the the main gate in the regency of Lima Puluh Kota and should be foremost Nagari. The tourism sector has beautiful natural conditions and a great view of Talang and Kayu Kolek panorama. The purpose of the service was to develop Nagari Sikabu-kabu Tanjung Haro Padang Panjang as a tourist village. It would attract tourists to travel, which is carried out with a tourism village development strategy. Through Sustainable Tourism Development (STD) steps by conducting Focus Group Discussion (FGD) activities with the community, including tourism managers, Micro Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) actors, and the leaders of Nagari. The methods used were lectures, discussions, business consultations, and assistance in creating and managing Nagari tourism websites. This activity might provide insights into managing a touristic village by increasing the knowledge and skills of the Nagari tourism managers and community surroundings.

Abstract

This community service program encourages the Bank Sampah Liberti to become a multi-purpose and competitive organization. The program began to be implemented in 2020 and will be carried out continuously for the next three years. So that in 2024, Bank Sampah Liberti can be a pioneer to enhance skill and knowledge for community, educational organization that can play an active role in being more aware of protecting environmental health. In addition, the resulting products can also be applied by the public and others. The initial stage of activities is carried out to make a plan for activities for 2021-2023. The activity was carried out using the Forum Discussion Group method by implementing COVID protocols. The activities started by analyze weaknesses and problems and how to plan development in 2021-2023. The results of these activities showed that in 2021 activities focused on improving marketing management, granting brand patents, enriching HR skills and expertise, and improving operational management, such as layout, use of production sites, and so on. In 2022, further programs related to financial and information management. An excellent business organization is required to have clear financial reports for the continuity of its business. In 2023, there will be a product innovation development program and optimal use of technology for business development.

Abstract

Micro, small and medium micro businesses are mainly Indonesia's economic liberalization. Bank Indonesia bi governor burhanudin abdullah said here on Tuesday the central bank had decided to raise its benchmark interest rate by 25 basis points to 8.25 percent. The alternative to this problem is the Revolving Funds. It is a city in which most seek out small businesses, food costs, clothing, or daily necessities is Padang Panjang, West Sumatra which has a basic problem of capital with the existence of this Revolving Fund which can increase the performance of UMKM in the city of Padang Panjang. The research aims to find out how ineja umkm after getting loans from Revolving Funds, with a dar ampel population of 98 people and using a sampling census technique. The data processing method USES the wilcoxon test to generate significant significant differences... and the umkm to acquire a rolling fund loan.

Abstract

Industri pengolahan menjadi salah satu sektor yang menjadi penunjang ekonomi dalam wilayah. Hal ini bisa terlihat pada berbagai hasil studi dan penelitian yang menunjukkan hasil bahwa sektor industri pengolahan yaitu berkontribusi kepada PDRB selain berbagai sektor yang lain, berupa sektor pertanian. Penelitian ini tujuannya untuk mengetahui secara parsial ataupun simultan mengenai kontribusi dari sektor industri pengolahan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi serta agar diketahuinya sub-sub sektor industri pengolahan mana yang jadi bagian basis dan non basis dalam memberikan dampak pada pertumbuhan PDRB suatu wilayah. Provinsi Sumatera Barat yaitu satu diantara daerah yang pertumbuhan ekonominya cukup baik diketahui dari sektor-sektor yang membentuk PDRB dan pertumbuhan PDRB Provinsi. Penelitian ini yaitu penelitian deskriptif yang pendekatannya kuantitatif. Teknik analisis data yang dipakai yaitu analisis regresi linier sederhana yang dilanjutkan dengan analisis location quotient (LQ). Penelitian ini memakai data sekunder yang diterbitkan oleh Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS). Hasil penelitian ini memperlihatkan besaran kontribusi sektor industri pengolahan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi, dan sub-sektor industri pengolahan mana yang menjadi basis dalam perekonomian.
