Abstract

Salah satu dampak paling signifikan dari era globalisasi adalah kemajuan teknologi informasi yang menyentuh juga dalam menjalankan proses bisnis pada sebuah industri termasuk industri skala kecil yaitu UMKM. Diantara proses bisnis tersebut adalah pengelolaan persediaan. Persediaan adalah aset yang bernilai bagi setiap bisnis, tetapi jika tidak dikelola dengan baik, dapat menjadi beban yang substansial. UMKM sering kali menghadapi tantangan dalam manajemen persediaan, seperti risiko overstock (persediaan berlebihan) yang mengikis keuntungan, atau risiko understock (persediaan kurang) yang dapat menyebabkan kehilangan pelanggan maka pengembangan sistem informasi persediaan adalah alat yang memungkinkan UMKM untuk mengatasi tantangan ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mengimplementasikan sistem Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) pada proses bisnis persediaan sebagai alat penting dalam pengelolaan persediaan dan peningkatan efisiensi bisnis untuk Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM). Adopsi ERP yang bijaksana dapat mengoptimalkan manajemen persediaan dan memperbaiki efisiensi bisnis pada UMKM serta menciptakan peluang pertumbuhan yang lebih besar. Dalam penelitian ini, analisis data dikakukan dengan cara identifikasi prosedur bisnis dan analisis data. Pendekatan analisis GAP menunjukkan proses bisnis yang berjalan melaui implementasi system ERP berbasis web pada pengelolaan persediaan dibandingkan dengan system lama (manual). Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan dampak positif dari implementasi system ERP pada UMKM, terutama dalam hal efisiensi operasional dan peningkatan produktivitas. Hal ini akan menjadi landasan yang kuat bagi UMKM untuk bersaing di pasar yang semakin ketat dan berkontribusi pada pertumbuhan ekonomi yang berkelanjutan

Abstract

Jepara Regency is a famous city of carving and furniture industries. One player of this industries is MSMEs IDesign Furniture located in Bawu village, Batealit subdistrict as our partner in this community service activity which Nova Elisyana as the owner since 2017 and curved chairs also tables as their products. The large market demand for curved chair products can cause problems in aspects of the production process such as: 1) increasingly scarce raw materials and rising prices, 2) Wrong techniques in curving wood resulting in production failures, 3) lack of communication between buyers and furniture owner, in marketing aspect makeshift promotional media with product displays in the showroom. Therefore, the aim of this community service is training in wood bending technical skills using steam bending technology so more efficiently in using raw material while producing curved chairs, for marketing aspect providing digital marketing training as a more effective promotional medium. The results are 1) increasing technical skills wood bending with steam bending technology on produce curved chairs for IDesign Furniture in particular and training participants in general, 2) increasing skills in selecting types of wood as the raw material for curved chairs, 3) Draft design drawing Redesigning the Layout of Production Facilities on the factory floor and machines, 4) for marketing aspect the results are one website and Instagram optimization, 5) improving the maintenance of the IDesign Furniture website.

Abstract

Industri otomotif merupakan industri yang kompetitif untuk memberikan layanan terbaiknya diantaranya layanan purna jual atau after sales berupa service perbaikan sepeda motor konsumen termasuk CV. XYZ yang merupakan dealer sepeda motorr serta membuka layanan service ini. Tujuan dari penelitian adalah mengetahui prioritas pesanan, menghitung jumlah pesanan ekonomis dikarenakan sering terjadi kekosongan persediaan suku cadang consumable part sepeda motor dan total biaya persediaannya. Data penelitian yang digunakan adalah data sebelum dan selama berlangsungnya pandemi covid-19. Sedangkan metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini pertama dengan melakukan Analisis ABC untuk mengelompokkan jenis suku cadang ke dalam tiga kelas A, B dan C, metode berikutnya adalah perbandingan antara metode EOQ dan metode EOI guna mengetahui biaya total persediaan yang paling efektif.  Dari hasil pengolahan data suku cadang consumable part yang tergolong kriteria kelas A adalah suku cadang Yamalube Super Matic, Brake Pad Kit (54P2), V-belt 2DP1 dan Saringan Udara 2DP1 dengan jumlah pesanan ekonomis masing-masing 380, 77, 62, 72 pcs sebelum pandemi covid-19. Sedangkan selama pandemi covid-19 terjadi penurunan yaitu menjadi 280 pcs, Brake Pad Kit (54P2) 92 pcs, V-belt 2DP1 24 pcs dan Saringan Udara 2DP1 sebesar 33 pcs dan metode persediaan yang dipilih adalah metode EOQ dengan total biaya persediaan Rp 14.025.949.

Abstract

UMKM Mebel Jepara Barokah menghadapi berbagai permasalahan utama, yaitu ketidakefisienan dalam manajemen stok bahan baku dan produk, serta tingginya biaya admin marketplace yang mengurangi laba usaha. Topik pengabdian masyarakat ini dipilih karena digitalisasi melalui implementasi sistem digital stok dan e-commerce terbukti dapat meningkatkan efisiensi operasional UMKM. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah untuk meningkatkan keterampilan mitra dalam pengelolaan stok berbasis digital, mengurangi biaya pemasaran, dan memperluas pasar melalui platform e-commerce. Metode yang digunakan meliputi penyuluhan, pelatihan, workshop, dan pendampingan intensif. Mitra terdiri dari 12 tenaga kerja di UMKM Mebel Jepara Barokah yang berlokasi di Desa Mulyoharjo, Jepara. Sistem digital stok mampu mengurangi risiko overstock sebesar 30% dan outstock sebesar 20%, sedangkan penerapan e-commerce meningkatkan penjualan online hingga 15%. Hasil pengabdian ini menunjukkan pentingnya digitalisasi sebagai solusi strategis dalam meningkatkan efisiensi operasional dan daya saing UMKM. Program ini dapat menjadi model yang direplikasi untuk UMKM lain dalam sektor serupa

Abstract

Digitalization and globalization have a big impact on the furniture industry, especially on the MSME scale. A big challenge in managing product inventory efficiently. Mismanagement of product stock can lead to high operational costs and decreased customer satisfaction. This research aims to develop a web-based Electronic Suppy Chain Management (E-SCM) application to improve inventory control in Furniture MSMEs. This application is equipped with main features such as managing products, managing incoming and outgoing stock items, and a dashboard tang displaying stock movements in real time. Case studies were conducted on 10 furniture MSMEs in Jepara, using sales and inventory data for 12 months. Data analysis shows that the application of the E-SCM application increases the accuracy of stock management, reduces the amount of dead stock and accelerates the process of making business decisions. This research is expected to be a reference for E-SCM-based technology development for other MSME sectors.

Abstract

CV Cakra Nusantara is a company engaged in the distribution sector, which cannot be separated from marketing and distribution problems for goods sold to consumers. Some issues include incompetent human resources, high sales turnover, limited unit availability, less strong teamwork, lack of attractive promotional activities, and human resources that have not mastered product knowledge. The need for staple products is constantly increasing every year, the trend of society is still wasteful, the incessant promotion and innovation of competitors, the competitive position in the market is very high, and the economic situation still needs to be fixed. This study aims to determine the strengths and weaknesses from the marketing side and maximize the opportunities owned by combining the SWOT-IE and QSPM methods. Based on the results of an internal environmental analysis, the company's main strengths are relatively cheap product prices and an excellent strategic location, with a score of 0.44444, which can be interpreted as the low price factor and a good distribution system having its strengths for the company. The main opportunities owned by the company are good relations with suppliers from factories and cooperation with new retailers, which are the main opportunities for companies with scores of 0.44 and 0.5. The results of the QSPM matrix analysis obtained alternatives to increase observation of developing markets and increase marketing in product promotion. It is shown by the results of the Total Attractive Score (TAS) of 4.675.PERENCANAAN STRATEGI PEMASARAN UNTUK PENINGKATAN PENJUALAN DENGAN METODE STRENGTH, WEAKNESS, OPPORTUNITIES AND THREATS-IE MATRIX AND QUANTITATIVE STRATEGIC PLANNING MATRIXCV Cakra Nusantara merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang distributor yang tentunya tidak akan lepas dari masalah pemasaran dan penyaluran barang yang akan dijual ke konsumen.Beberapa masalah antara lain: SDM yang kurang kompeten, tingginya turn over sales, ketersediaan unit yang masih terbatas, Team work yang kurang kuat, Kurang melakukan kegiatan promosi yang menarik, sumberdaya manusia belum menguasai produk knowledge. kebutuhan akan produk bahan pokok setiap tahun selalu meningkat, trend masyarakat yang masih konsumtif, gencarnya promosi dan inovasi pesaing, posisi kompetitif dalam pasar sangat tinggi, situasi perekonomian yang masih belum stabil. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kekuatan, kelemahan dari sisi pemasaran dan memaksimalkan peluang yang dimiliki dengan menggunakan kombinasi metode SWOT-IE dan QSPM. Berdasarkan hasil analisis lingkungan internal Kekuatan utama yang dimiliki oleh perusahaan terdapat pada harga produk relatif murah dan Lokasi yang strategis yang baik menjadi kekuatan utama bagi perusahaan dengan skor sebesar 0,44444. Yang dapat diartikan bahwa dari faktor harga yang murah dan system distribusi yang baik memiliki kekuatan tersendiri bagi perusahaan. Sedangkan peluang utama yang dimiliki oleh perusahaan terdapat Hubungan baik dengan pemasok dari pabrik dan Kerjasama dengan retail yang baru menjadi peluang utama bagi perusahaan dengan skor sebesar 0,44 dan 0.5. Hasil analisis matriks QSPM diperoleh alternatif meningkatkan observasi terhadap pasar yang berkembang serta meningkatkan marketing dalam promosi produk. Hal ini ditunjukan dengan hasil Total Attractive Score (TAS) sebesar 4,675.

Abstract

In the economic growth of an area external factors are able to have a large impact on the economy of a region but this growth is not able to survive because when this factor shifts it will also affect the economy, so one of the economic resilience of a region is through the development of a local economy based in the community economy. If seen from the structure forming the GRDP of Jepara Regency, Jepara Regency is an area with rural characteristics (Rural) which leads to the direction of an urban (Urban) characteristic where the economy is sustained by the agricultural sector for rural characteristics but in Jepara district it also grows rapidly its cultivation and growing large and retail trade. With this condition, Jepara Regency has great potential to develop Regional Superior Products (PUD), either later in the form of clusters or OVOP (one village one product).

Abstract

This community service program aims to improve the operational efficiency of the KUBE Mutiara Berkah Abadi (Joint Business Group) in Krapyak Village, Jepara, through the digitalization of operational management and the design of ergonomic product display racks. The methods used include training, socialization, and mentoring for the implementation of digital technology as well as the design of product display racks. The results showed increased efficiency in transaction recording and inventory management, along with an increase in customer interest due to more attractive product arrangements. Through digitalized management, KUBE can monitor stock and sales in real-time, reducing the risk of lost sales due to insufficient stock or unsold products. This program contributes to empowering KUBE members by enhancing digital skills and product design.

Abstract

Troso weaving is a distinctive craft product from Troso Village Pecangaan District, Jepara Regency that contributes significantly to the local economy. This weaving is traditionally made on a wooden loom and the manufacturing process required a high level of skill from the operator making it a creative and potentially profitable home industry for community benefit. This community service focuses on the Troso Agung Berkah Weaving Communityt. The old wooden loom as call as the gedokan had a daily production capacity of 2-3 pieces of fabric and a monthly production capacity of approximately 60-70 pieces of fabric that still away to fulfill the demand. This community service aims to increase production capacity through technological advancements by modifying the gedokan wooden loom with transfer technology using dynamo and additional wheels to allow the machine to operate automatically and also to improve competitiveness through digital marketing training based on e-commerce platform as marketing strategy. The first result of this community service is fourfold increase in production capacity with the modified gedokan wooden loom compared to the previous manual gedokan wooden loom and strengthen the skills of partners to implement digital marketing based on e-commerce by utiizing website thus supporting the sustainability of the Troso weaving industry amid global competition.

Abstract

This study aims to calculate and analyze workload at PT Pupuk Sriwidjaja Palembang, specifically within the Field Technical Inspection Group II of the Technical Inspection department. The research was conducted by determining the appropriate number of workers based on their work output and effective working hours. The study was motivated by the observation that there is often idle time and a high frequency of off-site activities among employees in the technical inspection section. The Full-Time Equivalent (FTE) method was used to analyze the workload distribution and employee productivity. Based on the 2019 data, effective working hours were calculated to be 5.6 hours per day, with a total of 238 working days in the year. The results show that employee productivity is generally high. However, three employees were found to be overloaded, with FTE index values of 1.281, 1.327, and 1.302, indicating excessive workload. Meanwhile, eight employees had normal FTE index values ranging from 1.054 to 1.255. The findings can be used to improve workload distribution and staffing decisions within the department.
